I ordered food and received the incorrect order,I attempted to call them and received nothing but attitude and disrespect from the lady over the phone.I did not even receive an apology except the one from the driver.Never buying from here again

Once again we had a delivery well within the expected time frame, hot food and correct dishes. Followed the special instructions on one of the dishes and had our free prawn crackers as promised on orders over £15. Have been using Beijing City for at least 4 years and in that time only had one issue, which was rectified without any fuss at all. Would like a few more tofu dishes to be on the menu.

If I could give this takeaway 0 stars I would. Ordered at 17:15 via Just Eat and was told it would take 45 minutes. Food still not arrived by 18:20 so we called them. They had no knowledge of our order despite having accepted it on Just Eat. Was told it would take another 30 minutes. Food had still not arrived by 19:10 so called again. The manager just laughed and said ‘sorry we’re busy, it’ll be another 20 minutes. Food eventually arrived at 19:30, was not worth the wait at all. The duck was rubbery and the noodles were very dry. The chips had been cooked that morning and then reheated. The best part of the meal was the free bottle of Coke they gave us as a ‘sorry’. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Food arrived late with no notice, when rung the staff had no idea what was happening, when food arrive it was only just warm.

Ordered through a food app. Told 1hr gave them a call and told that the food was out for delivery. 35 minutes later still no food. Further calls they claim it had been out with the driver since the last call. Waited some more and over an hour after the supposed delivery time the guy claimed that the food was out for delivery and would still be hot. Wouldn't trust them ever if they can lie like this.

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food to be delivered. So not worth the wait, soup containers were smashed. Most of the food containers had leaked. Chicken balls were cold. Beef very tough. Had this problem before but thought we’d give them another go but will never go back. Stay away!

We ordered our food at 07:30 to arrive at 20:00. Come 20:30 our food had still not arrived. After a couple of attempts to get through to them on the phone we were told that our food was 40 minutes away. They denied that they hadn’t even put the food on yet and insisted that “the driver just needs time to deliver” despite the fact that we only live 0.4 miles away. They were very resistant to giving a refund despite me explaining that I had to leave for work before the food would even have arrived. They did eventually agree to the refund when I insisted. I am outraged at this service. Not only would the food have arrived ridiculously late but there was no transparency regarding the fact that they had messed up. Would absolutely not order again.

Have had quite a few takeaways from them and have been quite good BUT on Tuesday evening it was not edible it all wheat in the bin. Ever again pay good money to feed it to the bin!

We had a good experience with them, the food was delivered on time and was piping hot and best of all it was very good. It was the first time we used them because the reviews where not very good but we found the opposite, we really enjoyed the food.

Ordered takeaway for the first time. Placed at 6.33 had to phone 7.55, no apology, told to cancel my order but was told it might be with the driver, as only 2 miles down the road agreed to take if it turns up in 5 mins. 8.15 it arrived, refused as no phone call for update. First and last time.

When ordering the website indicated that we'd receive our food in 30 mins. After an hour and 20 mins we still hadn't received food or any kind of update. We eventually got through on the phone and spoke to an extremely curt woman who told us our food would be at least another 45 mins - 1 hour as there were 14 orders ahead of us waiting to be cooked. We were then hung up on when asking how to get our money back and received an email seconds later saying our order had been cancelled. Whilst I appreciate that the current lockdown probably puts extra pressure on takeaway outlets I still expect to be dealt with courteously. If you can't alter the 30 min delivery time given on the website, perhaps just give customers a call and let them know that deliveries are taking longer. Very disappointed.

There's stiff competition in the area and Beijing City's fresh approach to entice new customers is great! Great deals and great food, now our number 1 choice!

Real shame as ordered takeaway. Had potential to be really good meal but on arrival was cold and really disappointing. Shame as was only local and still cold Need to review delivery to ensure food is hot
