NEVER OPEN AND NEVER ANSWER PHONE. BETTER CHANGE TIMING ON GOOGLE. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Very poor service. Even after paying upfront, no guarantee that tiffin will be delivered. They don't reply on WhatsApp or response on the call. Shop is closed all the time. Never opens up. Don't order if you want to spoil your afternoon being hungry.

I’ve asked them to deliver food they missed first day and owner was I’ll send you free food for next day but I’ve payed day earlier to it and then I’ve ordered food for my self they haven’t delivered it and when I’m trying to contact them no answers from them ridiculous services if you make mistake then at least accept it

Had ordered tiffin service. They confirmed order on WhatsApp but did not deliver the food. Didn’t answer any phone calls. Very poor service

Food was very Good in taste, must try, great place to eat nice and tasty food. Tea was extraordinary and tasty.

The food was delicious and service was fast. There are also so much variety on the menu. I recommend tomato soup.

There is a tiffin service from this restaurant which we paid £12 for delivery but no food arrived. We called the person and messaged many times but no reply. We went to the restaurant to enquire and the gentleman at the till was extremely rude and telling us to get out without even helping us. Would not recommend anything from here. Very bad service and we will try our best to get our money back.

Garbage place!! Would not recommend it at all. Food is tasteless, service is bad, atmosphere is bad! There is no ventilation downstairs and it felt like a dungeon. Passion fruit juice they put some weird coconut jelly in there to make it over sweet. The enchilades were sweet as well. They forgot about our order twice and they bring one dish at a time - absolutely rubbish. The card machine doesn't even work so we need to bank transfer to make a payment! They don't even tell you this before going. Please do not waste your time and money here!! Awful..

Today's experience is very bad 😠 I order a food but customer service is very poorly 😤 and first things you can learn to your employees how to deal and talk with customer .... ..... Secondly don't be angry with the customer we are your guest If you don't have customers your shop will die so please 🥺 please talk with Customer very politely otherwise you can. Say I don't serve to you go we are Happyly leave the store .

Delicious authentic Indian food! This is the first time after coming to the UK, that we felt like eating home cooked meal! They are so warm and generous that despite of closing the restaurant they came back specially for us and served us ! We had a wonderful experience

What to tell we went downstairs there was some bad order but no one cared and food I ordered thali in which 4 items were missing as per menu out of three curry 2 were sour (chickpea, paneer) i think they went off also there is no service no checking on customer we literally went to counter to call staff for food thali comes with refill but for refill they were taking too much time so we just went out without finishing After such experience i thing its just big name which is big in reality its worst place i went in london

I ordered Manchurian , it’s served cold , and ordered deluxe thali as well , but , curries are stale, Who are passionate about fresh food , don’t go there

The food is really great! Had Undhiyu, ringra no oro (must try) and limited thali… very authentic Gujarati food! Never had this great Gujarati food in London! All tasted amazing and service was really great too!!

Owner is very kind, we reached at closing time but Rikul Patel said don't worry come, he make very warm welcome and serve fresh and hot delicious foods. They treat us like we are very special. Thanks Rikul Patel and staff.

I will give 0 star to this restaurant, infact I want to give (-) minus rating to this restaurant because : I recently had the worst dining experience of my life at "Jalaram Virpurdham near Rayners lane station". From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to the owner's appalling behavior. When we arrived, the owner greeted us with a dismissive attitude, making us feel unwelcome from the start. The real shock came when we politely raised a concern about our meal. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner began hurling abusive words at us, completely out of nowhere. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. But what truly ruined the experience was the owner's behavior as he was drunk and started shouting at us as well as on the restaurant staff also. As he was saying that who are this guy's & where they are coming from & many other intolerable words was said by the owner. It's impossible to enjoy a meal when you're being verbally attacked and disrespected by the owner as he was totally drunk & at last we leaved the restaurant without having our meal as we can't tolerate this type of behavior by the owner. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs as even don't think about this restaurant as the owner behaviour is ridiculous & I don't want this things to happen with any other person so I 100% will not recommend this restaurant at any cost. There are plenty of other restaurants where you will be treated with respect and served good food. This was, by far, the worst dining experience I've ever had.

Food taste is awesome but service is so bad. We never had this experience ever anywhere but there is no any enough staff.we are not preferred to visit again.

Amazing food. I am their regular client. Their all chat items are very tangy and tasty. We love all their Gujarati, Punjabi, Chinese varieties. Their sizzlers are amazing. We come all the way from North London to eat their food.

Ordered Ragda Pattice & received ragda with veggie burger and not pettice. You pay full amount for a dish from their menu and then it's sent to you by them cutting corners and not as it should be. I want be ordering again from them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND their tiffin delivery service. I was told from a relative they had rave reviews and was good value and would be helpful for my elderly Dad who has specific dietary requirements. I don't usually do reviews but was compelled to about such a bad service. They are a bunch of muppets. First order was delayed by an hour after having to contact them and they confirmed it would be delivered by 12:30. Then they said they will check why it was late but no follow up call. The driver turns up an hour later. The food was mediocre. I thought it was a one off but no even the second time it did not turn up at all. Chased day after day. I am down on two delivery orders and nothing to show for it. Bad management, customer service and processes. No information given. No apology. Go elsewhere. I can't vouch for the in dining restaurant though.

I didn't know what to order so took the advice of the staff who recommended a selection of different dishes which was daal, cabbage potato paneer (cheese) rice and roti. The masalla chai (tea) was lovely. Lovely decor and atmosphere a truly authentic Indian Vegetarian restaurant.

Went for dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the decent food taste with satisfying portions. The pani poori, Masala Kichadi, Kadi, Paneer Chilli Paratha, Poori, Maharaja Milkshake, and Falooda were all delightful. However, the 1psc pappad priced at £2 felt a bit steep. Nonetheless, the service was excellent.

Ordered the Tiffin service to be delivered. Transferred the money for the food including delivery service. I did not hear back confirmation that the order has been placed and when the delivery would be made. Rang the restaurant and no one bothered to pick up the call or get back to me.I had to go down and collect the food. Got the refund for the delivery service. The portion sizes are very small. The food boxes are half full and pictures are deceiving. They claim to say the food would last for 2 days in terms of portion size,but this is incorrect and should not be advertised as this is very mis leading.

Actually we are booking tables for five people and we are orderd ringan no oro and bajro no ratla and the taste is like woowww....👌and staff is also very nice and they provide all the services.

We (four) have been today for lunch. The food was delicious, good portion, price is ok, service is quick and very good. They also sell tiffin for £5.00.

I have been here quite a few times and always love their food! Enchiladas and pani puri are an all time favourite :) If only suggest that if you can't tolerate spicy food, to let the servers know beforehand and they can adjust accordingly!

Today we celebrated my sister's birthday at Jalaram Virpur Dham restaurant....13 of us. What a lovely restaurant. Such a large menu with food to cater for everyone. The service was very good. Thank you to Rikul, Chintan, Nikitaben and Ritaben (chef) Will definitely visit again. Umesh A Shah

Unmissable place for food lovers. Specially for authentic Indian vegetarian food. Staff very friendly. Carry smile on their faces all the time and go above and beyond to help. Must visit place! I would love to give more stars!

I would like to elaborate my experience from today - 1. Food - a little too spicy for me but most importantly I expect the sizzler dish to have cabbage slightly burnt and not raw. Think someone needs to tell the chef this! 2. Service - almost non-existent. Waiters walking... running past our table in such a haste without even giving a glance. Forget about checking/keeping an eye if the customer needs something! I had to visibly raise my hands while the waiters were mid-flight to make them to stop and ask them for simple (and at least expectedly) non-essential requests like cutleries to eat my food they just served, collecting someone else's used can of coke left by the previous customer, communicating back to me if my special request got accepted or not, etc. Yet, at the end of it I was shocked to see a 10% eat in charge which was unfairly large for such an appalling service. I refused to pay the eat in charge on the grounds that it has not been mentioned in the menu which is absolutely essential as per the law. Thankfully this blatant extra charge was immediately taken off my bill, but still not pleased that they attempted to extract that charge from me. 3. Atmosphere - we were seated right next to the kitchen door and could hear the chef bad mouthing the customers in Gujarati. If that's your idea of an atmosphere, please go for it. All in all - a place with a good heart but some really awful management that is taking it down, unfortunately. It badly needs a little bit of staff training to be able to get to the next level which it truly deserves except for the above-mentioned things.

First time in here and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Enchilada is to die for. We will definitely be back again.We have ordered Paneer sizzler, Honey chilli potato, masala chaaas, Enchiladas, pani Puri and bhel Puri. All these were very tasty and filling.

we did take away today it was bit late for tiffin around 8 o’clock but, manager(rikul)didn’t say no to us. he managed well. as well as food was nice and feels like homemade food. as a gujarati it’s bit hard to find gujarati food like home but i did find this place. food was 10/10.

Good food, quite pricey. But BEWARE - they claim they do not take cards (obviously they just don't want to pay the card fee) so cash only. Or stand there for 10 minutes setting them up as a Payee in your bank and then doing a money transfer into their account. Also, their web site claims they do Seva and distribute many meals at a good price. The word "Seva" is misunderstood. You do not charge people for Seva.

I really hate giving less than 4*s to a local restaurant - and you may well love this place. We specifically asked for our food to NOT be spicy, but it was blow-your-head-off, make-you-sweat, burn-your-insides, cry-your-eyes out spicy. I mean, some people like that, so great. We paid the bill and left the food...

I've been wanting to try the food for a while as I heard a lot of good things about the place. We only popped into have the wada pav and dabeli, and I must say they weren't bad at all. Full of flavour and tasty. Defo go back and try the other dishes.

We reached at this Restraurent at the closing time so there wasn't any food left unless this one pauvhaji! By the way their Restraurent decoration was good and this pau vhaji was good I ordered for mid spice but still that was spicy !

The krap food I ever had in London. They served cold food from frozen. When we complained about cold food lady said they are new in restaurant. They reheat the food Nd its become chewy nd no buddy care about custome. They didn't even bother to say something or make it over with talking to us. I would give minas.😡😡😠😠 They charge us service charges after that. BROTHER INSTEAD OF GIVING ME knowledge about live You should focus on your food. Behind ur back ur staff serving cold food. Is really not expected 😕

We have decided to celebrate my daughter's first birthday at this place with around 40people , they have managed very well entire function and they were so supportive to us , they cooked food according to our taste and I must tell that price was so reasonable that you won't get it anywhere in London, I must recommend to all for this restaurant

The kitchen is too small and they can be heard loud and clear whatever they speak inside. Tried their vada pao. I think they should give chutney saperate as all doesn't like the chutney . The fried chillies they served with vada pao were stale and could easily understand that they must be fried some days ago. Had Bhindi subzi which was ossam. Thali was wholesome. Chaas need improvement. Undhiya and rotli were ok as it didn't taste like undhiya.

Unfortunately cannot comment on the food but the service is lousy. Wanted to order a tiffin and no response. At least three messages sent. Bad first impression! Reply to restaurant. I also spoke to you and followed your instructions before placing the order. At least respond to say you cannot accept the order due to the high volume!!!!

So last week I ordered three different type of khichdi with curry and naan for take away .so i told the guy who took my order to make it spicy.. i think spicy means they don’t know real meaning of that.. i can see only green chillis with more spices and less vegetable even i felt that i m drinking water mixed with red chilli powder and green chilli..i bin it each and every item.. waste of money never recommend to anyone..
