Bella Pizza in Sheffield

Chips come plain. Ordered one with grated cheese and the other with cheese sauce. Pizza was nice though

Only doing the review because I've tried to order twice since and had my order cancelled both times. Not wasting my time in the future

Absolutely disgusting, this was the best place for pizza, kebab and curry around until it was under new management, the food is nasty, the service is nasty and the response from the owners is nasty, this review is based on my own experience from the day it got took over and from my daughter buying food tonight, had I known I'd have told her not to. She's just spent £30 odd quid on food they is wasted, bring back Jay and Ash.

Absolutely sh** food arrived with items missing when we opened the kebabs the meat was old and tough even the dog didn’t eat it. Calzone and pizza cold. Wedges at £2.50 contained 6 wedges soft and again cold Rang the place and was polite but had phone put down on me.

chicken was dry as dry could be. the salad was off and bread was so dry it made a hard breaking sound when trying to snap it.... all in all one of the worst meal i have EVER had!!!!!

Have used this takeaway a few times and never falls below a certain standard.

Food came early ordered a mixed kebab meal no part of it was a meal, as stated it came with chips no chips arrived and only had chicken and doner meat on. Potion sizes weren’t great I ordered a large doner meat with chips and it came as a small.

Wedges was solid like they wasn’t cooked right, the red chicken was very very dry

Still open online but have to wait 3/7 days for a refund first time and last time ordering

Was very early. Did not get chips and sheikh kebab in my kebab meal.

Donner meat stale and cold Minute dribble of garlic mayo soaked up by bread Naan bread really nice tho

Horrible customer service, constantly getting orders wrong with no effort to try a fix it when the blame is clearly in their part, SO DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!

We ordered at 6,30 and got told 45-60 mins, at 8.15 we chased and got told next order our, at 2040 complained and got told a manager would ring me back, the order arrived shortly after but the the manager call never happened, they don’t care, avoid , I definitely will

The pizza was great. But the onion rings were soggy and barely warm up and the Nan bread was soggy when it should be crispy tbh I would give 3/10 stars not good enough.

First time of ordering from here tonight and I order donor & chips with cheese I was sent a donor kebab when rang to tell I received wrong order got told they was nothing they could do and hung up very rude and will definitely not be ordering from here again

Food brilliant, gave the driver £30 instead of £20, back within a minute to tell me (had a few drinks)

There was a mixed kebab meal on the order, there was no lamb shish and it wasn’t grilled chicken it was chicken tikka, I really don’t like chicken tikka and couldn’t eat it, can I get a refund for the kebab please.

The pizzas weren’t cooked both just tasted of pizza dough - very disappointed as Bella pizza was recommended to us.

Was a little late due to issues finding our property 5* for the kebab 3* for the pizza as it would be better on super thin italian style base 3* for the garlic bread as it wohlsbe better with super thin italian base 3* for the chips will defo order again 5* for the delivery driver who delivered to us as he was friendly & very chatty

Had to get them to redeliver the food as it was all cold. The second delivery, the pizza was red hot but the rest of my order was cold again and the doner kabab was undercooked and chewy.

Usually very good food with prompt delivery as we live down the road. Got a notification on just eat saying it was on route but then took a further 20 min to arrive even though we live 5 minutes away max. Food was cold when arrived.

Food was just aired and late but if there busy they’ve got lots of orders to get out so need more delivery drivers instead of the driver doing loads of deliveries

First time ordering from here and definitely will again, was impressed with the no contact delivery! Food was hot when arrived (which was on time) not horrible and greasy and nice portions for my hungry partner.

Pizza boxes were wet with the rain, pizza luke warm. They didn’t add an extra topping onto the pizza and the food was late. Usually five star deliveries from here but not this time.

Food was ok, but not the best we've had. The potato wedges were soggy and the meat a little tough.

Chips didn't travel well, however the kebab was amazing.

Pizza arrived cold. Lamb kebab came with no sauce which I had ordered and cold, once I’d take lamb out of the salad, heated it up and Chuck some mayonnaise on it was nice

Awful. Paid for an extra large kebab which is advertised as includes chips. We received a greasy mess mainly doner meat and no chips. Pizza wasn’t great either. Gone down hill this place

Literally ordered 3 times a week!! Order come and it had ordered my previous order.. just eat app did state previous order but confirmation email stated what I actually ordered!! Delivery driver was unhelpful and said well u’ll have to contact just eat nothing I can do even though I’ve accepted ordered in the past that have been their fault!! Really disappointed and they have lost a good customer!!

Sorry i have to write this but on previous Indian Connoisseur takeaway Meals ive had were very nice. But like anything that does'nt last. Recently ordered a meal from them and it turned up an hour late and things missing. Not happy at all.

Pizzas & calzone were really tasty but garlic bread was very bland. Not sure if this was a one off but couldn't taste the garlic one bit....disappointed with this but overall happy with rest of order.

Ordered a chicknito and chips it turned up wrong so they delivered a fresh one without the chips and the pizza turned up wrong, these are normally spot on. Service i cannot fault.

I understand that you get busy and make mistakes... But our order was wrong I have a big family to feed... The portions were small compared to when we had it previously... And the customer service wasn't great... I hope next time will be better as your kebabs are the best around just so disappointed tonight
