Barefoot Joes Bar in Southwark

Great place to go if you find out that the hotel across the street that you'd been planning on staying in for half a year hasn't opened yet. The staff was AMAZING and helped us in the midst of chaos.

First time here on Saturday and so sorry we haven't been before. Great cocktails and decent beers and lovely pizzas, and only £12 for a pizza and pint. Superb nachos too and thankfully no avocado. Lovely friendly service, great music.....pub heaven..and dog friendly of course..

Popped in for a drink and wasn’t disappointed. Great selection of beer and the interior was lovely. Staff friendly and attentive. Food looked good too!

The lighting was soft and welcoming, the jazz music playing as I entered was alluring.. the pizzas they served even looked inviting. That's where things started to go south. While at the bar waiting to be served, the barman saw me and chose to ignore me. I went to look for a menu. When another person came to the bar he served her straight away. I waited, and when he eventually served me I casually enquired as to why he had ignored me initially.. he got aggressive, without apology and told me to pay for the drink or leave it... naturally I decided this initial welcoming environment was leaving a sour taste before I'd even tried anything.. I decided I didn't want to drink or eat here anymore. I asked for his name, he refused and became even more angry before walking off... I'm sure this is a nice place to visit, however with rude intimidating bar staff like this serving.. I won't be encouraging my friends to prioritise this spot, with so much other gems in Peckham.

Great, friendly staff, pizza was really good and the quality of cocktails were amazing, especially for the prices on Happy Hour

This place has THE BEST cocktails. Even though we were all sitting outside it was still such a great vibe. The staff are so friendly and so quick! Do you do any special offers or promos or anything?

Great little bar, friendly staff, and yummy cocktails.i love the El Diablo It's a great way to unwind after a long day... Get a pizza they're yummy and fresh! Looking forward to going back
