Unfortunately, really not impressed with this place. We went here because their website said they were doing the "eat out to help out" scheme. We were charged full price. When I questioned it, I was met with a confused "no?". Also, a massive GDPR issue for me. Beside the till, was a list that we put our name and number on for track and trace. I could quite clearly see everyone's details, just left on the counter for anyone to see! Honestly, online this place looked so great, but it was a disappointing reality. The muffins were average. Like nothing special. I was really surprised at the prices of things. Like almost a fiver for a small cheese toasty, which, again, was nothing to write home about. Also my coffee was very bland. Normally coffee is a bit bitter for me, so I take sugar, but not with this. Was pretty tasteless. I doubt I'll be going back here.

We recently stopped for a sandwich and chose a cheese savoury baguette and the amount of filling was a disgrace. It looked good from the outset as the filling was oozing out at the front but on closer inspection that was where it ended

My wife is disabled and we go here very frequently because they are disabled friendly. They even take your order to your table.

First ever visit to this outlet and we stopped here for a coffee and cake. The muffins are packed with filling, flavourful and the freshest I have tasted for a long time. Toilets clean and service friendly. Treat yourself!

A coffee break is essential when viaiting the Livingston shopping centre. Personally speaking, I would go mad if without a little caffeine to get me through the experience. This place is as good as any and better than some. The coffee is good and a muffin is far better for the waistline than a doughnut. Clean, tidy and very friendly staff on hand. I would come again when next in town.

Paninis, very sweet muffins, also smoothies, soup, also processed, and a good choice of hot drinks, good for a catch up if you don't mind processed food.

My wife goes here regularly and I went to see why. Friendly staff, disabled and family friendly. The even have a loyalty system where you can get token stamps that lead to a free beverage.

I visited here with my friend and we spent an enjoyable 20 minutes time out from the chaos of a busy Shopping Centre. Pot of tea and blueberry muffin did the trick, and not expensive.

A very tired and dreary place to stop for a coffee on a busy friday afternoon. The staff are cold /unfriendly and the coffee poor bu todays high street standards . I would say only visit here if you are desperate and other places too busy .

Nice coffee and muffin, which is exactly what we were looking for and here delivered. Staff are pretty friendly, but also appear quite happy to chat amongst themselves rather than clear tables when people leave. Small point though. We went in for a coffee and muffin, and can't complain in anyway with what we had. Coffee was fine and the Christmas ginger muffin was certainly ginger. Quite a bit competition in the area for coffee, but the nice muffin helps with the choice of venue. We will return.

Please teach your staff to look after customers. If a mother and her 2 year fall off one of your chair because it's faulty it's a good idea to check make sure they're ok! Won't be back, there's nicer places to get cake and coffee.
