This is a great place to stop and have a delicious pizza when travelling through Stanmore. The taste had me wanting more even after a whole 12in! I would recommend this over Domino's any day because this is pizza made with passion! More people need to go here! (independent review)

Never again will I order pizza from here, ordered a family feast, they missed out the garlic bread so just never turned up, the mushrooms only had 5 very very tiny mushrooms. Pizza was just dough with no flavour supposed to be vegi hot.

Amazing 🤩 Pizzas 🍕. Friendly staff and great service. They also do amazing curly fries 🍟. Very reasonable prices. Pizzas are always baked to perfection. Would highly recommend this place for pizza lovers. It’s an absolute hidden gem!!!!!

Very disappointed with this order. Was looking forward to freshly baked pizza after a night shift. Nearly £40, for three pizzas. They were stałe, over cooked on top practically burnt yet attived cold. I rang immediately for a refund but they put the put down the phone on me. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered deep crust pizza and they sent burnt thin crust. Called and spoke to the most rudest man on the phone who said they only do one crust for 18 inches. He didn't listen to what I was saying and was rude and abrupt shouting down the phone, insinuating thay I'm lying. After I told him I'll put a bad review He offered to come collect the pizza and send new ones and not to eat them. After waiting over an hour and having guests for the delivery I was not able to do that as the kids had already helped themselves and started eating before I even realised it was thinking! Bottom line they take your money, send you incorrect order and burnt then are rude. I wasn't expecting anything when I had called up, but for them to know they sent wrong crust but then got an aggressive respons. Its because of the way they spoke to me they are getting this review! Do yourself a favour and don't order from here because if they do get anything wrong you will get abused for bringing it to their attention!

Terrible , don’t ever order from them! I have order a pizza at 8pm it supposed to arrive at 8:30pm and after calling numerous time I got my order at 9:30pm , 2 items were missing from the order I called again and was told that the driver is coming back however nobody came back with my items that by the way I paid for . I am disgusted by the service , I am all for helping small/local business but this is a disgrace

Had their family feast today! It was delicious my only notes are the pizza base should have been crispier and it would have been nice to have fresh wings rather than cooked from frozen.

Bella Pizza quick fix garlic bread & curly fries was good, as for the deep pan vegetarian pizza 🍕 the base was a bit stodgy and dense overall ok….!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread with cheese, via just eat, only 1 pizza delivered with garlic bread and cheese, looks like they ran out of cheese on the gb, hardy any toppings on pizza. Best sticking to proper pizza places, this place is a shambles, will never re-order from here, good luck if you're stupid enough to try. Would rather eat cardboard.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOOD WAS COLD AND BURNT ORDERED DEEP PAN PIZZAS BUT WAS VERY THIN LIKE NAN BREAD TRIED TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS’NT HELPFUL AND DIDNT CARE AS LONG AS HE GOT HIS MONEY ALL THE FOOD WAS DISPOSED OF AS IT WAS COLD AND BURNT AND BLOODY ROCK HARD. I’ve tried contacting the business regarding this matter for over a week and was told to call the church Lane branch. The manager was not available and then I tried again and spoke to the manager, he said he will contact me that evening but still did not receive a phone call. I called the church Lane branch and asked to speak to the manager instead a delivery guy spoke to me claiming he was the manager and then told me after the conversation that he wasn’t and put the phone down on me. I called again and asked for the manager the person put the phone down and so i went to the Stanmore branch to speak to the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional saying he didn’t have time to deal with this enquiry and because of the bad review he is not willing to help. As a loyal customer I will not be purchasing any goods from this branch or the Church Lane branch due to the lack of respect and professionalism. The manager needs a reality check if he thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers in this manner.

The pizzas arrived lukewarm due to poor insulation; and they forgot to provide me with the garlic bread that I ordered. The pizzas were well filled, but lacked mozerella, the remainder having set when the pizzas cooled down. I wouldn't recommend trying this take-way again, if you have indeed tried it before and weren't enamoured with the quality.

Disgusting!!! 2 large white hairs found in 2 seperate pizza. Ruined whole meal. Pictures attached. Avoid this place at all costs...Awful hygiene. You say you have no people working there with white hair..then please explain the long white hair inside the dough. Pictures are enough evidence for everyone here. The restaurant is unhygienic and untruthful.

My new favourite pizza place, every slice was full of flavour and cheese was just perfect. They were so generous with the toppings and very kindly gave the extra garlic sauces I asked for, for free! Customer service is amazing and the guys are so friendly. Definitely coming back here on a regular weekly basis. Thank you so much to the Bella team🔥💯!

Very poor service. Missed delivering part of my order and got part of my order wrong. I called and complained and the so called manager was rude when I explained that my half and half pizza was not half non spicy for my kid's. The manager said I would half to pay for the kid's pizza and to wait 40 minutes for the wedges they forgot and when I said I was not happy that I was taking the p*ss. No customer service and my receipt says half and half pizza. The order does not have any confirmation on my email to check. You have my telephone number to clarify. Tbh I ordered the kids pizza from Topp's and I know which one was better. Also you need to learn how to speak to customers.

Unfortunately not happy with service at all they used to be good but not anymore I ordered a pizza came after 1 hour 15min and it was smashed i was told 20min they didn't apologise nor they were sorry. But there other branch in church lane still good sometime.

Furious i ordered tha aubergine kebab with salad I received a tray of 3 tiny pieces of aubergine a whole lot of pepper a whole lot of onions no bread no salad I called the restaurant they said that they would send someone with the salad I never received the salad I called them they said they drive a refuse to send me my salad it cost me a total of £12 I could have gone to my kitchen grilled the vegetables myself and it would never have cost £12 it barely would have cost 5 absolutely disgusting

Ordered a falafel wrap after seeing the chicken shish with raw meat on the top, with the flame only working on the bottom. I got 3 over fried falafels on a rolled warp. Not coming back here.

It's not an exaggeration to say, this was by far the BEST service I have got in a restaurant in a long time. The waistress was the perfect combination of helpful and relaxed. The food was phenomenal. The complementary humous & breadand Turkish Tea was amazing. Some of the best in London I have had. My fiance and I shared a chicken Shish wrap, we filled us up to the point we couldn't finish it. 100% recommend this place!

Visited Altin Shish Restaurant on Honeypot Lane today. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for great tasting food, quality service and a clean and friendly environment. We will definitely be coming back here.
