Bella Roma in Sunderland

Didn’t even turn up fake takeaway scam I think.

Just ordered food through Sunderland Eats 2 wraps. Spicy donner wrap with chips and garlic and a chicken wrap with salad chips and garlic. Waited over 1 hour for food to arrive (only live up the road from it) spicy donner wrap didn't even have chips in it and didn't have garlic in it. Got a tub of garlic on the side. Highly rated this place when it first opened but since gone massively down hill. The only decent place about this was the Indians but they've shut that down now. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here again

Ordered 8" garlic bread, kebab wrap+chips with garlic sauce, cheesey chips and 2 doughnuts. The receipt said £13.98 wile the delivery driver charged £18.98. The cheesey chips were burnt to a crisp and the kebab wrap had next to nothing in with minimal sauce. While the doughnuts tasted very stale. Would never order again.

Food was delayed over 2 hours restaurant kept promising the food was on its way then the line was busy for an hour straight.

My tomato was mouldy and salad was very dry the pasta was okay and the bbq chicken pizza wasn’t the best
