Absolutely brilliant coffee by far the best in town!!

1st ever visit today after being recommended several times! A great selection of flavours and more than 1 dairy free option! I had Strawberry in a cone and it was absolutely excellent! Really fresh, we had coffee too which was very good and you don't find alot of that in Louth! Would recommend and will be back!

I was visiting my sister and she took me here for a coffee whilst browsing around Louth in Lincolnshire. We both had coffee and I had a Ferrero Roche cheesecake and my sister had a Brownie with Italian cherries. OMG, the coffee was the best I have ever tasted outside of Italy and we were both absolutely impressed by our cakes. We spoke to the lady who we think owns Baci & Co. and she told us that she made all the desserts and the gentleman in the apron made all the icecreams that were on offer. There were flavours that screamed at me to try them but I have to watch my chloresterol, however, I only visit family a few times a year (I live in South Wales) but will definitely be going here every time I do go to Louth. Besides the coffee and cake being out of this world, the room was exceptionally clean with a lovely feeling of being like tea rooms were, when I was younger. I loved the crockery and all members of staff were really helpful and kind. This is a MUST VISIT if you're ever in Louth. I'd like to thank all concerned for our lovely time. Close your eyes and, with the warm sunshine; the sound of the nearby church bells and the taste of Baci & Co Limoncello ice-cream on your palette, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in Italy. Attractive shop front and friendly staff. Will call again.

My son and I visited Louth and came across this lovely cafe. I had a piece of Bounty cheesecake and my son had the Pistachios French Flan that he thought was the best he had ever tasted. We both had a coffee milkshake that were lovely. Service was brilliant nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend wonderful treat.

It’s all natural products and very healthy too! So it’s nice to be able to have a treat! So many choices too. Very highly recommended!

The best in Lincolnshire! Absolutely outstanding gelato, you can really tell that every scoop is made with passion and determination to be the best, no corners cut and only the freshest and best ingredients! Always creating new things! I’m Determined to sample every flavour making me return time and time again. Owners have a really good sense of humour. Some may not get it! Cheesecakes, brownies and all other baked goods look beautiful and are gorgeous! The shop is also immaculately clean.

Whether it’s gelato, cheesecake, deserts or savoury you want, Baci’s have the best you have ever tasted. We are blessed to have them in our area.

Not the cheapest place but coming from Glasgow I know good gelato costs money and this is as good as the genuine Italian gelato you get in Glasgow. Good range of flavours too.

Lovely, tasty ice cream. Great flavours. Owner is beyond rude. One of my children asked for a flake and the owner went on a rant. He definitely needs to work on his people skills. It’s an ice cream parlour not a Michelin restaurant.

The geleto looks very tempting but I can't stop myself from buying the cheesecakes, pity that there only two tables to use on cold days

Absolutely delicious, kids and adults all very happy. Great range of flavours including multiple vegan options which was a lovely change!

A small selection of gelato on offer - "only" about a dozen or so flavours. But I will forgive them , for the gelato is sublime, it really is! All freshly made on prem, absolutely delicious! So get yourself there, it's really worth it?

I have been twice now and it certainly won’t be the last time I come here! Both times I have thoroughly enjoyed the gelato! It is so smooth, rich in flavour and just so moreish! (I am not a big fan of ice cream and this is so much better, it’s definitely gelato and there is definitely a difference!) The first time we were welcomed by a lovely lady and the second time by passionate man who has most definitely perfected their craft! Good banter and very friendly. We came in with a slightly fussy child the second time and I myself am indecisive (I was both times) and I received patience and smiles both visits! I will be back in no time and feel that people who think I am fussy when I say gelato is so different to ice cream need to come here! I will definitely be back and I will be telling friends and family to pop in!

Visited on recommendation of a friend. Can honestly say it is the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy. Smooth, creamy and beautifully flavoured. Also a warm welcome from the proprietor, who was clearly passionate about the quality of their product, and shared the story of how the business was born. Someone who is prepared to train in Italy to learn how to make the best gelato from fresh local ingredients clearly has fire in their belly. I would recommend a visit when you’re in Louth, definitely not to be missed.

Just been in today and had the best cheese cake I’ve ever eaten. The ice cream is just next level stuff, it will blow you away, and the coffee was fantastic. The only negative is no one else’s coffee, cheese cake or ice cream will ever be as good and I don’t live close enough to call every day. I will be back though.

Fantastic business that we visit on a weekly basis. We always have a lovely chat with Wayne the owner who is lovely to myself and my children who both are autistic. Nothing is too much trouble, my son will only eat one specific flavour which they always make sure they have every time we visit. Their product is top notch...Best gelato around and they also have a number of dairy free ice creams so my dairy free three year old does not miss out! They also make cookie pies, brownies, lemon meringues (my personal favourite) and a whole array of cheesecakes (battenburg and cherry bakewell are favourites.) Honestly the best business which is a fab addition to Louth x

Without doubt this gelato is absolutely fantastic enough to make you want to return for more. The Greek yoghurt and forest fruits was just the best gelato I think I have ever tasted. However it's not just more gelato your waiting for it's the big serving of frostiness and attitude you get in this establishment by who I assume is the owner. You have a fantastic business here why the absolutely miserable look and arrogant attitude, lighten up a little. This wasn't a one off either its been everytime and friends who I brought with me commented on the same issue. Smile and try to make your customers feel more welcome lots of customers travel from Grimsby to come see you make them feel more welcome instead of snarling and growling at them. We all want to come back but people want a smile and a happier environment.

I had a terrible experience. And the owner was harsh. When i ordered last time and there were no take-away boxes or bags. As a result most of ice cream was melted. This time I lightly touched the button on an empty cup to ask if I could use it to prevent the ice cream from melting. However, the owner responded harshly and told me not to touch it(DONT 😡😡) This made me feel insulted and hurt, despite his later apology. I don't think I'll ever go back to that shop again. In addition, I noticed that while the owner was serving ice cream cones, he used his hands without gloves, which was concerning.

We visited with our family who were over from Norway, so glad we made the visit some of the best icecream we have had a in a very long time! Everyone enjoyed it and commented on how good it was, we will be back!!

Amazing gelato! Amazing service! What a treat whilst wondering around Louth. Highly recommended if your in the area or even if your not it's worth travelling for! My autistic son normally only likes soft serve type ice creams but loved it from here so that speaks volumes

Dairy free icecream is the best you'll ever try in my opinion. And you're not limited to 1 flavour, there's usually 3-6 to choose from. The flavours are not artificial. I had raspberry and it tasted exactly like a punnet of raspberries. The pineapple was gorgeous. They have gluten free cones too. For those without intolerances there is cheesecake and many other sweet treats. A real gem of a place.

During a warm long weekend in Louth found this ice cream parlour so decided to try it out. Went a couple of times and ice cream was full of flavour and good selection. If we had been there longer would love to tried the cheesecakes which looked amazing.

By far the tastiest and most decadent cheesecake I have ever had… £3.75 for a slice and worth every penny I was also impressed that the takeaway boxes were made from paper instead of polystyrene

This was our first visit to Baci and Co and it will definitely not be our last. The Cherry & Chocolate, Rum and Raisin and Caramel Toffee popcorn Gelato were all sublime.I just wish we lived a little closer so we could visit regularly.

We were not aware of this place before, had been out with the kids to Hubbard hills and did not want the usual pre packed ice cream. It was rated highly and it was not a disappointment. Two scoops for £4.50 is about average for designer gelato. We had two pots of supreme chocolate and fresh strawberry and I had a pot of fresh lemon and Dutch apple pie. It was sublime. The Dutch apple pie was the favourite. The staff/owner gave a brief insight into his training and also where they sourced their ingredients. Friendly and helpful. When back in Louth we will definitely return. Reminded me of the gelato from my honeymoon in Rome.

Visited Baci today, we have been a few times and are never disappointed with the gelato or the service. I had coconut gelato, which was just delicious!! My daughter had triple chocolate brownie flavour and on asking ...she had some of her ultimate favourite..Parma Violet flavour. If you havent visited yet...you must!!!

If you visit Louth you need to go to here. Their gelato is amazing, we tried the raspberry ripple, mango and chocolate and all were amazing. Everything is made in store and it is pristine. Definitely the best chocolate I’ve ever had and will be going to get a take home box.

Unfortunately I share a review of two weeks ago regarding the service rather than the ice cream. Maybe it had been a long day but we all have them. I felt the server was unhelpful and rather moody. Also whilst cleaning the seating area we were reprimanded for being in the way. We didn’t stay to finish our ice creams and certainly won’t be returning.

Icecream was average. Rude to us I’m assuming because we’re tourists. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

A fantastic gelato experience, absolutely delicious flavours and the gentleman who owns it is very friendly and happy to talk about his experiences and how he got KNIGHTED. Every time we come into Louth we make sure we come and get some of the pistachio or chocolate scoops. The only way I can describe the gelato is "high art" and the macrons are to die for

This place is a gem! They make Cornish vanilla diabetic ice-cream - gelato diabetico - and too many other wonderful flavours to list here, many dairy free. Must mention the Eton Mess, though - sublime! Now, there is a new black cherry gelato. Seemed first-class to me but Darren and Sandra are perfectionists. If they can improve on this ?!!!👍👍

The ice cream is really really excellent. The flavours are unique and intense. Bacci sells home made cheese cakes and chocolates as well. The premises are spotless. The owner, the front man is a qualified chef with a great personality. You can tell he brings his chefs skills to the products he makes on the premises. Very highly recommend.

A fantastic array of ice cream flavours and a very personable chap serving when we visited in the late morning. The Dutch Peach variety is highly recommended. I don’t recall having eaten better ice cream.
