A lovely little beach shop with the kindest staff and delicious ice cream! Would definitely recommend when having a beach day!!

A fantastic shop with brilliant staff who are wonderfully supportive of my Sutton on Sea Beachcare team. If there was 6 stars for servce,friendliness,help etc they would get it. The owner is a lovely person as is her partner and all of the staff.

We were on our first proper day out since lockdown started and we wondered what we'd find. The Beach Shop was open and selling drinks and snacks which was very welcome. It's just to the left of the main walk up to the beach. We could see that precautions were being taken and were happy to order two hot drinks to set us up for the walk along the seafront to Mablethorpe.

Debe admitir, crema de hielo máquina heladera es totalmente adictiva. La cafetería de la playa ya trajeron dos nuevas máquinas (junio '15) y son demasiado bueno para perderse. El único inconveniente es que es, si eres un visitante regular para el paseo, se puede comer demasiado muchos de éstos. Disfrutar.

Comimos aquí un par de veces durante las vacaciones año pasado y estaba bien, sin embargo, nuestra primera y última visita para nuestras vacaciones este año fue de lo más decepcionante! La comida y el personal le faltaba lustre! Pasamos 20 libras en bebidas luego an additional £30 en comida para nuestro grupo de 5 y una vez que la comida llegamos pedimos ketchup para las comidas de 2 niños y salsa tartar de ir con los Scampi - sólo para ser informado que tuvimos que comprar estos en el bar! Parece ser que tras robo los sobrecitos es su manera de combatir el del problema, pero después de la cantidad de dinero que había gastado en comida y bebida sin duda creo que deberían haber sido más atento a los clientes. Especialmente si lo desea volver! O tienen botellas de condimentos en el cuadro que se recoge con los platos vacíos! Obviamente no volver y nos pareció una mucho mejor restaurante al lado de la carretera que cuando su chef fue en su día de descanso, nos ofreció sobrecitos de salsas a tomar el relevo y el bar de la playa si queríamos comer allí, pero después de esta experiencia nos negamos! No vamos a volver de nuevo! Muy mal servicio al cliente!

We went again to this great shop and had one of the nicest ice creams ever The staff were really good and all the items for sale were better quality and cheaper than in the town

The best ice cream for miles with bags of choice Soft scoope and whippy and all the big brands like magnum It's the only shop on the sea front and boasts the biggest selection of buckets and spades I have ever seen No trip to this beach is complete without it
