Cena en | Cena | £ 30 – 40 Fui a Bella Italia para una cena con mis hijos para disfrutar del sabor italiano, pero no había nada que te hiciera sentir como Italia. Típico ambiente inglés. Como entrada pedí bruscheta. Mamá mía, no era una bruscheta, solo pan con tomates picados. ¡Escándalo! De todos modos, pedí Lasaña, pero no fue Lasaña. Era solo crema de tomate, souce y beshamel, mezclados entre sí, solo 2 piezas de pastel de lasaña. Muy mala calidad de la comida. Yo, mejor compro una Lasanga en Lidl y la cocino en casa y es muyyyy deliciosa y auténtica comida italiana, en absoluto como Bella Italia Lasaña. Nunca volveré allí y no recomiendo como buen restaurador en el centro de Leeds y le diré a todos los que conozco que no malgasten el dinero en este lugar. El personal no era tan amable, me estaba empujando a ordenar inmediatamente sin tener que mirar el menú primero. Excelente servicio de una joven llamada Gaia no podíamos culparla en absoluto. La comida era deliciosa como siempre y muy buena relación calidad-precio.

mi pareja y yo reservamos una mesa en este establecimiento para nuestro aniversario/ cumpleaños , mi pareja tiene alérgenos y trató de explicar esto al camarero me dieron un menú así que era mi pareja los dos tratamos de explicar cuáles son sus alérgenos. Luego el camarero apresuró su decisión después de decirle lo que podía y no podía comer no le dio a elegir lo que podía comer. abruptamente volvió a la mesa más de una vez para seguir diciéndole que no podía tener su primera opción, luego la segunda opción, NO nos ofrecieron una alternativa a lo que podía tener. esto hizo que mi pareja muy molesto hasta el punto de que la hizo llorar lo que arruinó la ocasión.

Este es mío y mis nietos van a restraunt , hoy fue igual de bueno que siempre, ambiente encantador, personal amable y comida deliciosa, el tipo que nos sirvió Rubén era encantador, era amable y educado y se tomó el tiempo para charlar con nosotros. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. 10 / 10

Had a brilliant meal at Bella Italia, we enjoyed it so much we booked for the following evening. The food was very good & the service was excellent. Ruben & his team really looked after us. There was a good variety on the menu for both of us, i am a Vegetarian. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a dreadful experience today with Bella Italia leeds, I have a gourmet card which entitles me to discounts at the restaurant after 12 lunch but I must call and reserve a table and advise them I have a gourmet card, I called the branch at 2pm as I was outside and saw there were just a couple of diners in the restaurant The guy on the telephone told me I could not come at 2 15pm but at 3.15pm I explained I was outside and could see the restaurant was empty He said well you enjoy your day and terminated the call, Obviously I will be contacting their hhesd office as I'm sure they monitor calls for staff training. Maybe the restaurant couldn't be bothered dealing with booking where they would not make much money, Very poor experience So I advise anyone in leeds thinking of dining out look elsewhere You will not get good customer service. 😒

Best place for gluten free food! Great choice for coeliacs with a huge gluten free menu of pasta, pizza, salads and desserts! Staff very knowledgable and everything is marked gluten free and served separately. Highly recommended!
