The two young girls working behind the bar were the rudest staff I've ever known in my life. I've been to plenty of bars in my time and never have I been so rudely treated as I was in here. Never will I go back and would not recommend it to anyone as long as these girls are working there.

Friendly staff & people gr8 atmosphere when the Footie is on. For me Ì go to enjoy watching Liverpool FC an it has had a gr8 crowd when I have been in the Mez Bar. YNWA!!! Brings brother's together!! Gr8 place

Great place to watch sports, there are good quality tv's on all the walls with a great sound system. Good beer sold at a decent price. Being from the Merseyside area always feel welcome at this bags watching the red men. Recommend this bar. YNWA

Food exceptional and matched by the service. Few tables so you will need to book well in advance. Ample parking. I enjoyed my visit here more than other meals taken in Rock and Padstow.

Altarnun, Launceston, CornwallWeekday evening here, a very welcoming bar area with open fire, staff very polite and efficient. Good choice of food with a set menu plus ‘a la cart’ as well. The food was really lovely, and reasonably priced, along with good choice of drinks from the bar.

Wharf RoadThe food’s OK, and not overpriced. What lets the place down is the noisy staff member ( owner?). I know it’s a greasy spoon, but still, one should be able to eat and hear oneself think in relative peace. I sit outside if possible.
