BB's Play Cafe in Three Rivers

I visited Monday lunchtime and had the Burger deal, £14.95 for any Burger on the Menu with an alcoholic or soft drink. The burger was a good size and fresh, as were the fries, great value for money. The service was friendly and quick, the open log fire was a bonus too.

I loved the amazing service from our server who was quick with the witty banter and great on menu knowledge - she also helped us take a lovely group photo at the end of the night by the Christmas tree. I wish I knew her name, because she was excellent! I also loved the Mojito she made extra sweet for me, and the food was delicious! My favourite thing (and I’ve actually been dreaming about it since), was the blackcurrant sorbet at the end! Utterly divine, and so fresh! Overall, it was a wonderful evening with wonderful friends in a gorgeous new favourite pub! Thanks for having us!

Couple of pints, it was fairly quiet in there. Beer was OK

A proper pub, with a proper landlord and proper well kept beer

Really lovely place with so much character. An amazing Sunday roast dinner was had. The meat was succulent, tender and full of flavour. The veg was cooked to perfection. Super tasty Yorkshire puds and gravy. We shared a super serving of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets. Sat next to a roaring fire. Bliss. Highly recommend this place 100%.
