Bella Pizza in East Riding of Yorkshire

Ordered from here for the past year since moving to Hessle. Food is either overcooked or extremely raw. Phoned this evening regarding raw mushrooms on a ham and mushroom pizza. Staff were unwilling to replace or fix the issue. This is not the first time they were unwilling to do anything. Only make excuses. Very rude and aggressive, threatening behaviour. Avoid at all costs. This is the very last time I'll be giving this place a chance and will certainly be going further. Disgusting behavior and disgusting food.

The cheesy chips are so nice but the sauce came with lumps in it so I didn’t eat it as I was unsure if it was off

The food was excellent. If the man who delivered it had read my instructions he would have come straight to the back door; he didn't read them. Please ask your staff to read the customer's instructions very carefully before making a delivery.

An Excellent service ,The chicken fijita wrap is awesome full of flavour, we order at least once a week always on time very polite at the door. Can't fault the service and the food.

Ordered a meat feast but received margarita. Pizza was still eaten and was nice as the takeaway was as due to close soon before we ordered. We love ordering here and have done for many years from different homes. But otherwise always great.

Food was really good, very tasty, arrived early which I liked. Only negative is charging £3.20 for a tub of salad, bit excessive for lettuce, onion and cabbage.

Amazing as always - forgot the drinks on our previous order (which we didn’t mind) so our delivery driver turned up tonight with them too. Such amazing customer service and the food is always absolutely fantastic! Thank you :)

Ordered cheesy chips for them to arrive with no cheese, I rang and told them this to be met with a rude man telling me there is cheese so I told them come to the door and we will show you, he was rude arrogant and the service was appalling, not to mention the food was disgusting

Delicious fresh dressings & plenty of salad Made sure to use bbq base as we have an allergy. We will be back.

For what I’ve paid the pizzas was absolute diabolical dry tasteless like eating cardboard the chips was refried I’ve previously ordered before thinking it was one off bad takeaway but I was wrong would not recommend

Mix grill inedible. Meat tough and staff rude when called to ask for another. Didnt replace it just offered me a free garlic bread. Never order from here. Terrible shop. Avoid avoid avoid.

My wife's burger was OK but I decided to try the 2 chicken pieces and chips, never again...... 🤮🤮 The chips were OK but the chicken was in edible, tasted and looked like it had been cooked several times. The chicken had an almost sour taste too... Normally we just get burgers or pizzas, what a mistake I made ordering the chicken. Not ordering chicken again.!!

Don't usually leave reviews but the pizza was by far the best we have had in a long time. The food was all hot, it was also early to the estimated delivery time! Will definitely be using again!

My sons favourite takeaway in the whole of the UK! He's currently at uni in Birmingham and hasn't found anything close to Bella he says!!! Lovely people too!

Ordered chips and cheese with garlic bread sent us garlic bread and regular chip i called them and they refused to send us cheese chip and said that i ordered regular chips. I would not recommend because they are not customer friendly 😡😡

Missed out a full meal. Did return the money though. But night ruined really and it was really expensive

The pizza was lovely, unlike the sloppy messes you get from other takeaways in the area. Delivery was 20 mins early which was great! No complaints at all apart from cheesy chips didn’t have any chip spice on but will remember to request that next time (I assumed it was just standard for Hull to put it on) also paid for large cheesy chips but came in normal small box… but anyways will order again

Lovely food but just dropped one star on service as the totally wrong pizza was delivered. Still,nice though and I only mention this to hopefully give constructive feedback for the restaurant.

Our order was completely wrong we also found spit in our burger and I would never hope someone would eat it. And as well he added things we didn’t ask for like onions on our burger and garlic on our pizza. We will not eat here again.

Absolutely disgusting! My friend ordered 2 mins before I didn’t get my pizza 30 mins of waiting so took my friends pizza back off her and gave us back refund! Hadn’t eaten all night! Awful service! Do not eat here if in a rush and had to pay huge taxi fare because of wait with no pizza! So disorganised! Do not recommend!

I have been going for years, the food is great, staff are great, never had an issue with them, and I don't think they've ever been late over the 2-3 years I've been ordering.
