Don’t waste your time. After telling me 7 minutes to cook the fish fresh, I said I’d be back soon. Come back and they have the audacity to ask me where I’ve been, which was just outside the shop and then they start making the fish. Long.

Absolutely disgusting, chicken wings were burnt to a crisp all hard batter no chicken the kebab was slop hope this place gets shut down

Dirty fish and chip shop in the middle of a council estate. Rude inattentive staff Didn’t proceed with my order in the end, awful place avoid at all costs.

Tengo que decir que esta fue una experiencia bastante sombría de principio a fin y que una puntuación de 2 es generosa. El lugar está en una finca de consejo bastante desdichada con poco o nada de recomendarla. El bar de pescado en sí era una comida para llevar con un par de mesas de manky. El pescado tenía algún tipo de carne debido al aceite en el que estaba cocinado, que supongo que no se había cambiado durante mucho tiempo y tal vez tenía muchas salchichas o similares cocidas. Los precios no eran baratos, si no caros. Era un almuerzo apenas comestible, pero no volvería allí a menos que estuviera desesperado.

Very welcoming staff, efficient and friendly, food cooked freshly whilst we waited(about 10/12 minutes) we then hurried across to Battersea Park and enjoyed the delicious fish & chips in the warm Summer evening, the still hot batter was crisp and very moorish, 1 large portion of chips was enough for the 2 of us, the football on the nearby pitch was entertaining, what else could you want, the company was excellent as well...

Poor quality fish, dry chips and odd tasting pickle. Won’t be ordering again, totally inauthentic fish experience.

Food was a bit greasy and was missing any condiments or sauces, so it was difficult to eat.

The fish didn’t come. But food was nice.

The driver claimed he knocked on my door for 15 minutes but we were in all evening and my door has a doorbell (which he didn't ring) and the food was eventually delivered Luke warm 50 minutes late after I complained that No one had turned up.

for some reason the chips came in a polystyrene box, the size of the chips was small even though I ordered a large to share. previously a large was wrapped in paper only and enough to share. very disappointed and could change my future orders.

They brought an open bottle of coke, fish was extremely thin and over fried, kebab was like jelly.

It was alright, but chips were slightly undercooked and the fish was greasy and the saveloy was very dry and old. But better than nothing

Great Food Excellent Takeaway First Class Delivery Service

2nd time ordering from here. Food awesome, slight error on delivery. 1 kebab on ordered no sauce but smothered in garlic. Called restaurant and explained they were very polite and replacement arrived in approximately 20-30 minutes. Love you guys

Everything was great, food was tasty, delivery driver was friendly, it came on time however, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they forgot to pack a tub of burger sauce that I had ordered. Otherwise, great!

One item on order was wrongly given the receipt confirmed what I ordered but the item given was wrong. The food was very dry and some bits hard. But delivered early which was good.

The food was not of good quality. I spent over £15 for food that has been reheated. The chips were not fresh and had been recooked and the chicken was extremely dry. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this order and no one should have to pay for this quality of food. It was not edible and my whole family is still hungry.

The portion size was extremely small... I have ordered from them many time before and never had this issue in the past. The hand full of chips in each portion was under cooked. Very disappointing meal...

The menu is incorrect. It states fish and chips but chips are not included. Cod wasn’t food quality and was chewy and cold when it turned up.

Ordered food and drinks, drinks did not arrive. Called upon and mentioned it will be there shortly, an hour and 30 minutes later, no drinks. Disappointed in the service, but deliveryman was able to deliver the food perfectly fast. But somewhere in the management, it was decided this was not worth the effort to at least remediate the mistake.

Very impressive! I wouldn't usually bother advance ordering for something as basic as kebabs but we wanted to be sure of catching closing time and this worked well for that. Service was great - very friendly - and th food was very good quality. Will definitely order again!

Wasn't expecting too much actually as cheap for haddock & chips, £6 for fish (with delivery) plus it's a fair way to deliver so I thought it would be soggy and cold. However I was very pleasantly surprised, fish was fresh, hot and batter still crispy. Mushy peas and curry sauce still hot too, your average stuff but tasty and convenient when you can't be bothered to go out 'cos the World Cup is on. Good on you Battersea Fish Bar, I really enjoyed it. Will try the kebab next time, you have a regular here !

Was very excited to try some traditional fish, and was beyond disappointed. The fish looked absolutely perfect, golden fried, nice and crispy... then I bit into it. Absolutely NO flavor at all. And for the chips, might as well go grab a cardboard box and chew on that. They were this really pale color and were far from crispy.

First time I have ordered from here and it was brilliant. Everything was delicious, and great value for money... will definitely be ordering again!!! Five stars

Have used these before but not sure if its changed owners but who delivers cold kehbab with salade inside so could not be reheated

Was really disappointed with this meal. Fish looked amazing but found it very dry. Also ordered battered sausage, but can just normal, no batter. Sorry but don’t think I would order from here again.

Chips weren't great and had no salt or vinegar on them (admittedly I didn't add a special request for it but I assumed at least salt would come as standard), rock was very nice as were the savaloys, chicken was average. Overall: Good value for money

Food here is great! The only thing I would suggest is it would be great to get chicken nuggets added to the menu, as I have been into Battersea Fish Bar before and you seem to do them, maybe just got missed off! :) Only nuggets I can see on the menu is fish nuggets

Fish and Kebab was really dry and couldn’t eat it - never order from there again waste of money and very disappointed.

Chips were ok but a bit more cooking would have been better. It was very greasy. Order was delivered an hour early which was not great, ordered at 7.30 for a 9.55 delivery when we were all home so when it arrived at 8.55 the food had to be kept warm which made the food less edible.

Food was absolutely beautiful, but generally with fish you get chips, and kababs you generally get rice. A small correction with your web page would not go a astray. Hope to order from you again. Your sincerely, John Nevin

Order from here all the time and food is spot on, however on the 2 rare occassions the restaurant made a small mistake the manager was very polite and didnt question it, instead he apologised and sent me out a new order within 10 mins . Excellent customer service which is VERY hard to find these days would highly recommend.

even though I arranged a delivery time over 1 hour later it still came 10 mins later. everything was good, hot too, the only problem was that the fish batter was very greasy.

I was not given chips in my order - I called the restaurant and just asked for a refund to my card - been one week still no refund. Not gonna make a thing of it, but it’s the principle really (especially if they said they would)

Very greasy to the point the paper it was wrapped in was dripping which made the batter on the fish soggy and not enjoyable.

Took and hour and a half for food to arrive after delivery. Food was more than 35 mins late, was cold and tasted awful. Ordered a bottle of coke which was delivered and when I asked where it was I was told that the delivery driver would have to go and get it. Staff were rude and dismissive on the phone. Needless to say we won’t be using again.

The fish was put in clean nice boxes very gd idea. Everything wrapped and nospillages. The fish was nicely cooked. Side orders gd too.
