Some of the food only warm after opening at 5pm we arrived at 5.30 and some of the food very dry and quite expensive

Food is good. As will all you can eat can dry out a bit.

Just awful, unless you enjoy eating in a school cafeteria with food that is even less appetising. I tend to gravitate towards the California rolls as they appear more appetising than anything else found in the food warmers. Even the chocolate cake was stale. This place has no redeeming qualities.

Me and my husband arrived here for the first time as we are from manchester the staffs were really nice and welcoming. We got seated right away and the food were quite nice too for dinner ! We only tried out the seafood options (sushi etc) and the variety of chicken that were there as that was the only thing that was halal. Had a whole salad bar which I loved too so many options to pick from ! Overall I loved the atmosphere and when paying the lady behind the till was really nice :)

Place is ok. A bit deer for the range of food they're offering. U got no squid/octupus options. Staff is kind and always careful with your needs, always attending your table to collect the empty plates. Food quality is debatable, many times finding dry pieces of meat or other sorts that cannot be eaten, so u just leave them in the plate. Desserts range is poor, offering sliced fruits, cake slices and few other things. Toilet is clean and taken care of properly. A dinner for 2 is almost 60 quid( with 2 bitomless), so the place is a bit deer. There are other places to choose from, it's not always about the quantity.

Food was ok. Some staff rude. One thing to be aware of the crispy won tonight isn't labelled what the ingredients are it's prawn and chicken when we advised it needs to be labelled the girl was rude. It should be labelled by law for anyone that could have an allergy to shellfish.

We arrive 20h first thing they said was they close 21h30. There wasn't enough food and no variety everything was about finished. But the worst part was when we pay £25 plus drinks £30 per person. We question why it was so much money for the rubbish service plus food the unswer was it was a festive dinner, I can't imagine how is a normal dinner. Never again.

Lovely place and the food is great and it's hot, lots of different things to try steak is cooked in front of you thoroughly enjoyed our night as it was a birthday celebration . I would recommend this buffet restaurant

Staff were lovely today and gave my little girl a wrapped Christmas present. Food is always good and topped up. Refillable soft drinks and food is really good. Perfect Boxing Day place to go

Cold air blowing on you almost like they wanted you to leave quick and food was too cold and pretty disgusting

Where to start...the place looks nice, the pictures where promising and the reviews definitely gave a good impression but not even 5 seconds through the door that all went away. The staff at the door seemed very disinterested in us and like we were dog poo she had just stepped in. The food tasted like licking the bottom of a McDonald's frier but even that would be unfair on McDonald's. The noodles were rubbery and cold and the spring rolls tasted like they had cigarette ash sprinkled through them. But hold on at least they didn't mess up the premade drinks so that's something. Asked them for a discount or refund and the same woman gave us an attitude before calling over the person in charge of the food. They both then went on to be very hostile telling us it was our fault for their lack of cooking skills. In the end out of a over £50 bill they took away drinks. So to anyone thinking about eating here, for the love of God, don't. It is horrendous you'll either spend the night praying to whatever God or entity you believe in on a toilet or you'll have wasted money on an extremely disappointing meal. Avoid at all costs.

Lots of variety at this buffet. A few things could do with a bit more seasoning. Overall an enjoyable experience. They don't let you take anything away in a doggy bag though so only put on your plate what you can eat there and then

He estado un par de veces durante los últimos meses libres para fiestas familiares (minuto 10 personas) y cada vez que voy la experiencia parece empeorar. El personal es muy grosero excepto tal vez 1 o 2. No había mucha variedad de comida, te perseguían para pedir bebidas y luego pasar lo que une toda una vida para sacarlo. (Aprox. 30 minutos). Decir con seguridad que no voy a volver con prisa.

Fui a cenar aquí anoche. La comida era horrible, la carne de res era mushy y todo muy insípido. ¡Los platos estaban sucios! Tomé un plato que tenía salsa de chocolate pegada al fondo y por todo el plato siguiente en la pila. ¡Los cubiertos, también sucios! ¡Luchó para encontrar una cucharadita limpia de 60! Se lo dije al personal, no parecía que estuvieran preocupados o se preocuparan mucho. He estado antes y estaba bien, pero no volveré!

Came here with a craving for an all you can eat buffet (not been to one in a long time). Came here for a lunch. Was pretty quiet during the weekday and there was plenty of food available for a lunch. Would definitely come back again if I visit Edinburgh again

Visiting Scotland as tourists so weren’t locals, so can’t compare to other Chinese places in the area. We arrived at 8pm knowing the closing time was 9:30pm.. this is plenty of time for me. I walk in never being here before and walk up to a staff member I presume is where I ask for a table, no greeting or hello I get stared at blankly, I now feel awkward and ask for a table for two and get reminded that they shut in an hour and half, clearly they are eager to finish early. Ask for two refillable soft drink glasses. The staff member then just walks off, no explanation how the restaurant works, or where we get our food from etc. so have to work it out for ourselves. I go up two or three times, food was average Chinese buffet quality food, been sat out all day so was dry but can’t complain as it’s close to finishing. I then return to my table with my third plate to find the tables been cleaned up and the drinks that were half full had been chucked away before I could finish them.. clearly in such a rush to get rid of us. Didn’t feel welcome at all and wasn’t worth the £50 odd I had to spend. Then spent the evening feeling ill.

Este lugar es un poco de malla para ser honesto! ! esperas a sentarte, lo cual está bien y puede haber una cola cuando vas a buscar la comida. También se siente como si trataran de apresurarte a salir de tu mesa cuando comiste que estás cenando, apresuran los platos y luego, cuando tienes tu postre, apresuran tus platos. Entonces es como allí tratando de apresurarte a salir de la puerta para alejarte. Lo bueno fue que obtienes bebidas sin fondo y la comida estaba bien. Oh, y parte del personal puede estar un poco en el lado malhumorado, pero sí, oh.

Good selection of food to choose from but all meats I tried were tough and dry due to them sitting in heated trays. This was midweek tho , may be different at weekends when things are busier and not sitting as long.

Food was excellent quality, fresh with plenty variety. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Great value for money. Would recommend.

Went at 2pm on Sunday 20th of October, asked for a quiet table for my neurodivergent sister, the waiter took us to a busy area of the restaurant when there was an empty section beside the bar and toilets. Should really look and be train properly to fit the neurodivergent society. It isn’t that hard and it’s quite insulting. Very restricted vegetarian options as well, waiter was giving my sister an odd look for not having fired things on her plates, this place deserves to be closed down. It’s an absolute joke Woman behind bar need to be train to smile as well, and people who came to take plates were rude and didn’t even have manners and had no smiles. As a person who works in hospitality, this place is ridiculous. The bosses really need to get their finger out their arses and do something about.

The food quality got worse again. Prices went up. Food unfortunately is not up to standard. Anyone 10 years up is charged as an adult.

Great place! The food is very tasty and very fresh. The staff are always replacing and replenishing the food to keep it fresh. Lots to choose from with everything from classic Chinese dishes to pizza. The salad bar is amazing with a great selection of very fresh salads and cold meats. Highly recommended and there's no need to book. There's something here for everyone and even the fussiest of people will find lots to eat! The never ending juice is s great option too. Under £3 for the juice machine that you can use all night

It is mainly a Chinese buffet based on the taste of foreigners. The overall taste is sweet, and the staple food is mostly Western food such as pizza, pasta and French fries. The most popular ones are spicy fish fillet and vanilla cake. Whenever the plate is empty, someone will replace it, which is great. In short, as long as you don't pursue authenticity, there is no problem in eating as much as you want.

This restaurant had everything to please us, we who are used to eating all-you-can-eat Asian restaurants (we know that it's not great gastronomy but we are generally quite satisfied). But it didn't do it at all... the food wasn't tasty at all, and worse than that: it stayed on our stomachs until the next day. I got up with my stomach in my throat and a huge stomach ache. Pleasant and efficient service.

Not been here for a few years but took my 8 yo son and his pal for dinner at about 1700 on a school night. Service was amazing, booked a table on advance and didn't have to queue or wait. Plates were cleared away and not piling up. Food was really really nice, my only criticism is that dessert was okay, the cheesecakes weren't the best for flavour, pretty tasteless but otherwise a cracking visit and will be back soon.

This is my second time eating here and there service is fantastic. The staffs are very helpful and they always create a welcoming atmosphere. It is now a go to place for me.

Great value for money Western-style Chinese food, get there early as parking is limited. Suitable for many people to celebrate together, don't expect it to be compared with the original. Among the food, the Xingzhou fried rice is a surprise, the Western-style desserts are good, the shredded noodles are good, the squid squid on the iron plate, the salmon and shrimp are good, and the raw and cooked mussels are plump.

During my visit here it was easy to park with a free car park behind the building, while there staff were friendly and accommodating, there was a casual atmosphere with families and plenty of food options, however the quality of the food wasn’t very good meats were chewy and the chicken appeared pink in the middle and there was some flys around the food area.

Amazing Customer Service and Choices Of Food Aswell

Given that I'm not a fan of Chinese restaurants, I must say that I left enthusiastic! It's certainly the first time it's happened to me, and for this I thank my son who almost forced me to get there! A truly fantastic all you can eat! There is a wide choice of foods on offer, impossible to try them all, and they are all truly delicious. Not to mention the service, which is applause-worthy. An experience that I will certainly do again as soon as possible. Congratulations to the managers.

Food is fresh and frequently topped up. Desserts and fruits ok. Kids friendly. They play K-pop which is nice if you're into it.

Llegamos a las 5 pm cuando abrió. Preocupantemente la mayoría de los platos “calientes” eran fríos y también muy sosos. Parece ser popular, así que tal vez esto es lo que pasa como comida china en Edimburgo? No volvería como se sentía antihigiénico.

This was the first time I'd been to this venue having visited Danderhall branch and I've got to say I much prefer the layout of here. There's so much space when wandering round and selecting your chosen items. You don't feel like people are suffocating you or crowding you. I would strongly advise booking as it's so hugely popular. The staff were all lovely, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

One of the better all you can eat Chinese buffets. So heads up for during the busy periods, we have been when there are only a few tables and food was a little dry but Friday at 6pm all the food is excellent! 👌 The selection is great with a few absolutely awesome dishes. Honey shredded chicken and satay chicken were extremely good! The duck is excellent with lovely large duck breast chunks that are both juicy on one side and crispy on the other. They have bottomless refillable drinks with Pepsi cola options. Absolutely great spot to go with the family for a special occasion. There is disabled parking and a large carpark round the back.

The food selection was good which is what you want from a buffet. Music was very old and outdated must have been a cd of movies and TV series on loop from the 90's
