My friends and I spent about 3 hours having a long, leisurely lunch in this friendly Italian restaurant. The food was pretty good - I had calamari followed by saltimbocca then tiramisu, pretty standard Italian fare, and it was well done. Enjoyable.

Perfect in everything. Delicious pizza and pasta. The passion fruit cheese cake was so yummy and the service was very welcoming.

We booked ahead of arriving, with space for a highchair - this was provided and the table was ready however we co-located next to a family that also had children (very naughty loud children) the tables had been rearranged to accommodate the family, making the walkway to the gents very tight! We were given a table directly behind the coffee machine and were plagued by flies continuously flying around our heads. It was at this point, if my daughter was so intent on eating here, we would have left. When the food came, the bead with the oil and vinegar was toasted!? how are you supposed to soak up oil with toasted bread? The mains were average, portion size was good. As others have mentioned the Tiramisu was excellent, and put a nice finish on an otherwise average evening.

A very friendly, welcoming experience with a good varied menu. Six of us had different meals and all were very enjoyable and at realistic prices.

We booked a table for six and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was very good and the food was delicious. It was great value and I would definitely recommend to families, couples and anyone who likes authentic Italian meals.

This restaurant was a very lovely experience. We went there for dinner and it had a very nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and treated customers with great warm greetings. Food was delicious and filled you up by the end of the meal.It is a lovely, child-friendly, amazing restaurant. I loved to see all the staff trying their hardest to keep the customers entertained with conversations and jokes.If you want a relaxed evening, I highly recommend this restaurant.

A really great Italian on the seafront not far from the old town of Hastings. Food is consistently excellent, prices are reasonable and the staff are super friendly. The portions sizes are also great and the pasta dishes are varied and as good as any I've eaten elsewhere. I've visited about 5 times in the past few months since discovering it. It also does gluten free dishes, so It's been great for a few friends who prefer / need this option.

We have visited many times over the last year and I can honestly say we’ve not had a bad meal. The service is consistently good and you feel the typical Italian warmth towards children. It’s a family favourite for us and would recommend!

Average food. Small portions. Disappointingly bad home-made tiramisu. Poor service and no interest in doing more than the basics and even that they couldn't get right.

Visited hasting on Saturday 24th April, passing by I decided to stop and have a takeaway pizza to Bella napoli, waited 40 minutes for have 1 margherita, 1 calzone (uncooked) and portion of chips, on the end the chips was the best. Can't wait for go again and have the best chips ever in Hastings.

Went here for lunch with my family, was very impressed with the service, everything was very clean and covid secure with a, strict check in procedure. The food was very good and excellent value for money, will definitely come here again.

We went 14/10 when there were about 17,000 Covid cases per day. Two couples turned up without masks to which the response was “oh well never mind”. When you’ve lost someone then you mind !! If you want to be Covid secure then don’t go here. How hard it is to buy a stock of disposable masks if they don’t want to lose business?

We had prebooked a table. When we arrived our name was on the list but when we arrived the waitress seemed surprised to see us and disappeared. The front of house then appeared with her mask worn under her nose. I asked her to cover her nose and she seemed very put out. Then we needed to use the NHS Covid 19 app. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempt for it to register where you are. She was extremely impatient and sighed when my husband got his phone out so he could be registered. We were then ushered to a table which had obviously been hurriedly put out for us. It was bushed against the counter where to bar was. We were not happy with the table which was rather small but decided to make the best of it.We ordered and the service bringing the food was very quick. We arrived at 7 and by 8 we had eaten both our starters and mains. Really for a Saturday night we would have liked it to be a little more leisurely. Our table was cleared and we sat waiting to be offerd coffee and desert.The head of house was noticeably ignoring us. Chatting to guests on other tables but just walking past us. At 8:40 we decided that they obviously did not want to provide us with deserts or coffee so we asked for the bill and left.

eating is not the same as before. I think they changed the chef, because three months ago the food was excellent and original Italian, but now I don't like it anymore, it doesn't taste and I don't know how to express it, but really disgusting. Looking for some excellent food, I decided to try the Bella Napoli. I had the Sea Bass, which was stunning, it was a whole fish with lemon inside. The cut potatoes were wonderful, crisp and tasty with herbs. The salad was good too. For desert, I had the standard cheescake, not really my favourite, I find it too sickly for my taste. This was excellent and well served. The meal came to £26 which was good value. Service was excellent.

Bank Holiday Monday August.We liked the look of the restaurant and popped in and asked if they had a spare table - hooray, they had one for me, my husband and 6 year old daughter who wanted pizza ! Ordered drinks and meal at the same time. Tick tock tick tock....... after being very patient we asked when our food would be arriving as our 6 year old had been VERY patient waiting for AN HOUR......... the waitress disappeared and came to us with a pot of olives stating there had been a ‘technical fault’ ( in other words she forgot to put our order through). Obviously we got up and left ! Absolutely appalled that in such a a small restaurant none of the several members of staff had even noticed that we were still just sat there with no food ....... Shall not be returning obviously

Came here with no reservation and was welcomed in straight away. Food was amazing had linguine vongole and Milanese with spaghetti for main and a side of garlic pizza and mozzarella with red onion. This was a wonderful restaurant in a great location with great service and very friendly staff. The prices are also very reasonable and the portion sizes are large. We had a fantastic server, a young man (I believe his name was Glenn). He was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would return again. Absolutely recommend the starter of mussels in the white wine sauce. It was a a great way to start the meal.

Visited this beautiful busy restaurant on a Thursday evening while visiting friends who have just moved here, was greeted at the door and showed the hand sanitiser as soon as we entered, when given menus our track and trace was taken straight away which put us at ease.Lucky they accommodated us without booking, didn’t wait long for our orders and the waiter and bar staff were very helpful it’s the small things that make great experience we didn’t need to ask for napkins or finger bowl for our beautiful mussels (as I get very messy) or more drinks as they were was very attentive and on the ball...Beautiful atmosphere, food and so happy we have found our new fav Italian will be visiting again at the end of the month this time we have booked so looking forward another fab evening...

Authentic Italian-style restaurant on the seafront. Our three course meal was fantastic, the restaurant was very busy due to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, but they found us a table for my fiancé’s birthday. We didn’t have to wait long at all for our courses which I was surprised at! The seafood was very fresh, the desserts were light, and the service from the waitresses couldn’t be faulted! If we return to Hastings, we would definitely book again.

We had a really lovely & relaxed early evening meal at Bella Napoli whilst down in Hastings for a few days. The service was really friendly within the cosy atmosphere and the food was superb. Our family of 4 had the Meatballs, Liver & Bacon, Pepperoni Pizza and Childrens Bolognaise and all meals were delivered promptly and were very tasty. We just wished we'd ordered starters as we saw others being given theirs! They looked delicious! The trip alone was worth it just for the Ice Cream though! One of the best Vanilla & Strawberry Ice Creams we've ever tasted. We would definitely return for dinner if down at the beach for the day but we would appreciative seeing the staff using PPE next time to help feel completely at ease during this time.

Booked a table with my friends and had to wait half an hour before someone came to take our food order (I eventually had to ask a waitress if they could). 5 minutes later we were told they were shutting the restaurant due to a broken fuse which was totally understandable. However, they made us pay for our drinks even though we had to wait all that time to order just to be told we weren’t getting our dinner. To do this on a Monday whilst the Eat Out to Help Out scheme is taking place is an absolute joke. We struggled to find a place to eat dinner and ended up eventually eating after 7pm at a different restaurant when we had originally booked for half past five. To make us wait all that time and only slightly apologise for what happened isn’t good enough. After speaking to who I think was the manager she said we would still have to pay because the issue wasn’t their fault. This I totally understand, it’s the time being wasted that really made me angry. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place as it was proven today that the staff completely ignore you and don’t take any notice. There was also no social distancing or hand sanitizer or PPE in place. Don’t waste your time going to this restaurant when there are other really good Italian restaurants in Hastings.
