The servers are beyond nice they are really inviting and answer any questions about the menu or anything else you'd like to know. The prices are about £7-12 for the mains and they're delicious. They ask you how spicy you want the meal to be which is very considerate and the menu has something for everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The interior decor is also very nice to add to the nice meal.

A must visit for any vegan or vegetarian in Birmingham! This was one of the best Indian meals I have ever had and it was amazing to try some of the classic dishes veganised! I enjoyed this restaurant so much and the staff were very attentive! I can’t believe it wasn’t fully booked when I visited because the food was so good! I will definitely go back if I am ever in the area!

Absolutely terrible experience. Our server vanished for most of the meal, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked. Dirty utensils, a sticky table, and a hair in the appetizer. No apologies, no effort to fix it. Paid too much for the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

Horrendous from start to finish. Took over an hour to get our meals, which were cold, bland, and definitely not worth the price. The staff was unprofessional, with no sense of urgency or care. The place was dirty, and the atmosphere chaotic. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back if they paid me.

I went with my Husband. Food expection doesn't match with price. Service was slow and still they are charging service charge 10% COMPULSORY. They don't give the information in starting about this. Under consumer act service charge is not mandatory. TRY TO AVOID OR BE ATTENTIVE !!!!

The service was abysmal—waited 45 minutes for cold, soggy food. Staff ignored us, then brought the wrong order. When we asked for a correction, they were rude and dismissive. Tables were dirty, drinks watered down, and the manager was nowhere to be found. It was an infuriating, overpriced disaster. Never again.

They are charging service charges as compulsory which is not under consumer act 2015. Also, their service is very slow and making difference between services. At the end they said we already mentioned on last page of menu so BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!

Thank taking Services charges mandatory 10% and more, under consumer act 2015 they can't force anyone but they always do like that. I am just writing my own experience for awareness.

Wonderfully cute place that caters well for vegans. We ordered the chilli mogo, sabudana vada, veg lollipop, aloo tikki for starters and loved them all. We ended up getting another order of the lollipops! The soya biryani was also a hit. Different to many indian restaurants, everything felt light, not overpowering and very moreish Will be back the next time I'm travelling this way.

SHOCKINGLY BAD, DO NOT BOTHER! This is an appalling restaurant that doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered two starters of samosas and two main meals as a relatively expensive takeaway order. The samosas are not the standard size, but are the size of a human thumb, and the main meal just consisted of a runny, bland and tasteless chickpea mixture with three onion rings on top. How does this establishment expect to survive? Is it relying on the custom of inexperienced, naive, but well-to-do, residents of Harborne who can be duped into thinking this is authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine? Try elsewhere!

Absolutely blown away by this Vegetarian and Vegan Indian Restaurant! By far the best curry we have had in many many years!!! The vegan choice was incredible! We are from London and really struggle to find good choice of vegan curries there. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely bursting with flavour! Amazing vegan nan too! Lovely, efficient and friendly service in a beautifuly decorated restaurant! Highly highly recommended!!!

Been meaning to visit since it opened. We both went for the vegetarian bottomless thali. It was so filling - didn't order any more of the dishes, just a puri. Each dish was delicious, fresh and finely spiced. The service was excellent - the waitress was attentive, polite and unimposing. It got busier, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. Spread the word! It's wonderful!

We went there to celebrate wedding anniversary of my friend and his wife. Ambience was quite nice. There was no other guest that night until 9pm. Service was quick. Portion of item (food) was quite small as compared to the price. Quality of food was great. Tastewise its was still lacking authentic Indian touch. The taste was better than many other asian restaurants that I have tried in UK but definitely quite a lot of scope to be the best. We were asked if we need spicy and we mentioned yes to that. However spicy level was quite low. Last but not least the price of each item was high. I guess in Birmingham at that price quantity could be more.

The food was good but I am very annoyed that their service charge was not disclosed at the start of the order. I was hit with extra 10% at the end of meal. I asked if it was discretionary and she said yes but that she could not remove it from the bill because her manager was not available and that I had to pay it. Under the consumer act 2015 there should be no hidden charges which, in this case there was. It’s wrong and left me with a distaste. Especially as she refused to remove the charge when asked. It felt sneaky and smug of them.

I'm giving 1 star to service just because there is no option to leave negative stars. The lady who seved us was very inpolite and served us like she was doing a favour. She need to take up a hospitality training before she serves someone else.

I went to this place along with my partner to have a meal and we were served by an utterly impolite lady who is not well aware with the basics of hospitality. We asked for water two times and finally got it with a “Mehh” attitude. Second time when I politely insinuated her to come to our table as we wanted to ask about our order, she literally made a face and passed a comment about me, which was super impolite. Coming to food, the reason I have given three stars is just because of the food which was really good. But overall, a below average experience. Never going to visit this place again. Not recommended!!

I visited few weeks ago. The food test was awesome specially vegetarian menu. Nice comfortable chairs and good service. My kids don’t eat spicy and nut on food so, I request to chef 👨‍🍳 he cooked amazing meals for kids. My in laws anniversary was perfect and loved that the waitress recommended dishes when questioning spice level/ portion sizes. 100% recommend! Well , what a gem of a little true experience real organic experience. Trust me, this has been by a million mile one of the best experience of pure authentic vegetarian food experience. No spice at all, just the perfect blend of veg and pure veg taste. Nothing was over cooked. Ordered the Shahi thali, and boy what a thali it was. On the top Radika was such a darling. Honestly she adds value to customer service. Well done girl. I can bet this is the only and one of the best vegetarian restaurant place in midlands. You get all those so called posh Indian restaurant which are 20 fold more expensive but useless taste. This is the place to be .. just give it a try.. I will be coming back again and again and again.

Visited this place for a Father's Day celebration and had a fantastic experience. The food was authentic Indian style and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the chole tikki. The Chef's special curry is a must-try, and they made it spicy upon request. We will definitely be coming back!

We went there Friday evening..wanted to order a tahli but were told they are not doing them anymore..so we ordered a selection of a few vegan/vegetarian dishes. It was good tasty food.

Visited this place for a family meal for my birthday a few weeks ago, the food was fantastic, we had a variety of starters and mains, they were all delicious! Highly recommend the soya options, they’re really good meat substitutes, the service was good too. The only (minor) downside was my espresso martini, the coffee tasted very burnt and bitter so I couldn’t drink it, which is a shame as it was quite pricey, but I didn’t mention this at the time so that’s why I haven’t given anything below a 5, as I’m sure they would have fixed it if I’d said something. All in all, we will definitely be returning for food!

Absolutely delicious food! We had the soya tikka masala which was full of flavour. Also the garlic and coriander naan was amazing, which is nice to have as a vegan.

Sadly we had to send back the hasa bara kebab because it was very raw inside and undercooked. Unfortunately, the other dish, veg kohlapuri was also very stale and seemed like it was cooked from frozen made days ago. The naan bread was very disappointing and we left almost the whole food on plate without finishing it. The only thing that was good was Sev Puri. Ambience is great and so is service but sadly this is not why we were there for in the first place. The chef definitely needs to rethink about the taste and refine the recipes.

Excellent evening was had and amazing food too. Been to this restaurant a few times since it’s been open and all my family go there too and there are loads of us, and their individual families too. It won’t disappoint

I visited with 2 friends, one of which is vegetarian. I'm a carnivore myself so was quite anxious prior to my visit but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress couldn't have been friendlier and the food was lovely. I had soya chicken tikka masala which was really tasty We all agreed we would definitely return.

So lovely to have so many vegan options! The food is amazing and so varied. I loved the Sev Puri starter and the mushroom balti was so good. The prices are a little higher than we’d normally pay but for the overall experience and 4 clear plates at the end of each course, it was more than worth it. We will absolutely be going back.

We visited on a Saturday launch time. We didn’t reserve the table but the restaurant had seats. Indian vegetarian food was good and quantity was just sufficient. There is only one server better to call before you go. All menu is vegetarian and food is tasty. Few starter quantity is only four pieces better to enquire.

As a fairly new vegan was keen to try having seen the positive reviews. Was not disappointed! Went for the vegan thaali- £7.49 got be a dahl makini, soya tikka, bhindi curry, chapati, halwa and salad. Generous portions. My daughter had the paneer thaali and thoroughly enjoyed it. Happy to support this local business and will definitely be going back. Ps Cobra available!
