No hace mucho tiempo, mi novia y yo creíamos una pizza o pasta antes de que la película comenzara en Showcase Cinema. Sin embargo, notamos que la calificación de Higiene estaba pegada en el vidrio cuando ingresó. LLEVA UNA CLASIFICACIÓN DE HIGIENE 1 DE 5. He trabajado en catering durante más de 20 años en la cocina. Un puntaje de 1 no es solo un mal día o mala suerte. Debe haber algo SERIAmente incorrecto / descuidado para obtener eso. Al borde de la comida cruda y la comida cocinada estar juntos. No hay agua corriente. 1 DE 5 es un peligro grave para la salud. Estoy agradecido de haberlo visto y también agradecido de que ningún niño o anciano pudiera haber estado en nuestra fiesta. Mi tienda local de Kebab tiene 4 de 5 estrellas. No me creas, mira por la ventana que con orgullo lo muestran. El Missus luego notó trampas para ratas de RENTAKILL en todo el perímetro del edificio. Los contenedores en la parte trasera también eran absolutamente asquerosos. Uno estaba a medio camino en el aparcamiento con la tapa abierta.

Went as a couple had a great meal with lovely service from Declan & Harry, a very friendly welcome from Martino, Matteo & Beth. Great food from the kitchen on hot plates and garlic bread fantastic. Thank you. Chris & Gloria xx

When I visited this restaurant, we went on a double date at 6:45 hoping to get in the cinema for 8 to watch our movie we’d booked. At first entry we weren’t greeted at the door and had to stand and wait, only to be taken to a table and have menus thrown at us...not even a hello, or asked for any drinks. We had to wait 20 minutes to even order drinks due to the lack of staff. The manager had a very shifty look about him and was very rude, he was not attentive to any of us and he seemed like it was too much of hard work to serve us. We ordered our drinks, only to wait a further 45mins to be asked what we would like to eat, by this time our film was nearly starting so we wasted money. We asked for the service to be fast.. this was not fast. We ate our main course at 8:30pm. My pasta was stone cold, with awful rubbery chicken which made me sick to the stomach. I’ve come home after eating this and vomited. I do not recommend this restaurant!! Very rude staff, appalling food and terrible cleanliness. I will not be visiting another Bella Italia again!!

Me and my friend had our dinner yesterday. The food was delicious and came very quick even though the restaurant was very busy. Service was fantastic and nothing was too much for the staff. Even the good looking chef came and said hello to us :) will definitely be back and was worthe the money.

This is our local Italian. Decent pizzas. My favourite is the Marco polo pasta & duck dish. Rich plum source. Starter gone up in price. Found the music a bit on the loud side.

Came here to eat last night with my partner for a meal, we had a table booked for half 7 and were sat down promptly. We ordered our food roughly about 10 minutes after sitting down i ordered the pollo funghi and my partner ordered the spaghetti bolognaise, the server was pleasant but we were abit suprised to have the food arrive 5 minutes later, as we all know a chicken breast does not take 5 minutes to cook from fresh it rang a few alarm bells that the food had been cooked and reheated but gave it the benefit of the doubt which was a big mistake as I awoke at 1:30am with a very upset stomach and my other half has been vomiting not impressed we had higher expectations especially from such good reviews.

Came here with family on Saturday night and was served by the very pleasant Shelby, she was so attentive and always smiling, nothing was too much hassle! We had mains and desserts and was very pleased with the overall quality. Will deffo be back again and hopefully served by Shelby again!!

We had been planning to go elsewhere but by a happy accident the sat nav took us here and I am so very happy that it did. After a very stressful morning at Ikea we were hungry, fed up and generally down in the dumps. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Our server, Charlotte, was wonderful, really friendly, really helpful and she genuinely cared which doesn't happen often in restaurants. Firstly I must stress how clean the place was (including the toilets). It was so hard to decide what to eat as everything on the menu looked great. Charlotte was only too happy to deal with our questions and very helpful regarding my food allergy. We all had a three course meal each, and whilst the food was generous it was the taste that made the biggest impression. We all had different things and all three of us loved what we had. My husband strangely had basil mash with his lasange, and he said that the mash was really wonderful but paled in comparison to the lasange which he adored. I had the pollo lasagna with a side order of roast vegetables and it was divine. However the absolute highlight of the meal was the dessert, we all ordered gelato of various flavours and all had different toppings, and we all loved them. Another highlight was also the staff, as I mentioned Charlotte was wonderful and so was the manager, really friendly and helpful. We aren't often in the area but would be quite happy to make the journey there again.

Came in last week, really really pleasant staff who can't do enough for you, gluten free options are available for quiet a few items on the menu, even gluten free brownies!!!!! food is amazing, great value for money, will definitely return

We walked through the door and could hear a screaming child, we waited a few minutes then the waiter wanted to sit us near the child! We politely asked to sit somewhere quieter and he said children might sit next to you somewhere else! I'm sorry aren't we paying customers that have a right to request not to be seated somewhere that would spoil our enjoyment?? Should really have walked out and gone to Frankie and Bennys where the food is much nicer, as we struggled to find something nice to eat as the menu has changed since our last visit. Oh yes then every customer that came in after us was seated in the area we asked to sit so it wasn't really a problem was it grumpy waiter!

Manager (black hair white shirt blue jeans) is very rude, no skill in customer service at all, no smile just a miserable face not something you want to see in a food environment. She doesn't say anything when putting food down and shouts at the FOH staff for not doing things quick. Appreciate the FOH staff please. They're only young and trying their best to do their jobs.

Me and my boyfriend came here for a date night and it was lovely, the atmosphere is beautiful and the staff were amazing. I had the gamberoni (highly recommended) and I had tempura prawns for starter, delicious, can't wait to go again, if you visit through the week you can find a good voucher code by signing up to Bella Italias Reward Club, very much worth it, thanks for an amazing time guys

I love this restaurant, the food is amazing! my boyfriend & i ordered Tempura Prawns for starter which we highly recommend, I also ordered the king prawn pasta dish! I nearly fainted with how good it was! I've always enjoyed the food here.
