Extremely rude staff. My son ordered a pizza which i authorised on my card. They delivered it to the door. Wouldnt give it to my son but had taken the payment beforehand. I called up. they became extremely rude and belittling asking what mother lets their teenager order pizza??. Shouting over me, refusing a refund & blaming my 16 year old son. Wouldn’t issue another pizza or a refund until i said i had the ringdoor bell footage that showed exactly what they did. Only then did they said it would refund but it would take 7 days atleast. Deliberately being difficult. I have never been spoken to so rudely or questioned about my parenting by a delivery service. Terrible experience and will never use again. I am reporting this as it was an attempted money scam. AVOID!

Don’t you just love it when you bite into a hot slice of pizza, and you get that stringy mozerella that keeps on going with a hot buttery taste in your mouth. The chicken wings have a delightful crunch as the juices go onto your tongue. And snacking on that fabulous garlic bread, the smell alone through the box gives your throat that little tickle sensation. And then having the ice cold 7up in a square glass to wash it all down. I thought for a minute I was back in Italy.

Ordered from this restaurant with Just Eat the delivery was late I was told it had been delivered (when it wasn't )when I did receive the delivery the food was stone cold pizza was rubbery and cold the chip stone cold the Garlic bread was stone cold and the burger was just about warm so didn't really enjoy the meal

Today i first time ordered pizza there, came on time and it was delicious, i enjoyed the pizza happy with the service over phone. I would just like to request the owner as it is halal so change the name of the pork pizza, And thanks for halal foods

Easy to use website and quick/on time delivery. Sides were good (chicken, garlic bread, wedges) but unfortunately the pizza just wasn’t cooked well, the dough was soft with no crisp on either the thin or deep pan base. A shame when everything else was good, but you’ve got to get the pizza right when you’re a pizza restaurant….

Ordered from here when we first move in to the area as the well known brands were already closed and have not ordered from anywhere else since.

Pizza proper fresh ingredients and tasty. The wife said her chicken burger was far better than a KFC, and the chips were also fresh; crunchy on outside and fluffy in the middle, served in a small pizza box so stayed fresh and crunchy. Absolutely demolished the whole order. 5* will use again for sure.

It's one of my favourite places. Recommended. My favourite burger is the godfather and pizza. I can suggest the New york style will fulfil your pizza's cravings!

Consistently great pizza. Jalapeño poppers were a surprise hit and the hot wings were large and meaty and delicious.

Best pizza in Walton. Friendly staff either on the phone or in person. Always quick delivery and hot every time and very well priced. The wedges are a firm favourite also. Pick up is much better as a lot cheaper. Highly recommended 👌 👍

This is far by the best pizza takeaway place in Walton-On-Thames, I always get my pizzas from here they are delicious. Also the staff are very friendly and there prices are very reasonable :) I would highly recommend! 🙂

Terrific pizzas that don’t cost an arm and a leg like other takeouts. Pickup offer highly recommended same with the garlic sauce, eating in is great too. Huge menu if you don’t want pizza. Come here instead of the usual chains.

Hairy pizza! Found a hair in our pizza today and the food quality is always inconsistent, sometimes the pizza dough is soft and fluffy other times its harder than bread but having hair in pizza is un acceptable, we won't be ordering from here again!

Best pizza in Walton and all surrounding areas!! Tried lots of so far and this one is the most delicious by far! Not greasy, perfect flavour!! Highly recommend!!

The food is good but the customer service is appalling. About a month ago we ordered a meal deal from their website. The order arrived but was incorrect. When we called them to explain that the order was incorrect they said they were too busy to correct the order. We ordered again from them this week, selecting a meal deal from their website, and the order was delivered correctly. Then today we placed an order from their website for a meal deal and the order that arrived was incorrect. We called Basilo and they said the menu has been changed. Apparently the customer is supposed to know that the menu has changed, despite the website not having been updated with the supposed new menu. We requested a refund of the meal and the food to be returned and the person we spoke to said that he was sick of hearing a complaint and that we should request an refund through the website. Not once was an apology offered or an acknowledgement that a mistake had been made. This is the second time they have behaved in this way. It appears that they do not value their customers. The fact that they are surrounded by other pizza delivery venues and should aim to provide customers with the correct order, let alone aim to keep customers happy, seems to be something that goes above their head. We do not recommend ordering from here again, unless perhaps the customer is prepared to risk not getting the correct order. I do wonder what would happen if a customer had an allergy or was a vegetarian, would Basilo care that the order was incorrect? Seems not. probably best not to risk ordering from these guys when there are better and equally priced places nearby that no doubt offer a better customer service than these guys.

Burgers are nice here but i also ordered chips they were not cooked properly for my liking needed another couple of minutes in then ordered garlic pizza bread and the base was like cardboard wasnt fresh and no taste so imagine pizza are the same with the base

I ordered a vegetarian burger and cheesy chips with a few sides and I must say the quality and presentation of the burger was outstanding! I really thoroughly enjoyed the burger and thought it was so nice. Definately recommend to anyone looking for a good fat burger and chips!

Be ordering pizzas from here for years but have to say last couple of deliveries have been amazing, much nicer pizzas than normal! Made a mistake of putting collection one time and received a call from them explained I thought I put delivery, not a problem they sent order straight out and even got a free piece of fudge cake which the kids loved. Highly recommend

Great local take-away pizza place. They offer delivery service but its much cheaper if you phone ahead and collect your own. Good menu with all the usual favourite pizza choices plus a few unusual ones. They have a couple of tables to sit and eat-in but most people use the take-away service. Tasty pizza, Friendly staff and good value for money. Well recommended.

I have ordered a lot of take away food, but this place is by far one of the most generous and best tasting take aways I have ever had. The chicken was so tasty and the garlic bread was covered in garlic and cheese. I honestly can't fault the quality of the food at all, furthermore the price of the food is very cheap. Overall 10/10 for this restaurant, thisathis restaurant is a prime example of what take aways should be
