Iam gluten and diary free and ordered the lentil regu, I can honestly say it has been the best meal I have had. Extra care given to make sure I knew it was gluten and diary free too. Hollie took are order carefully, listening and summarising back our needs. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Unfortunately wasn't a great experience, we went for lunch and though restaurant was almost empty (for all the duration of our stay) they seated us by the door and was pretty freezing every time the door was opening. However that wasn't the worst thing, the pizza was just terrible and my partner's pasta had a black hair in it so she really lost appetite at this point. Though they refunded half of the bill still pretty much a bad experience. Also I wonder where the hospitality decorum has gone as the manager was dressed in what looks like a tracksuit with slippers and a polo t shirt you would expect to see in a caravan park, clearly no one there could be bothered.

Good atmosphere and even better food. Dylan was a great host and made sure we were comfortable at every point. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Dylan.

A lovely restaurant and a lovely meal

Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name but she is a brunette server very friendly and welcoming, I came in Sunday 26th January around 8 o’clock to pick up a pizza. The manager was also kind enough to allow me to take out my pizza despite it usually not being allowed with the voucher I had. Very positive experience would much recommend this restaurant :)

Visited bella on Saturday after a family night out! We were served by hollie who could not have done enough for us! She was attentive, very happy and even spoke to the children, which you don't always get when in a restaurant. The food was wonderful! Its rare I ever see my daughter clear her plate! Definitely will be coming back. Thank you again hollie!

This is the second Bella Italia I have been to in a few months and sadly the experience was a disappointing as the first. The food arrived over cooked and cold. We had two dishes, a pasta dish and a burger. The pasta was cold and the managers suggestion was to stir it to help release some heat from the centre, he agreed to redo it in the end and came back with a "fresh" dish a few minutes later. I'm not a chef but that's got to be a record cooking pasta fresh in less than five minutes. The burger was over cooked and dried out to the point where chewing any of the meat from the edge of the patty was what I imagine chewing on a tennis ball would be like. We also had some cheesy dough balls, but I'm pretty certain from the colour and texture of the cheese that it came from a tube. On the positive side the restaurant was nice and the waitress was very pleasant.

I had a good times with my family, though the waitress did not always gets our orders right, and had to wait a while to get the missing orders. At the end we were demands to pay, a large sum of service fee, because they said we are big table. I enjoy the food, and the time spend with my family, but definelty not going back there

Food took ages to arrive, ended up leaving after waiting for desserts for 35 minutes. Felt sorry for the waiting staff as it appeared to be the kitchen letting them down. Pasta was cold when it did arrive like it had been sat around for ages. Second time I’ve been where the food has been cold. I won’t bother going to this restaurant again, other locations are better.

Whether they do or don’t have a table depends entirely on your accent and appearance.

Food wasn't very good, limon cheesecake desert was disappointed. Coffee wasn't cold and it took more than 1h to eat with the restaurant almost empty. Not the best place

It was our work Christmas meal and we were able to book a table easily online, welcomed and served really promptly and with such care! And the set menu meant that it was really good value for money!
