Stacey was lovely and attentive, super fresh and lovely presented food

We had a lovely visit lovely friendly staff .we had a new young girl very nice and helpful, there was also a lovely young lad that helped her when she didn’t know what the answers was.we was using Taste card which she needed help with from a lovely helpful lad .. it was lovely to see ..

Called in for lunch and the food & service was great. Staff very attentive and friendly. Kitchen staff served up wonderful Pizza & Pasta dishes that were as good as in Naples, thank you. Prices very fair. Will visit again 🙂

Stacey was absolute lovely and the food was perfectly delicious! We have never had a bad meal here, it’s always great service and wonderful food with big portion sizes. Great vegetarian and vegan options too!

Was very disappointed because when we went in they tell us you need to pre book. There is no notice outside or anything telling us this. If we had known we could have booked, then done some shopping and came back and ate.

Lovely atmosphere, informal and comfortable. Service was excellent and staff were lovely. Food was ok. Portions quite small for the prices. Would go again though.

First time eating in this restaurant and will be the last . Had the spinach and ricotta canaloni dish in tomato sauce. Unfortunately it was the worst meal I've had in a long time . Tastless . Not cooked properly in the middle and the tomato sauce it came covered in tasted Just like tomato purée. Not the cheapest meal either . No wonder it was so quite . Do not recommend this restaurant.

Graciously served on our 19th wedding anniversary by Stacey. Kind, caring and attentive. The food was absolutely beautiful - mushroom al forno, Milanese chicken. Carbonara pasta and tiramisu. Hot food, served and presented beautifully. Thank you so much Stacey and team for a lovely evening!

This is the second time I have come recently, more for convenience as it's only franchises in Xscape so restaurant choice is limited. I find the food uninspiring and bland, as did my partner, my kids weren't impressed by the pizza, we have just been in Italy but it is supposed to be an Italian restaurant. Tried dessert thinking that might be ok but the tiramisu was also bland. Our server Ceres though was great, no complaints there!!

First time I’ve been to Bella Italia in a few years and it will be the last food was over priced garbage. I’ve had a better lasagne for £3.50 in Aldi. The service was a little slow but that is mainly Due to the only FOH staff Lilly doing the whole restaurant on her own. She was polite and friendly.

Visited this evening and served by Rowan. He was very friendly and helpful, when I was unsure what to order Rowan suggested the options he'd recommend. I chose the vegetable calzone (one of his recommendations). I probably wouldn't have chosen this without his suggestion but I'm glad I did. It was delicious and full of flavour. The meals arrived quickly and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall, a really positive experience.

We had the cheeseburger (my Argentinian husband, who is a meat expert, said it tasted like Argentinian beef. Never heard him saying that before), I had the chicken Caesar Salad (fresh, well seasoned, a generous amount of chicken breast and parmezan, but a little short of sauce), baked cheese cake (wow!) and gelato (a total treat). We really enjoyed ourselves and it was worth every penny. The service was fast. Toilets are clean.

We was a big table for my daughters birthday. The pre order forms and deposit was easy and the team was great fro booking to leaving.

The food was okay, however, the children's portion sizes were very small in quantity and some of the food was bland. Our server Lilly was professional and kind.

The food I was given was extremely poor value I'm gluten free I chose bruschetta I got 2 inches of bread that looked torn off from a bigger piece whereas I saw other people regular bruschetta much better quality. My grandsons chicken meal was overcooked and my pasta dish was lacking any seasoning.

I'll never return here again. Went for my daughter's 21st birthday with a party of 7 . 4 people ordered lasagna which came in different portion sizes and very watery. Told the waitress who told us she could change the dishes but they'd probably come back the same. This leads me to believe the food was frozen hence the excessive water worst lasagna ever for £16 would have got better from a supermarket microwave meal. Replaced lasagna with a Pizza which was tasteless according to my wife but ate most of it as she was starving . Did feel a little for the waitress and manageress who had to face up to the fact we were disappointed to say the least. Although we received a discount on our food etc it will not tempt me or any of my family back ever.

We were served by Lilly. One of the nicest people we've had serve us. The food was lovely and the service was above and beyond.

Not a good experience here. Despite being relatively quiet the food took a long long time, not great when you have kids. The food when it came was very nice but pasta portions were tiny, which given they cost over 15 pounds is very disappointing. Later that evening the food came back up, so I think their food hygiene might be an issue.

Group of 8 on a quiet Friday night. Seafood Rissoto was not available. It took an hour for my meal to arrive. It was cold so I sent it back and it was removed from the bill. I was offered a free dessert for compensation but I didnt have another hour to wait so I said no. The optional service charge needs manager approval to remove, that only took a few minutes. Got a bag of chips on my way home. Everyone else said their food was acceptable.
