unfortunately I listened to the reviews. 30 mins late, cold food and sauce in wrap when asked no sauce.

like going here for a quick bite ... however depending on who's serving the shawarma options isn't always on point, but when it is it tasty and fresh with flavour.

Best schwarma i've had in london. Bangin mezze. Get the best service and food before the late night rush. Thank you guys!

Always order from here and never had a bad experience! The chicken shish meal in particular is amazing and very generous portion, you get chicken, tabbouleh, warak enab, batata harra, salad, hummus and falafel! and it’s all really delicious and fresh - the hummus and falafel especially delicious.

Lovely food. Lovely hot sauce which is home made! would definitely order again.

Dry chicken schwarma was like eating a toilet roll with lettuce

The food was soo good. I had the felafel wrap but I know everything else will be good. The salad in the wrap was fresh and the seasoning of the felafel was tasty… you know it was fresh. Service really good, the people have vibes, even late at night. Everyone who passes through seemed respectful, relaxed and satisfied.

Over the last few months I’ve noticed not have the portions in quantity and size, the price has gone up and now you have started using different ingredients such as the type of rice – you no longer use the basmati rice, but you using long grain rice This all affects the quality of the food and for the price you can hardly get a meal that fills you up.There’s never enough bread to have with the dips or the food and there’s no option to purchase separately. Things are going downhill

Went in after reading the review but the food wasn’t made well, the bread was cold as well. To top it all off the staff was extremely rude and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Do not recommend.

Was so excited to finally eat a good shawarma after reading all the raving reviews! However, I has the worst time interacting with the staff. They didn’t even give me a minute to decide and order and were hounding me to order and were extremely rude. The shawarma was just alright but didn’t make up for the mood that the interaction with the staff put me in. Time to find another Shawarma place!

Went in with a couple of friends and we were taking a couple of minutes to decide and the staff was getting quite restless. During the entire time there they were very rude to us. Forgot half the order which was completely okay and we never said anything about it but just interacting with them wasn’t pleasant to say the least. While the food was okay I don’t think I’ll be visiting again because of the nature of the staff.

There should really be negative marking on these reviews — horribly impatient and rude staff. will not be visiting again.

The food was amazing but the service was horrible. The guys working behind the counter were incredibly rude and glaring at me. They were playing really loud music that you couldn’t hold a conversation and when I asked about my order that was late, I was met with an incredibly rude stare from one of the guys. I do not recommend it.

Visited today. Nice, cozy and clean place, with delicious food. Ordered two lamb shawarma wraps and drinks. It was fresh, buttery, and juicy. We simply loved it. The guy served us was also nice and keep cleaning the tables whenever possible. Recommended.

Worst chicken schwarma I ever had in London. Bland, tasteless, with zero seasoning to the meat itself. A huge disappointment. They use cheap rice, which is also bland and tasteless. The old salad consists just of onions. This place has lost its sparkle and flavor.

You need to tell them exactly how you want your sandwich, not a Lebanese restaurant as per Lebanese standards but not bad for a quick bite

Never received order! Contacted restaurant but they weren’t interested.

Food was okay, big portion. I ordered the chicken shawarma meal with rice. The "salad" came separately and it was browned and prepackaged. The price was also different from online, I expected it to be £9 it was £14 (which was different from the listed price in the store which said £13).

I don’t normally leave feedback, specially negative ones. But I’m afraid today I cannot describe how the quality of the food and packing left me with no choice but as to comment on tonight’s order. To start with, the bag was leaking, sauce everywhere, so I didn’t even bothered as to use the sauces. The foood: the chicken was cold and blend, the rice seems to have no salt and both seems to be from yesterday. I have ordered the falafel salad and usually would have about 4x falafels, tabule and humus and bread. Today the salt that was missing on the rice was put extra on falafel, the tabule wasn’t there, neither the humus and bread. Instead I was given 3x falafels and some kind of salad full of mint. So therefore I would not have given not even a star. They have added a 25% discount if order £15 minimum, but that has been discounted on the quality of the food, I cannot believe I was charged for 3 falafels, salad, chicken and rice from yesterday over £16 I had some of as I was very hungry, so I have not got satisfied and still paid a lot for a small portion of a terrible food. Therefore I would not recommend to anyone. I strongly believe Just eat should provide me with a full refund and review its recommendations

Ordered delivery. Chicken was so flavourful, really nice marinade and the sauces awesome. Some of the best baba ganoush I’ve had on delivery. Highly recommended!

Very good portions and nicely presented, much better than last time. Last time we had smaller portions with a lot of residual grease.

It’s the second time a driver marks my order as delivered, without delivering the food.

Not the normal great quality so I'm disappointed and is not acceptable tbh for price 😞, food is also dry, instructions not followed correcty not cool??? , didn't put any hummus or enough chilli & garlic sauce in wraps i bought 5 wraps. This time was a fail guys. Fingers crossed next time they don't repeat or it will be the last time. 😎

This is not central London so prices should not be ridiculously high. Also, it only accept cash or bank transfer without any receipts. I find this quite dodgy and I’m sure the tax man would not like it either.

Horrible place. I ordered 3 wings (i specifically said “can i have, half of 6, just 3 wings” and i received 3 sets of 6 wings, then I was forced to pay for it, and didn’t even receive any apologies. On top of that, the food was absolutely disgusting, the wings were tiny, brown and rotting on the inside and stank so bad. Don’t ever come here.

First time try cuisines from Lebanon, the food is delicious and in great value, the staff here are friendly, and the environment is cosy. Highly recommended, one of the best places to eat in New Cross.

Food came late and the rice was cold. I was expecting a full grilled sea bass, only received two fillets which was a little salty. However the falafel was lovely, would buy that again.

Have from Beruit canteen many many times and the food was always very good...10 out 10! But it was the same today! Greasey! The rice was the same and tge lamb tested funny!!🤔☹️😢

I can’t put in words how amazing my first Lebanese experience was in this place! From the customer service to the delicious food.. I paced up and down trying to get the remainder of my 8000 steps for the day as they made my order.. they thought I was funny and made conversation which was a great distraction!! I will be visiting again VERY soon!!xx

It was awful, really awful. I had been waiting for my food for 3 hours, not 35 min (maximum as mentioned). I had received delivery at 22:45, when I was in the bad. Seriously, seriously good food. Ordered for delivery late at night, yet the quality remained exceptional. The chicken Shish wrap was so tender, seasoned to perfection and had really nice charcoal flavours. Awesome healthy options too and the free Baklava was a great touch. Genuinely rivals a lot of the Middle Eastern food I’ve eaten in Dalston and the east end. Looking forward to eating in at the restaurant!

Shawarma meat was a little dry. Lots of sauce needed to moisten the meat. Meat otherwise tasted okay. Chips not impressed. Greasy, crunchy, possibly reheated by refrying and soaked in vinegar. No option for no vinegar. Garlic sauce amazing. Halloumi, okay, cut too thick, okay otherwise. Overall food taste was okay, preperation and seasoning lack enthusiasm.

Lovely place with lovely food. Relaxing atmosphere and great staff. Though some of them might be cranky at times but overall, a good place to take out or eat in from.

Been here with my family a couple of times, we're not local just dropping our Son off at Goldsmiths Uni. On both our visits the food & service were excellent and not expensive, reasonably priced IMO. Would definitely recommend them.

The staff are really moody and just rude. The food isn’t any better. Overly salty meat in the shawarma meal. The plate is loaded high but nothing really tastes ok except the falafel. They have a sign up saying cash only, so I asked where to get cash from which they advised a couple of shops down. I came back and they told another customer they could pay by card….ridiculous and goes to highlight how bad their customer service is. They were surly with every other customer who came in. Won’t return as there is a far better Lebanese restaurant just up the road.

We ordered charcoal grilled chicken and it was the worse. We ate a couple of bites and couldn’t continue. The chicken is obviously of cheap quality with its pinkish color. Bad choice for quick dinner.
