VERY RUDE OWNER / MANAGER Ordered via Uber Eats, and we had an issue with our address. Rang the restaurant to give them the correct address and said that they would let the driver know, and it would be fine. Food was delivered to the wrong address, got in contact with the restaurant again, and the lady on the phone was helpful and apologised and asked for us to contact Uber Eats. Which was fine with us and ended the conversation. The manager / owner then decided to ring me back to shout down the phone, telling us how it was all our fault. Was and very rude and showed a complete lack of respect to a customer. Will never order from here again.

This wonderful restaurant is just amazing; be it a celebration or just a cheeky pop in, you'll always be made welcome and looked after.

Brilliant Italian food. I've driven past this restaurant for many years and finally decided to book a table. We were not disappointed. The pasta was fresh and service was amazing. Also the tiramisu was incredible!!!! Looking forward to taking family there over the Christmas period.

Wow such tasty pizza! It was very late at night - the restaurant was about to close i think, but the very nice man said he could do us a pizza to take away. It was beautiful pizza. So very tasty and fresh. We will definitely come back again for a nice sit down meal 🥰

The absolute best Italian restaurant in London. Period.

Last week me and my partner came to this restraunt for a late night pizza. We where sat in the back of the restraunt whilst there was a free table in the front. Which was slightly anoying as its not as nice in the back. The food was served fairly fast and was pretty good. The food didnt feel heavy.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience, not only is the food of the upmost quality but the staff are amazing and friendly, the setting is cosy & family friendly and my belly is never left disappointed.

Really lovely, proper Italian food. Friendly staff, even when it's quiet or busy. There's the usual pictures of Gina, Frank and the Godfather everywhere, but it's homely rather than kitsch. Do visit.

The food was incredible from starters to dessert. We went as a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed their dishes. I had a prawn spaghetti which was delicious. It’s gorgeous family run restaurant which is well worth a visit.

Had an amazing dinner. The owners are super nice and very friendly. The Caprese was amazing and fresh. The Spaghetti Bolugnese was amazing and it felt like I was back in Italy. Hope if you have time I would hope in and try it. Before I go home I want to try the pizza next. Update: I went back and and ate here another 4 times. I love this place and the people that run it are amazing.

Staffs are welcoming as usual. Calamari is fresh! Last time I tried their pasta, lasagna was wonderful. This time I tried their pizzas, good varieties to choose from. Savoury ones are better than desserts in my opinion

Im from USA and was visiting London. I ordered spaghetti bolognese from Bella Mia...OMG, It was DELICIOUS 😋. I could taste the freshness. Not frozen ingredients and not greasy, just perfect 👌

After coming to England from Italy the food is 100% authentic ant Bella Mia, and I would recommend this to anyone for any occasion.

The owner have a such bad energy if he prepared my food ill get cancer, saw him being disgusting disrespectful with riders from delivery companys, in average i got a bad experience.

I use to be a regular takeaway customer, but in the last few times I was very disappointed, pizza margherita without Basil, risotto porcini mushrooms and tartufo came with out tartufo and with regular mushrooms I maybe found 3 or 4 porcini Mushrooms in the risotto

This Italian restaurant it by far the best place I've eaten in in a long time. Brought back so many happy memories of Finchley 60 to 70 years ago. Lovly young lady who served and took an interest in my story. Very well cooked and served lunch. I will be going back in the future, it's a real find!

Ese no fue un buen comienzo para la noche.Fue una velada completamente decepcionante. Somos "locales" que hemos cenado en Bella Mia en varias ocasiones. . . pero, me temo, ¡nunca más!

Luego, cuando el chef estaba quemando comida y el restaurante era una cortina de humo, el encantador jefe de camareros dijo que era nuestra culpa ya que estaba lidiando con nuestra queja. ! ! ! ! El mejor consejo: no VAYAS AQUÍ y Bella Mia despida al camarero / Gerente o pronto descubrirás que estás fuera del negocio.

Fui a pasar una buena noche con mis amigos. La actitud del camarero fue indignante. Me temo que tiene mucho que aprender sobre el servicio al cliente. El primer plato de calamares y calabacín frito era muy pobre. El plato principal fue aún peor. Mi comida era salada y la comida de mis amigos no era comestible.Mientras estaba allí, la cocinera quemó la comida y todos nos ahogamos con el humo de la cocina. Traté de entablar una conversación razonable con el camarero, pero fue imposible. Nos quedamos con un olor a humo quemado en la ropa y totalmente disgustados con el servicio y la comida.Fue excepcionalmente grosero.

Quería una pizza takaway en este momento difícil. (COVID-19 ) . . Luchamos normalmente porque no podemos comer ajo. Afortunadamente, esto no fue un problema, ya que podrían vivir sin él. Tres pizzas para llevar por 30 y estaba lista en 10 minutos para su recogida. Claramente, esta no fue una noche ocupada para ellos, pero volvería en un instante. Buen servicio, puntual y educado en la recogida. Gran pizza también. Hemos comido en este restaurante antes y el servicio también fue bueno, pero no escribí una reseña en ese momento. ¡Fue entonces cuando nos dejaron salir! Bien hecho Bella Mia

Decidimos que necesitábamos algo durante el encierro, y toda la familia quería una auténtica pizza italiana. En la recolección, el personal fue amable y las pizzas estaban deliciosas. También recomiendo encarecidamente la guarnición de frijoles franceses: ¡encantador y con ajo!Volveré a usar, y espero visitar el restaurante cuando vuelva a abrir.

Came here with the family for a lunch as we all love Italian food, and Bella Mia didn't disappoint. Big portions of tasty food at reasonable prices, with lovely inside decor - simply can't complain!

We are regulars here and always enjoy ourselves. The menu is authentic, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. There is always a friendly welcome and it is a relaxing environment to unwind in. Our particular favourites are the penne arriabata and spaghetti pomodoro e basicilico, but everything is well executed including the bread and olive oil and green beans.

Este es mi italiano local y, honestamente, es mi italiano favorito en Londres. La pizza es 0 a ninguno, y desde que descubrí esto, yo y mi compañero pedimos regularmente y nunca me han decepcionado. El ambiente es muy acogedor y relajado y el propietario te hace sentir realmente bienvenido. He probado muchas cosas en el menú, incluida la pasta de salmón, y todos los platos han sido fantásticos. ¡Realmente recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que esté buscando una nueva joya italiana!

We went to this restaurant as a late birthday treat for my son on a recommendation. Don't be deceived by the outside, once inside it is all very Italian in the nicest possible way.

I have been eating here since day 1 and the food is always delicious. The staff are very friendly and they are willing to go the extra mile, to make your experience perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will continue dining here until the end!

I was exhausted and was happy when I noticed they serve fish!!!! I asked them may I pay with Apple Pay as it states on website they do take this form of payment, he started lecturing me that I should have my card... then started rambling in Albanian to all his coworkers about me and behind my Bach.. I told him I understood everything he said and how unprofessional that was... I was so nervous and felt so unwelcome- I paid with everything I had for the little olives and threw them up as they got stuck in my throught from the rudeness of this place!!!! You are so far behind my friend...I merely asked to confirm whether you do rage a certain payment format!!! What gives you the right to lecture me and talk behind my back!!! Costumers come to your place to relax and not to face cruelty! Shame!!!!! And when I asked you where you from - you have a decency to LiE!

Tuvimos una comida para 8 personas aquí anoche, lo recomendaría sumamente. El servicio era excelente, amable y cortés sin ser agobiante. La comida era deliciosa, todo recién cocinado y sabroso. No tuve un postre, pero los que sí dijeron que todos sabían caseros y hermosos. Los tamaños de las porciones ciertamente no eran pequeños, en realidad eran muy abundantes. Sin duda volveremos! !

We booked here as it was local. Didn't know what to expect. Nice friendly atmosphere. Didn't really want pizza so had veal with potatoes and green beans. Nothing to write home about. I think pizza might have been better after all. They offer gluten free as well. We had a drink each with a shared desert and two coffees. I thought it a bit expensive for what it was.

Good service & tasty food but portions are too small.

Vine aquí con mi pareja para una cena de último minuto y quería algo local. En primer lugar, el lugar está bellamente decorado, y tenía un gran ambiente italiano. En segundo lugar, el personal era excelente y muy amable. En tercer lugar, incluso nos gustaban las extrañas melodías italianas de pop pop que se escuchaban en el fondo jajaja (no era alto, solo el nivel correcto)

Tuvimos nuestra cena ayer con mi novio en este restaurante. Comí el espagueti vegetariano con verduras a la parrilla, rúcula y queso de cabra, pero pedí sin el queso de cabra. ¡Fue increíble! Era tan sabroso, realmente me gustaba que las verduras estuvieran asadas al gusto. Era fresco y también una buena porción grande. Solo algo por lo que morir. Tendré que volver regularmente ahora. ?

Returned to this restaurant a few weeks ago for the first time in a long time after a poor experience. Decided that, since the restaurant had survived that it must be at least reasonable. And it was better than that and we have been back 3 times in the last few weeks with another visit planned for Friday. Every meal we have had has been enjoyable and reasonably priced. Only complaint is the house wine which, I agree is cheap for a restaurant, but really has not been good and last time was undrinkable. Response when we said as much was 'nobody else has complained' with no offer to replace or of another drink! Training needed. Shame because my tuna on grilled vegetables was excellent and my husband struggled to get finish his generous serving of meatball pasta. Be warned too, that the bread basket is enough for two as was my garlic bread.

Ignorando el hecho de que mi iniciador bruschetta de tomate podría haberlo hecho con un toque más de albahaca, para nosotros los platos principales fueron perfectos. Teníamos el spaghetti de salchicha de hinojo, que era excelente y los espaguetis de langostinos, de nuevo absolutamente precioso.

My girlfriend and I have just got back to our hotel room after eating here. Wow. Really friendly staff, really amazing food, great value for money. I've travelled a lot and this little gem would be right at home on the shores of Lake Garda or looking across at Rialto bridge in Venice! My only criticism is the desert menu, the pictures on the menu don't do justice but don't be fooled! I went for profiteroles and they were to die for! So yes, my one and only fault with Bella Mia, is they need better pictures for their desert menu, or maybe just the simplicity of no pictures. Many thanks to our hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely bookmark this to come again!

Estábamos pasando por, y decidimos probar el restaurante. Parece buena desde el exterior. La primera impresión cuando miramos el menú, no podía encontrar nada en el menú marcado como vegetarianos o un símbolo v. Luego le pidió ayuda y la primera cosa que dijo fue que es una ensalada. Él no era muy amable como normalmente en cualquier restaurante. Él era stern y senti que no estaba interesado en hacer su trabajo. Ahora que nos desanime. Nos sentimos como salir de allí y entonces.

Venimos a Bella Mia mucho. Se siente tan bien ir allí, hablar con el personal y comer comida estupenda en un lugar estupendo.

Visited early evening last night with my husband, daughter and grandson. We were staying locally for the night and thought this looked a good family friendly place for food. There was an excellent choice on the menu and the house red was really good.

I appreciate good Italian food and there are a lot of restaurants that claim to be Italian but are far from it. This on the other hand was such a pleasant surprise. We went on recommendation of a friend and I’ve wanted to try it but whenever I passed it appeared empty. On the inside, the restaurant is warm and cosy, the staff are very attentive and it has a lovely feel. Now the food....well, fresh, tasty and definitely Italian! Meatballs to die for and their pizza is amazing. We will definitely be back! Would be nice to see more people there as now I’m worried it won’t last the course! If you want good Italian food give it a go!

My wife and I had dinner, my wife had a vegetable pasta and I had a pizza. Both meals were very good and tasty. Portions are large and we were both satisfied with the quantity. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Visited last week with two toddlers and enjoyed some fantastic food. Was really surprised at quality and service and definitely a place to visit for a local or making a trip for. The walnut and bacon pasta was fabulous and the margarita pizza for the kids was devoured.

I dined alone at the restaurant when up in London on business. I was made to feel very welcome and the waitress was very attentive. Food was good and house wine lovely.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived yet the music was blaring. There was cigarette fumes coming from the back of the restaurant. The waiter was stroppy and gave me the wrong starter. My boyfriend had steak which was grisly, my chicken was dry and chewy, and the end of the beans were burnt.

It is a Russian roulette. Your food might be delicious, or it might be bad prepared. In the past I rated this with 5 stars. I went there every weekend for lunch and dinner, and I used to leave a tip on top of the service charge. I went to the kitchen to congratulate the chef for the food. But the last few times I went there, I got: egg shells on my meals, brown broccoli, old mussels, missing mussels and spilled takeaway panna cotta. It looked nothing like I was used to and it seemed that they wanted me out of there. That's no way to treat a regular customer... Never again. It is a shame, because I really liked the restaurant and was always nice to the staff.

Muy ingeniosamente decorado y acogedor decoración igualados por la encantadora acogedora camarera sonriente que nos dio la bienvenida y nos sirve. La comida era deliciosa, la minestrone hasta helados hechos para mi marido era casera como era su lasaña y yo muy bien preparado y presentado de forma ligera de calabacín frito y calamares seguido por especiales del chef orrecchietti con brécol y pancetta - magnífico. Una comida totalmente impecable y delicioso. No puedo esperar a volver

Mi amigo y yo encontramos este restaurante cuando estábamos buscando la cena en esa zona. Sólo pedimos dos pizzas con cerveza. Tamaño no lo es todo, pero para el precio las pizzas eran sorprendentemente grande. No sólo eso, sino que estaba buenísimo, no ser demasiado delgadas, y tener un montón de sabor.

Food was poor waitress was very rude and hardly able to speak English. Kept constantly interupting our meal even when asked not to.

Run of the mill pizza and pasta place. Staff did not understand our requests i.e. For a glass, not a bottle of prosecco. My pasta was just a little too undercooked, no milk was offered with coffee and the bill was incorrect. Nothing special. Wouldn't return unless convenient.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on Friday night, including bringing a pudding with candles to celebrate a birthday. The menu was wide ranging, so suited vegetarian, pescetarian and carnivores alike. It was well presented and tasted good. It's a pleasant place to sit with a good atmosphere. We will visit again.

I've eaten here a few times now and have adored it. Quick service cheap eats and great food. I decided to bring my friends for a visit to see what I'd been raving about. Upon arrival we are seated at the back of the restaurant, which isn't an issue, as the front has a large party going on. It was loud but we didn't mind. Upon being seated (right under the fire alarm) we notice it is beeping because the battery is dead. Within 1 minute of sitting we cannot stand the beeping. We ask the waitress if she can replace the batteries or take it down and she says she can't do anything. She comes back for drink orders and we ask again yet no response so we get the manager. The manager says there's nothing they can do. At this point (5 of the longest minutes of our lives) we tell them we can't deal with the beeping every 10 seconds so we are leaving. The lady apologizes but as we walk out one of the older men tell us, "if it is so expensive for you you should have just gone straight to McDonalds". I gey that we all look young but we are all in our mid 20s. It was very insulting and rude to assume we couldn't afford the food when the issue was quite obvious. The men were very inconsiderate and rude so they lost a group of peoples' service. Their loss not ours! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to others unless they are fine with being judged and disrespected!

Un petit Resto italien très sympa, les spaghettis aux légumes étaient délicieux, le reste de la famille a adoré le repas également. Le personnel est très pro.

Nous y étions il y a 3 ans et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous y sommes retourné et la qualité est toujours la, tout comme le personnel accueillant et pro. Nous conseillons ce restaurant.

No complaint about the food or the restaurant itself apart from the dreadful music which they insist on playing far too loud - I think they only have one tape which is on a loop! I can only describe the music as something you would hear at a children’s café and it’s not what I want to hear when out for a meal with friends or my partner on a Saturday evening (or in fact any time).Unfortunately, the customer service is pretty poor and is often borne out of misunderstandings in communication; when mistakes are pointed out they don’t take responsibility for them and blame it on the computer or the information not being up to date– I’ve experienced this a number of times with regards to discrepancies with the bill.Also, don’t bother trying to order a take away either – I’ve been charged a completely different (more expensive) price for a pizza to the one on the takeaway menu, this too was the computers fault! And my breaking point for this complaint based review happened very recently where I placed an order online using the restaurant website to avoid the communication issue, I had to chase my order twice, the second time I was told I should have placed the order through deliveroo and that it would take an hour to arrive. Seeing as I only live 5 mins walk away I decided to collect the Pizza by foot and was told it would be ready in 5 mins (a lot quicker than an hour). 5 mins turned into 15 mins, and to my despair, when I eventually got my pizza home it wasn’t the one I ordered!Sadly, I will be giving this restaurant and its take away service a wide berth from now on – shame as the food is very nice.
