Beith Palace Takeaway in North Ayrshire

This is our preferred local Chinese. There are 2 next to each other and to be fair not tried the 3rd one yet as these are v easy to park outside. This is not amazing but v v slightly for us better than next door but to be fair not a lot in it. Average to good food but will not create a fond memory

Stopped here on way home as i was starving. After i got my takeaway I still was as it ended up in a bin. All was not lost though as the bin was next to a chippy.My beef curry was stinking, the beef was swollen and chewy beyond belief, looked like it had been soaking in water overnight. The sauce was like watered down mr homepride and there was more egg white in the fried rice than in an omelette. Even though I was so hungry I just couldn't eat it. Got a lovely hamburger supper instead.This place is simply rotten!!!

I ordered meals for 6 people for delivery at 6.40pm I was told delivery 30 to 40 minutes. We phoned back twice and by time delivery arrived it was a total of 1 hr 45 mins for our delivery. Food was tepid by time it arrived. Driver said that they had only had it for 20 minutes. Food was for a birthday meal at home. Extremely disappointed with delay and attitude from delivery driver and staff on phones at Beith Palace. Will not order again or recommend.

We order from here normally however tonight we got chicken balls and they were absolutely vile ! Had to spit out the chicken as it had such a tough strange taste to it like it was rotten or had been sitting out in heat, the taste of left in my mouth was vile, almost perfumey! The BBQ ribs were dry with hardly any sauce on them and the gravy was like jelly! Not a nice experience. Basically paid £18 for chips!

Fast and friendly service. Food really good. Delivery service excellent. Reasonable prices.would certainly recommend this takeaway.

Me and my friends are on a camping holiday in Dulry and decided that we wanted Chinese after searching for at least 30 minutes we finally found Beith Palace, the Friday night, the service was fantastic, the man on the phone was polite and friendly, understood our difficult circumstances (being in an enclosed campsite rather late at night and not wanting to annoy other campers), they found the out-of-the-way place with no problem phoned us to let us know that it had dispatched and the delivery driver was terrific, we gave him a £5 tip and felt incredibly satisfied with our service. Saturday night was our last night in the camp and we decided to order from the Chinese again but were extremely disappointed, the employee on the phone was different to the one before, they were snide and difficult to cooperate with, when we tried to explain our difficult circumstances they were dismissive. We waited around an hour and in this time one of us took 'ill' (broke their leg) and we had to rush to hospital in a fellow campers car. We received a call on the way to the hospital saying the delivery driver (different to the one the night before) explaining she was lost, the last thing on our minds was the food we had ordered but we told them that there was no way we could receive it and asked them to cancel order. A few minutes later we received another call saying we can no longer order food from there despite this being a unfortunate and unseen circumstance. The lady on the phone was rude, abrasive and unwilling to listen. We're not quite sure what happened to the outstanding employees from the night before but we are extremely appalled with the service and understandably upset.

We use Beith Palace regularly for takeaways and have always found the food to be very good, We've never had a bad meal. Also had good feed back from friends and family.

Not the worst but certainly not the best locally.Chicken has no taste and was rubbery,sauces and spices are good, chicken lets them doen

Nice Chinese food of all types including special dinners for more than one persons and has a home delivery available

Can't fault any meals we have had , very nice and quick delivery . Love the salt and chillie chips also chicken chow mien is one of my favourites oh and chicken and blackbean with green peppers with fried rice my list could go on my husband particularly likes a breast of chicken with sweet and sour sauce all in all very good xx

When i was in the place seemed extremely busy which cant be a bad thing. Not much from the outside but food excellent and cheap too
