Beehive Jazz & Art Cafe in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Now known as peace cafe, Lovely little cafe with a friendly atmosphere, the staff who served us were very friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and delicious, and the homemade smoothies are amazing.

We visited for the first time since change of name from the Beehive to Peace. Such a disappointing visit from lack of decoration, lack of atmosphere and staff who didn't know what was on the menu or if they had the food in stock! No milk alternatives only full fat milk. Food arrived and after our order being taken and told they didn't have all the ingredients even though a member of staff had checked and said they did, the bagel was rock hard, chewy and we were unable to finish the food. Terrible experience. Will not be returning!

I ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich and coffee for breakfast. The sandwich was beyond poor, with one slice of bacon, unspreaded marg, and a cheap dry bap. Not pleasant or representative of the price. Coffee ok. Alike other recent review, I won't be returning here. Such a shame as the aesthetics and vibe is good.

Where to start on this... For starters the person that was serving us was very rude. The music was chart music on the radio... the place is a jazz cafe! At least play some music that's jazz oriented. Food was ok. My friends was very dry and the coleslaw was just wet salad with lots of celery. We ordered 'rustic chips' and we got oven wedges... neither of us really like wedges so if we had knows we wouldnt have ordered them. Drinks were ok... our white wine was room temp but the milkshakes were great. Just over all rudeness towards everyone. Even said a few comments to me about other customers so god knows what they said about us behind closed doors. Wont be eating here again.

Came here today for the first time and I will definitely be back!! Alot of vegan options aswell as meat options so suitable for everyone and the food was delicious!! Also very good service from the girl who worked in there, she couldn't have done enough for us! I can't wait to come back very soon. Highly recommend this place.
