Great food and service. Will definitely come back

A very disappointing meal. My friend and I ordered Pollo Funghi pasta, which should have been creamy, but wasn't, the chicken tasted gummy and old. Service was terrible, the server didn't even check if our food was okay, let alone ask for more drinks or dessert. Not to mention that the restaurant wasn't busy at the time of our visit.

Excellent service from Tyler, great atmosphere, was a very busy Saturday and the staff were very attentive, would definitely go again!!

We were in the area and decided we would get something to eat from here. The place was reasonably busy but we had booked a table in prior to arriving. We ordered drinks which I had the 'Birra Moretti' which was really nice. For food we tried the 'Cheese filled gnocchi bites' which were ok. For the main i had the 'Garlic lasagne' pizza this was really nice and I would recommend this and would have it again. Overall the staff were friendly, the food was really good, the place seemed clean.

I managed to change a few of my colleagues minds on how appauling Bella Italia is. We had a wonderful server, Kian, who kept composed throughout the whole time even though we were (I must admit) a very loud and vocal table who liked the drinks a lot! We were all impressed with his etiquette and how he managed to multi-task with serving the many of us. We had the dough balls and we all loved them - we could not get enough. Kian (I believe?) was very polite and allowed us to take our time with ordering - something we valued. Whenever we needed him, he was right there and I believe he made my colleagues change their minds on the stigma of Bella Italia in Meridian Leisure Park, along with the hot and well-presented food - of course!😂 We will definitely and most positively come again.

Absolutely stunning foods and pleasant services. We haven't been to Bella Italia since lockdown, this visit was totally unplanned. Restaurant was busy but we managed to find ourself a table on Sunday 7.30pm. The senior waitress led us to a table and helped us on high chair etc. Few mins later we got ordered drinks, foods. They were fast delivered for my kid meals so to calm him down a bit. Missing my kid apple juice but not a big deal, our ordered foods were arrived not long after that. I've ordered 3 courses meal, and my husband had a lasagne pizza and yummy tasty Birra Morreti. I had Pollo cacciatore and gnocchi chess bite. Mama Mia, they were beautifully cooked and tasty. The waitress (young teen had pimples his face, sorry not know your name) he was extremely welcomed and willingly to serve. He gave us condiments and cheeses on top of meals also helped us to pick my kid missing carton apply juice. Highly praised for his professionalism. We finished our meals with a tiramisu and it was perfectly good. It was a perfect dinner date with my family. I am sure we will return in short time and I hope they keeping up this quality as you know it wasn't hard to cook pasta but to have a good portion size, tasty, good texture and flavour pasta they required chef's time, skills and efforts to make them. Very impressed with Bella Italia. For the price point (very Good value) the food was delicious from the expansive menu. Much tastier than some higher priced Italian restaurants we have visited. Will go again.

Children under the age of three years, should not be in a restaurant at 9pm, it spoils the atmosphere when the child in question is screaming, and the parents are doing nothing to stop the child.

Went for a meal after bowling as a family of 6. We were welcomed very quickly and sat at our table. Ordered starters and mains: pizza, burger, pasta to chicken, all fresh and delicious, with a range of drinks and dessert. We all enjoyed ourselves thanks to the excellent service from 'Ela' and 'Sarah' who were super chilled and never stopped smiling, always attentive to our table. So top marks for food and service! 👏👏👏 The only negative and it's a big one for us is the prices, our meal came to over £116, had we not had some vouchers there is no way we could have eaten out. Not the restaurant's fault but come on 'Sales & Marketing' it's a Saturday night, Nando's is packed for a reason and Prezzo not far behind, how are you going to compete with these guys to get more customers through your doors? Your overheads are generally fixed, get more foot fall through the doors and improve your occupancy rate. 🤔 Well done Bella Italia @ team Meridian. 👌

Beautiful restaurant with amazing and speedy service, would recommend to friends and family the food was lovely

Although I came on a busy Friday evening, the staff gave great service and I couldn't fault the food. The new look of the place makes it feel so much better as well.

The team at Bella Italia saves us this evening. We were a group of 22 and our reservation at another restaurant hadn’t worked and they could accommodate us. The team at Bella took us all in straight away, re organised tables. Took our orders for food and drinks efficiently and accurately. All good came out hot and together. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for accommodating us at the last minute but also meeting this with really high standards and not compromising on food quality.

Starter were good but there is more flavour in water than the mains. I paid 15.49 for what was basically tomato juice and frozen chicken pasta.I would off been better off buying an Italian BMT from subway for a more authentic Italian meal.

Me and my mum went to this restuarant on Monday 6th November 2023, and were so impressed by the waitress as she was on her own and did a really good job, making an extra effort to advise us to order through the app. Extra friendly and helpful.

Food was minimal the mrs had pizza that like a cheap aldi pizza. I had a chicken dish that literally a piece of chicken and chips for £15 and really dry I asked for some bbq sauce It looked like tar it was very off putting(tasted nice though) just the look of it. Its in need a spruce up with paint and deco the walls are full of dirt and grease splashed rhe tables are tiny and you are really cramped together not good if you have anxiety issues. Staff were very friendly though

Went to bella italia for dinner with some friends before we went to the cinema and the food was amazing. I had the ribs and they just fell off the bone.

Just went to Bella italia for a coffee and a dessert at meridian, was told that they aren't doing walk ins, and they didn't have a table for us. The restaurant was 3/4 empty, when I said this to the server she said that they didn't have a clean table. Wow what great service not, went to prezzo instead

Great experience at Bella Italia. Staff really look after you and make sure that everything is to a high standard. Food was incredible and is always spot on each time I come.

Food was nice apart from the cheeseburger meat was weird, didn’t really taste like burger meat. Also the fanta was very watered down and strange. However good customer service from kian, fulfilled all of our needs and was very helpful. Gave him a tip😉

Lovely atmosphere, really nice food, a lot of options for the kids . Welcoming staff , good service. Prices are reasonable. Good location if you want to grab dinner before or after cinema.

Not my best visit ,salad was no where near fresh coleslaw,was grey £8.50 for them but I didn't pay for them sent them back. Pizza wasnt as tasty as normal. I feel let down, eating out is expensive these days, I at least expect to enjoy it but our waitress was very nice helpful and friendly so thats sommat.

Been here 3 times in the past couple of weeks the baby loves the food off the children's menu, the 3 course set menu is great value and the food is always done perfectly. The waitress we have had the last two times is kind, bubbly and always makes sure you are happy with everything.

Wanted a quick meal with the Grandchildren after the cinema. Although the place was busy we were quickly seated and our food ordered and delivered efficiently. I like eating out at Meridian but I don't think I'll be coming here again. Service was incredibly slow, and the waitress was kind but forgetful, giving us the wrong order at times or not even remember our order. The starters were delicious, as was the dessert, but the mains weren't nice.

Had a lovely evening meal with the family, service was nice and quick and everyone who dealt with us was lovely. Food was spot on too!! Even the smallest ate everything 😂

Food was amazing, service was a stern contrast. Sarah served us who we believe is the manager there. Her customer service skills were appalling, not only did she have an attitude, but there were a number of things wrong with our order which were eventually sorted. We understood it was slightly busy, but it didn’t ever warrant such a disgusting experience. Will never return.

Every time I visit bella Italia the staff are great and always giving their best service. I was excited to try the new menu and the new dessert pizzas🤩 Big shout out to Kian for looking after us all night.

Went in. Was a quiet night not many people in. 4 tables came in after us and got served within 5 minutes. We waited 25 minutes and had nothing, we tried to get the attention of the staff and they quickly hurried away. We ended up leaving

Wr normally love coming hear and have previously gave a 5* review but this time food was below average, two pasta dishes had very water sauce and not much flavour. the kids food was OK however the salad felt like it was covered in slime. Service was good however we witnessed a very heated conversation with the waitresses and kitchen staff. The chef didn't seem interested in serving quality food and the waitresses rightly so where getting frustrated.

First visit was really good.Second visit was just awful and lazy staff.Most of the food on the menu was not available you might aswell call it a normal take away because we only got to order pizza and mozzarella sticks.Alcohol spirits range was small.I won't be visiting this place ever again.

Food was nice enough. Nothing special. Bolognaise had barely any meat though. Drinks nice. Service slow. One toilet out of order and no loo roll in another. Plenty of free parking. Bella italia in the theatre district MK is better.

7 of us visited here and asked if they could fit us in. It was very quiet! The man at the front of house ( don’t know his name but he had a thin beard) asked us if we’d booked. We said no. He rolled his eyes and started looking on the computer. I said don’t worry if you can’t fit us in there’s plenty of other places that will. He said , I can fit you in but you’ll have to order online! Unreal! We said no it’s ok and went out. He said the same thing to the family in front of us. His attitude was appalling and he clearly needs some people skills training. We went to Frankie & Benny's and they were very accommodating and the food was great! Needless to say we won’t try Bella Pasta again especially looking at the other reviews . Hilarious!

Good food and friendly staff 👌 In the end it was a little dispute about the bill as deserts wasn't included in kid's menu.

Mark made us feel very welcome and managed to group really well. We had a brilliant service from start to finish and had a great time with plenty of laughs. We will be returning. Thank you from us all.

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere and very tasty food at a reasonable price. Staff were attentive but not overly where it becomes annoying. Would definitely visit again.
