Un lugar para almorzar rápido y fácil en Holborn. Me gusta el hecho de que puedes hacer tu propia combinación de pasta o elegir uno de sus combos preparados. Simple, pero sabroso.

Todos los trabajadores deben dar este holborn probar si les gusta la pasta fresca o de sushi. Extraño concepto para 1 hacer tanto pero hacer muy bien. Soy un maniaco o maniaca completa pero me encanta el hecho de que tienen algunas de sus opciones de menú o puedes hacer tus propios de una lista razonable de ingredientes. Incluso puede agregar más ingredientes para un plato de pasta fijo. Me gusta el hecho de que no puedo decir no también. Hace calor, es fresco, rápido arena precio muy razonable para una buena parte que hace un cambio agradable también, como en la mayoría de los sitios no dan una porción de tamaño decente. Compare esto con Coco Di Mama y este es, sin lugar a dudas por una absoluta! ! ! Tienen un personal amable y servicial y se pueden ver a los chefs cocinar comida que también uor como. Bien hecho chicos, estás haciendo un gran trabajo y yo soy convertir:)

No reclamo que este lugar es fenomenal, pero la calidad de la comida ofrecida por el precio es muy razonable, especialmente para esta zona. Pruébalo.

I pass this place everyday on my way to work and have often fancied trying the breakfast options. So today, as a Friday treat I decided to try it out. Staff were friendly enough and the place seemed very clean, the menu is very clear and easy to choose from. However, after ordering a bacon, egg and red pepper (no tomato option) piadina I was very excited to try my first piadina in the UK not made by my Italian fiance. I walked to work excited about tucking in with my also purchased cappuccino. After my first few mouthfuls I was impressed, no bacon yet but still time. Then I took a big mouthful and felt a crunch crunch, it made me feel very queasy as I realised I was crunching a rather large piece of egg shell. I decided to persist but got half way with every other mouthful crunch crunch and a growing napkin full of egg shell, and still no bacon. I ended up throwing the rest of the wrap in the bin. The cappuccino was good though!

That's how they brand themselves, althought it is clearly mainly a fresh pasta place. Lovely environment, obsessed with Michael Jackson music on the speakers. The Italian owner / manager is pretty much always present. Overall clean and neat, and the sashimi in the box were generous and tasty.

Lovely and friendly staff, the Manager takes matters in his own hands, doing a really great job for such a tiny place to make their guests feel welcome and nor just like a fly by. The menu is based on the concept that they cook fresh pasta for you: You choose all ingredients and topics and they cook it for you ready to take away. You can either put your own meal together by choosing from the pasta type, a range of sauces and toppings (veg and meat available) or you just pick one of their suggestions from the board. Oddly, the place has also a vast selection of sushi and sashimi in the fridge as they sort of wanted to be an Italian-Japanese theme. I am not sure if the concept works from a marketing perspective but hey, their sushi is no worse that any of the sushi take away places around Holborn station. Prices are reasonable at around 5-6 pound per pasta dish (in dependence on the number of toppics you choose) and 4-10pound on the sushi (in dependence on size). Highly recommend this place!

I work in the area and it's my go to place for pasta. A great range of pastas on offer, made fresh and in front of you. Wonderful friendly service The food tastes great - strongly recommend the arrabiata sauce!
