absolutely disgusting said the food was delivered but we have received nothing ordered food at 18 50 still waiting at 20 42 what is going to happen with my payment I demand a refund or my food

I never complain about food! but this was terrible chips were overcooked and the pancake roll I ordered never got!! instead I got 2 little spring rolls there is a difference between these too.. best was the curry sauce.. for the price you pay I want be ordering again

We ordered this at 5.20p.m. and the initial delivery time was 6.10p.m to 6.20p.m. That then changed to 6.20p.m to 6.40p.m. We rang the takeaway at 6.40 and were told it was 2 minutes away. Our order eventually arrived at 6.55p.m and what a surprise, we were missing an item after waiting for over an hour and a half for delivery. We called the takeaway but they refused to give a refund. On to the food, overcooked chips, what tasted like reheated chicken, beef so chewy I had to leave it, Very poor.

crispy beef was soggy, chips weren't cook through and the sweet n sour was just sour, wouldn't recommend compared to the other Chinese takeaways in the area

Left notes, called them to read said notes, they said they would, did they? No. Waste of money, non of these people who ain’t British in this country don’t care about BRITISH people anymore

Speedy delivery, great food, arrived hot and brought up to our door which never happens in our apartment block! Even got some free items for making a large order. 5 stars

I ordered a one container of rice, chips and curry and it was lush, but you definitely need more curry sauce.

Sweet and sour prawns and egg fried rice were perfect - great portion, fresh and delicious! Tofu in Malaysian coconut sauce wasn’t as good - sauce tasted cheesy, which I wasn’t expecting! But everything else was great.

We ordered at 18.17 and it arrived at 19:46. We had confirmation on the app to say enjoy your food, but it wasn't delivered yet. So I phoned Beijing express and they said it would be here in 5 mins.

We love ordering from here! The food always taste amazing and arrives freshly cooked (boiling hot). The food keeps me full for hours after and the desserts are so delicious

Bland egg fried rice , over cooked dry chips , crispy chilli chicken quite tasty lots of chilli and chicken omelette was very tasty lots of chicken Overall I’ll pass on the chips and rice next time

not happy, they said 8.05 to 8.20,turned up at 8 45.

Order took over an hour and a half (on a Thursday?) would maybe understand on a busy Friday or Saturday. Couldn’t track the order as Just Eat said it had been delivered when it wasn’t, then took a further 25mins after. Food was good but obviously Luke warm/cold.

Always great but even better this time!! There’s some road closures that meant that delivery took longer than expected but the food was still hot.

Delivery took forever! Technically just 5 mins over the latest estimate I got after ordering, but when I was placing my order it said it would be 35-50 mins. Ended up being 1hr35!!

The meal was spoilt by seriously overly cooked chips which were totally inedible and would break your teeth they were so hard.

I've ordered from Beijing express on so many occasions and I'm never disappointed. However, my last order was over 20 minutes late. The food arrived cold and congealed and the packaging was damaged which led to the majority of the sauce leaking into the bag.

I used to love this place and order frequently but I feel like quality has reduced dramatically over the last couple of years. My pancake roll was soggy and falling apart. The chicken in my dish seemed like the kind you'd get frozen in strips in bags from Iceland. I got the impression most the main ingredients came from industrial sized frozen packs including the vegetables.

Food was delicious and piping hot when it arrived. We had the crispy shredded beef with honey/blackpepper, Singapore fried noodles, crab claws, chicken and cashew in yellow bean sauce, egg fried rice and Peking spare ribs. Would definitely order again!

All in all not a great experience, chow mein bland. Chicken Satay was more pineapple and Carrot than chicken. Everything had to be heated up because it was like warm. Won’t order again.

All of the food was cooked perfectly. The spring rolls are the best I've tried. Perfectly crispy on the outside, perfectly soft and tasty on the inside. The sweet and sour sauce wasn't overly vinegary like some places and there wasn't excessive oil used in the food. Would definitely recommend

The wait time for the food was excessive. The time got changed and extended and I still had to call the restaurant to chase. When the food arrived it was barely warm so not enjoyable at all.

They delivered my food in the estimated delivery time and the food was as good as always. I have noticed that portions are not as big as they used to be big it’s not lacking in quality. I’d definitely recommend ordering Chinese from them.

Food was great, portion sizes also great - 4/5 only because one of the orders was tofu with cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce but we actually received tofu with green pepper in black bean sauce. Still delicious just not what was ordered. Did collection and it was ready right when they said it would be. The little veggie spring rolls are amazing.

Good place to have a desi Chinese food. Ordered via Zomato which delivered on time. We ordered Veg. Lemon coriander soup, chicken lollipop, veg. Fried rice and chicken burnt garlic noodles. Food was nice especially lollipops, chicken was fresh and fried nicely. Overall food is good and quantity is nice for the price paid.

Terrible customer service. Over 1 hour waiting time. App says delivered... shop says its not even out for delivery. Not the first time the food hasn't arrived on time. Was told to wait another 30 minutes. No refunds given apparently.

Excellent tasty food. Only problem was delivery, the app said driver had my food and was on way then said driver delivered food which i never received. Contacted restaurant and they said driver had just arrived to pick up my order after they said it was already with me. Arrived 15 minutes late.
