Food was lovely, all the staff were amazing!

I had a fantastic experience at Bella Italia in Milton Keynes Stadium, thanks to our wonderful waiter Jessica. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her service was spot on—fast, professional, and with a lovely smile throughout. Jessica really made our meal extra special. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

Great experience at Bella Italia Stadium! Service was quick and amazing. Jay, our server, was friendly, attentive, and great with the kids—she had even brought stickers with her tip money for them! She also offered to take some lovely group photos of us! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!!

A very nice Monday evening. Not too busy but all food was great quality, fresh and hot! David and Alexa were perfect hosts! Will definitely come back again :)

Food was delicious. Had vegetarian pizza with half salad and a hot drink with a brownie. Restaurant is clean and well decorated. Well done to the waiters who were polite and friendly. Highly recommended

I ordered 2 mains, 2 sides and 2 drinks. One of the main meals was missing from the Order. I was refused a refund through Just Eat.

Delivery driver got lost had to call and give directions 3 times, ruined the pizza totally cold and microwaved prawn pasta. North restaurants fault but no good

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Bella Italia. Despite the restaurant being no more than 10% full, we were refused a table. The staff member who spoke to us – possibly the manager – informed us that they were only accepting bookings due to a football match. However, after dining at another restaurant, we walked past again and found the place still completely empty. The person we dealt with was incredibly rude, seemed uninterested, and came across as lazy. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience, and we won’t be returning.

Portion was a bit small given the price but so good it was warmed when it arrived but I live close by.

Best Italian in the UK. Spicy Sausage Pasta with Spinach on the side is on a different level. Instead of being overwhelmed by sugar when I normally eat cookie dough, your overwhelmed with warmth, flavour & texture instead 👌🏼

Came in tonight with my family for a little bit to eat. When we enter into the restaurant the person at the door told us it will take 30 minutes for the food which was very nice to tell the customer's. Bella Italia restaurant have a large menu to choice from for the adults and children too, also a large drinks menu. We order some pizza, dough Balls, chicken salad and finishing with our meal with desserts all very nice but the chocolate fondant was bland, I did prefer my daughter desserts. Thank you.

We had a lovely meal at Bella ltalia at the MK Stadium today, the food and service was excellent!!! You get good portion size, the food is fresh and cooked in front of your eyes. Drinks are a little bit pricey but you’re paying for atmosphere. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place.

Food was tasty, but on arrival was almost cold. On tracking the order from the MK Dons Stadium, I did notice courier stopped off at the Xscape, perhaps to collect more deliveries.

Worst service ever. Drinks came too late and they said the ticket was lost and that's it. My daughter didn't like her mocktail( it was too sweet), and we have asked if it was okay to swap it for normal juice. They did it but then charged for both of them. I would avoid and gp to the the branch in milton keynes center

ordered food at 15.30 arrived just after 17.05. food was cold it was that bad the pizza I ordered had camemberet cheese in the middle which should be melted and it was solid from where it took so long to get to us, from now on I'll go pizza express instead

Our experience at Bella Italia was truly awful. We waited an unbelievably long time for our food, only to discover why—there was just one chef in the kitchen and a total of three staff running the whole restaurant. How can a place like this think that’s acceptable? The staff looked completely overwhelmed, and we weren’t given any updates or apologies while we sat there wondering if we’d ever actually get fed. When the food finally arrived—long after we’d lost any enthusiasm—we were still hungry. The portions were small, and the whole experience was beyond frustrating. Poor management, no respect for customers’ time, and chaos at every level. I would not recommend Bella Italia to anyone. It’s not worth the wait or the disappointment. A truly miserable dining experience.

Nice looking and cozy place, I liked all the decorations, especially the pizza slice with flowers 😌 Everyone was so nice and accommodating. And the food was good, tasty as you would expect Italian food to be. We couldn’t have ask for more. Definitely recommend!

Had a lovely meal here on friday and was served by Scott who was extremely polite and welcoming to us. My 2 children were unsure of which flavour gelato to choose and he kindly allowed them a small sample of a couple flavours before choosing, which they appreciated. Food was lovely, and Scott was top! Recommend!

I came in with a group of friends last night for my birthday, the food was incredible as always and from what I noticed everyone was enjoying themselves. HOWEVER! We were served by some rather rude ginger girl. She constantly ignored me and my friends and was impolite when finally coming over. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve had an awesome evening with you guys however she ruined it.

Myself and my partner came in for a meal on 30th September for my birthday, food was amazing, service was great and was kindly accommodated for a quiet area of the restaurant. Especially happy with the polite and friendly service from our waiter Scott. Would recommend and will be visiting again.

Sadly the overall experience was not too good. After entering the restaurant which was fairly quiet we were given a fairly lengthy speech that they weren't accepting any vouchers/ discounts of any kind due to it being a bank holiday Monday. Thankfully this wasn't an issue, we were seated and then waited some 15-20 minutes for our server to take our order. The actual food itself didn't take long to arrive although sadly it wasn't the best, Margherita pizza, was chewy and lacked flavour, the kids doughballs as dry as Weetabix without milk, i could go on! I mean how can you go wrong with a pizza!!?? We didn't see our server at all again until it was time to pay the bill, having to find an alternative person halfway through our meal to order some additional drinks from. Sadly I won't be visiting again and definitely not recommending. We bit the bullet, begrudgingly paying and leaving. Not good

Have just walked into mk1 Bella Italia at 21.44 and they are closing early when closing time is usually 23.00 !!

Always nice when we go, great food and friendly staff. Went again today and the food was delicious, definitely worth a visit.

Our waitress, Natalie, was the worst waitress I’ve ever encountered in my life. She told us we couldn’t use our Clubcard vouchers because there were 11 of us. We had a £300 bill to pay. We had gone there to celebrate our son’s exam results and it ended up ruining the entire evening as the waitress was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. She stood over my husband whilst he transferred money from his bank account to mine, which is not professional at all. Food was late out and we received no apology and she also glared at us all when we left the restaurant. We had children with us and they were all upset too. We used to love this place, but we won’t ever be back now after tonight. It was so different to our last visit when our son was treated amazingly because it was his birthday. Tonight it felt like the waitress was intent on ruining our evening. We only got to order one round of drinks. My husband and son went up to order tap water as we were so thirsty! No toilet roll in the women’s toilets and a flashing light right above us that I had to ask to be turned off as flashing lights give me and my mum migraines. It’s a shame as we were having a wonderful evening, but it was ruined.

Had a fab time at Bella Italia MK. Great food, fantastic service, good value for money. Would definitely recommend a visit.

No one attended our table to get the order nor advise to use the QR code for over 30 minutes. We have asked our food to come at same time which didn't happen. My start got cold and the food have taken over 25 minutes to come out. Very rude staff and impatience when asked how long for the food to come.

Brownie was lovely and our waitress emily was great and had a good personality.

My server was Emily and she was an absolute delight. she really took care of us and always had positive energy when serving us as she’s currently giving us our desserts right now. she’s very nice saying thank you and has lovely manners and has great Jewelry on and therefore aesthetically pleasing!!

Very bad service. Staff very slow and uninterested and on phone rather than working. Wouldn’t recommend. Wasn’t even busy and had to wait 20 mins for drinks!!

Very disappointed. It wasn't explained to us that if you sit outside and order via the QR code, they bring all of the order in one go. This leaves your main course to go cold while you eat your starter. The food was pretty poor. The carbonara contained more fat than pancetta and the portion sizes were on the small side. We were left thinking it was vastly overpriced for what we received and we wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic food could not fault it but left early due to management talking about us to fellow friends and when getting up to leave explaining situation manager came out of kitchen asking whats wrong i explained dont like being talked about then tried to express my option about the situation to her raising her voice to me after leaving with my child she continues to follow me arguing saying i rude what because i have an opinion and try giving some feedback manager continues to cuss me . I will not return my daughter was so upset which has made me angry how dare the manager do that so unprofessional my daughter loved going there but has asked no more as the lady shouting has made her anxious. I dont put anything up even if i get bad food or terrible service but i had to express how disappointing this was today the managers outbust was unacceptable and not needed im still shocked over her behaviour

Very good italian atmosphere , cuisine, dishes, wines , ambience and excellent service. Best restaurant in the area of Milton Keynes Stadium.

Our server was Natalie, she was brilliant, but throughout the evening we had a variety of different staff help bringing food, drinks, parmesan and each one was friendly and helpful.

We spent 2 hours in there, only wanted a quick bite to eat. Pizza not great, starters were OK and dessert was nice. Won't go again. On the plus side the waitress who eventually served us was nice

Ate here late Sunday evening. The place was pretty busy, but the server managed to get us a space. I had the carbonara (unfortunately they had ran out of the lasagne which was my original choice). I had it with the spinach. My friend had the vegetarian pizza which looked so good. He said it tasted really good too! My carbonara was tasty and spinach was beautiful.
