Friday lunch with a friend, and the food was to a good standard and staff very pleasant. Restaurant is well situated for city centre shops and transport.

We visited as a family of 4 during the Easter holidays. The restaurant is centrally located with a nice view over the square. Food was good - between us we had dough balls, pizza, ribs and pasta. We used our Tesco vouchers to pay for the food. Conrad served us and was excellent. Quick, helpful, polite, efficient and attentive.

As a new coeliac it is quite hard to find good places to eat. Came here and everything was good until the food turned up, the main courses were cold and had to be sent back, then I was told they had run out of gluten free pizza bases so I couldn’t get what I’d originally ordered. The wait for replacements was very long so we had to leave without having anything to eat as we’d got a train to catch

Our server Wiktoria was very polite and quick to help. Unfortunately the restaurant was very cold, but I believe there was a heating issue. We were sat just outside of the closed off area of the dining hall which meant we lost a bit of atmosphere as we were two tables away from the nearest diners. The starters were very warm and flavourful - the calamari and wings were good value for money. The calzone could have done with more toppings to sauce but I enjoyed it.
