Very attentive waitress, delicious Christmas menu and the cocktails are amazing. Beef dripping popcorn as a complimentary appetizer is a brilliant idea. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back for sure :)

My chicken was undercooked. I sent back my meal, only for the chef to say that it was fine. Only a 50% discount for my meal, and we had to pay full price for everything else. The waitress was nice. That’s about as positive as it gets. I was sick the next day. I do NOT recommend!!

I would not recommend the Belfast restaurant for a large group. I booked boozy brunch 3 months in advance for a group of 19 for a hen party. Poor communication from the restaurant leading up to the booking, with myself and another member of the party calling, emailing and going in person to ask if they needed our dishes pre-ordered, with no actual form sent by the restaurant, resulting in massive delay on the day. Due to lack of communication from the restaurant, we were unaware until arrival that the entire party had to order from the 2-hour boozy brunch menu, despite several of our group being non-drinkers. The only non-alcoholic option was 0% beer and we weren't allowed to order soft drinks instead of alcohol, unless we paid for these drinks on top of the pre-set price. There was only one member of staff on the bar despite the fact it was a Saturday afternoon and I saw at least one or two other hen groups in the restaurant. Also not enough waiting staff. We waited nearly an hour for our first drinks to come out and a lot of the party did not get their 5 drinks included in the price due to incredibly long wait for them to be made up. The serving staff we interacted with were very polite, and I want to give a special mention to Lauren, who was very pleasant and apologetic, but there simply were not enough staff on to manage our table. The cocktails that did come were good, but I would never book a table here again and would not return or recommend it to anyone I know. There seems to be a serious issue with management of the bar, and how they communicate with bookings and plan staffing levels. Very disappointing and it made what was supposed to be a fun group meal into a stressful situation. I came here when it first opened and had very slow service, but hoped this was due to teething problems for a newly opened spot post lockdown. Unfortunately there seems to have been no improvement.

The food was delicious and very moorish. Magela was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. And i was greeted with a lovely smile. Patric was lovely too and made excellent porridge.

Felt okay but the staff (mainly the bar supervisor) were horrible. Drinks and food were mediocre at best but at their prices, so many better places to visit that are a lot more inclusive. Would not visit or recommend.

Boozy brunch was great value for money and lots of choice too from beers to cocktails! Our waitress Kamille was amazing! Nothing was too much, regular check ins with the drinks to make sure we got what we paid for too! Would definitely recommend!

The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good. Asha was our waitress and she was really nice and very attentive. There were 5 of us and we all had different meals, they were all good.

Visited last night (Tuesday) and had a fantastic experience. The fillet steak was excellent and cooked as requested. I fully enjoyed the 2 for 1 Bramble cocktails. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’d like to thank our waitress Laura for her wonderful service. Should I visit Belfast again I’ll be sure to return.

Food was enjoyable however the staff were unfriendly, short changed on the boozy brunch where it is stated “5 drinks” however only served 4 drinks & given an unhelpful, unfriendly & frankly nasty explanation by their apparent “manager” why we weren’t afforded the 5 drinks - not worth returning for!

Am a frequent customer but I won't be back usually served by some lovely guy who wears glasses. Brought my family round due to this .. we stood at the bar for 20 mins then the girl asked me did I have id I'm 33 and don't look any younger than I am. Refused to served me ...very weird experience.

Went in to have lunch with my dad, place empty, asked the bar man do we just sit anywhere, he said no il seat ya in a minute...so we stood & waited, he then went on to start shaking up a cocktail & serve it, we still stood, then he walked up to another customer at the bar & said whats yours, there was another member of staff on round sitting feet up & on his phone, we stood long enuff & walked out as it was ambarrassing been left standing like that...i took my dad to the Whig instead...seated immediately, left standing like 2 spare parts about 3.20 on a Tuesday...

Very disappointing experience! Went to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday here! Sat down ready to order drinks, informed that they did not serve anlcohol to under 25 yr olds! After I voiced my disappointment the very pleasant restaurant manager attempted to rectify this and we were informed by another manager if my son had ID they would serve us! Unfortunately my 22yr old daughter did not have ID with her & we had to leave! This is not advertised on your social media page! Will not be back!

It is quite unbelievable how long you have to wait to get served drinks, many people left and went elsewhere. Tables were always sticky and full of dirty empty glasses. We were staying at the attached Premier Inn so were in quite a bit. The staff have no urgency and even when there were lots of people waiting, some staff stood around behind the bar chatting. There was never an apology for the wait time, they seemed to think it was okay. The breakfast staff could do with training them on service as they were superb

Takes forever to get a beer 🍺. Staff busy talking to eachother ! They get a buzz for watching you standing there waiting and waiting to get served. Cocktails 🍸 constantly getting made. Oh and ladies toilets are just so smelly and disgusting. If toilets aren't clean the kitchen must be disgusting also. 😤

Great value meal Went with a group of 8 from work for lunch and a few drinks, and ordered from the lunchtime menu. While not huge, the menu still offered more than enough choice to satisfy everyone in the group. The food was served quickly, came in good-sized portions and was very tasty, while the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. While far from empty, the bar and restaurant were both quiet enough for us to hold a conversation without having to shout. The only issue we faced was that a problem with the gas system meant that most draft beers were unavailable for a period of time (which was outside of the staff's control), limiting the choices to bottled beers or stout. However, this was dealt with very quickly by the manager and normal service was resumed within an hour or two.

Shocking service . Monday hardly anybody in restaurant all the staff too busy talking to each other to provide good service waited ages for drinks asked for tomato sauce and mayo got the tomato sauce had to ask someone else for mayo again . Food came was cold Eton mess had fruit still frozen my advice to anybody is give it a miss there are way better places near by who are happy to have your business honestly one of my worst experiences

I had a great dinner at Bar+Block. The food was delicious, especially the steak, which was cooked just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a really enjoyable evening. A big thank you to Kamille, who was fantastic throughout - attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. She really made the experience even better with her excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Bar+Block to anyone looking for a good meal with great service!

Stayed at Premier inn Belfast live this hotel. Staff are absolutely brilliant. The bar+block disgusting the toilets constantly block no hand wash and constantly smelt. The staff just nodded. We waited 30 mins to be served at the bar while the one bar staff made cocktails. Absolutely disgusting spoilt are stay. We usually stay here every year never had a problem.

Awful....1st of all 2 for 1 cocktails and you had to get 2 of the same cocktail when they is not much of a price difference £14 or £14.50 disappointing! 2nd of all you can not change your sides from chips even though prices are the same terrible! 3rd Wedding asked numerous times for teaspoons for the small children when they eventually brought spoons they brought dessert spoons 🫣. Our portions were really small for example one small scallop and two prawns on the fish block and the prawns were like rubber! Tacos were dry like saw dust with a very small bit of chicken and the kids spaghetti bolognese was tasteless! Lastly the server came and asked us three times if we were finished to lift plates away when there was some still eating! Terrible from start to finish won't be back

Can’t comment on food as we didn’t eat. Advertising 241 cocktails but don’t have the staff to cope with the demand. Wait at the bar was ridiculous, 20 plus minutes. Dirty tables everywhere and when the poor lad behind the bar asked the manager to help get the queue down she blatantly refused and said she was busy, disappeared without making eye contact with anyone. Absolute joke of a bar. Much nicer places in the same area serving better drinks with far better service

Martin our waiter made our experience fantastic. He went above and beyond. The roast beef dinner was full of gristle and was not up to usual standards as we are regulars. However the cocktails and service was 11/10. Thank you for a lovely afternoon x

Wow, this place was a hidden gem, I had briefly heard about bar and block from a few friends but never visited, we had planned a night out on the town and it was so handy close to the nightlife of belfast that we finally booked. We both ordered a steak not expecting it to be as great as it was, really the best steak I’ve had in belfast - and I didnt know all of the cocktails are on a 2 for 1 deal ALL DAY every day, we ended up spending most of the night in bar and block🤣 the staff were lovely and I’m excited for my next visit

Great food great staff, I can't believe the quality of steak for the value, we will definitely be back, we were served by lindsy who made us feel so welcome. This is now our favourite date place, the ribeye was beautiful and I would recommend to anyone

It was a huge disappointment from start to finish. First off, the customer service was abysmal. We were greeted by a host who barely acknowledged us, and after being seated, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to even take our drink order. The bar staff? Completely uninterested. I watched as the bartender ignored several customers at the bar while chatting with their co worker. And was cheeky to a customer after they asked about waiting times If you want a place with terrible service, long waits, and a staff that clearly doesn't care, this is the spot for you. I won’t be returning anytime soon. (Ps. Food was good)

I recently dined at this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a less-than-ideal experience. First, my table assignment was obviously awkward, placed at a table for 6 with another couple at the other end, whom we weren’t dining with. When I asked to be moved to one of the numerous empty booths or tables for two (that remained empty for the entire duration of our stay) we were told the restaurant was fully booked and we couldn’t sit anywhere else… but the tables were empty. The waitress whom I spoke to about this situation was pleasant but, to be honest, did not really know what to say, clearly just being directed by staff in a higher position with no explanation. To make matters worse, the restrooms were quite dirty, clearly in need of attention. However, the food lifted my view of the restaurant —delicious, but portion sizes could be bigger. But the service was disappointing. Despite being the only customer at the bar, I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes, with no acknowledgment from the staff, which made me feel overlooked. Overall, a mixed experience—great food, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and service left much to be desired.

Terrible experience from very poor service cold Food also orders were wrong from starters to mains. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Starting with the service it took so long to wait for a drink we had to ask a number of times it took between 10-15. My main course was the Fish block the prawns and scallops were cold sea bass was over cooked chips were also cold. I sent it back so then had to wait on another meal. By the time it arrived I was so annoyed i didn’t even want it. And to add this was a Birthday dinner which there was 8 people so the bill was well into hundreds. This was not value for money at all don’t recommend this Restaurant. Also the Table was booked for 8 and when we arrived it was set for 6. .

4 people on the floor on a Saturday night? Waited an hour on a drink and then the starters came, cold dry wings, prawns like rubber and scallops overcooked. What a disappointment. Great deals on the cocktails. And staff were really lovely. Place looked amazing. Was just a massive let down. We didn’t want to risk hanging around for the main. So we left uncharged. Had a great experience at our first time in the Belfast Bar & Block. The food and service was excellent, especially Saj who looked after us. Busy restaurant so would advise booking. Will definitely be back!

Sadly this is the one and only time we will be visiting here. Booked for my partners birthday on a Saturday night. Firstly, it was freezing, we asked if they could either turn the air con off or turn the heat on, but we got some bluff response from the duty manager saying they didn't know how to use the system. We had to keep our coats on for the entire meal and we noticed a few others doing the same. We were left for 15 mins before they came to take a drinks order, waited another 15 mins for our waitress to come back and say they didn't have one of the drinks we ordered. Ordering food - out of the Mexican options they had, which is the reason we went, many of the offerings we tried to order weren't available. How is that possible? So ended up with our third choice, food was ok, nothing to rave about really and we also noticed how slow we were being served in comparison to tables close by. I think we should have left after the first 30 minutes of disappointments, lesson learnt! We will not be back, nor recommending this restaurant.

Called in for lunch today during some Xmas shopping with my son. Food excellent. Steak cooked to perfection . Looked after well by Chris. Been a few times now and will be back.

Dined 17th Dec in the afternoon. Not busy. Ordered off Christmas menu. Steak ordered medium was well done. Tasty enough. Dessert was a mince pie with hot drink.Mince pie was a single mince pie with the tin foil still on. Nothing serves with it eg no cream ice cream and it was cold. Not impressed at all. Does the chef.just run down to Tesco?? Won't be back also the bill was wrong and hasdto be corrected. No Christmas atmosphere at all.

Food was very good, waiter was very helpful and pleasant. However, the front of house/manager was not very pleasant and he ruined the whole experience. Saw him screaming at staff and ignored us several times as we asked him questions about the new menu. On this interaction I would not visit again.

A few weeks ago, we went without a reservation, and they informed us that they were short-staffed and not allowing walk-ins. We completely understood and left. However, while checking Google, we noticed that reservations were available for 20 minutes later, so we booked one and returned. When we went back in, the staff treated us poorly, saying things like, “This is not how it works,” and accusing us of trying to game the system. We explained that they might want to disable reservations in such situations, as we now did have one. However, they kept repeating, “This is not how it works,” several times, without offering any clarification. In the end, we decided to leave. I understand they were short-staffed and may have forgotten to disable reservations, but there was no need to treat us like we were idiots. A bit of understanding on their part would have been appreciated. Simply explaining that they were only honoring reservations made a day in advance would have been enough, and we would have understood.

When we arrived we were told that they were short staffed and service might be a little slower than normal, this was fine. The service we did receive was excellent, food was delicious. Most of our group had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. We were all very happy with our food and drinks. If I had a little niggle it would just be about the ladies toilets, not overly clean, no toilet roll in any of the cubicles or the disabled toilet. Despite several women coming back out to ask for tissue, no staff followed up by putting toilet roll in there.

Terrible walked in to an empty restaurant only to be told they were fully booked 🤷‍♀️ Walked out went somewhere else and walked back past again. Restaurant was still not full. Terrible obviously pick their customers 🤦🏻‍♀️

“Amazing Experience at Bar and Block!” We had an incredible time at Bar and Block! James and Clarissa delivered outstanding service with impeccable attention to detail, making our visit extra special. The food was fantastic, and the 2-for-1 cocktails were a wonderful bonus—perfectly crafted and delicious. Great food, amazing service, and excellent value for money. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely place for food which was outstanding. Brilliant steaks and the pepper sauce is as good as you will find anywhere. Staff are amazing and helpful and the service was the best we have had in a long while. Will definitely be back

A mixed bag all in all. Ate as a couple whilst staying in the adjacent Premier Inn. Had a drink in the bar one evening and the bar staff were exceptional and made some fab cocktails. Spoke to a male maitre de and booked for the following night. Arrived on time and was met by a member of staff who said they couldn’t confirm my booking as they didn’t have a login? Another member of staff then appeared, likewise scenario. A few minutes later the female maitre de arrived and sat us down. She was the complete opposite to the warmness shown by the other staff. It was quiet as you would expect on a Tuesday. The starters were good but the mains were underwhelming. Both of us ordered steak and they were cooked to perfection and good quality. Unfortunately the chips were hard and plenty were inedible due to black bits within the potato. One of the sides didn’t arrive, we asked the waiter who was very apologetic. He said a chef had bad shoulder so they were undermanned, he added that it was the same the night before with a chef been ill. The side arrived as we were finishing so we politely declined. Nobody asked throughout our meal if everything was ok which is disappointing for such a high end restaurant in such beautiful surroundings. For the first time in many years we didn’t leave a tip.

TLDR: there are plenty of nice places to eat in Belfast and I wouldn’t advice Bar + Block. I came for a two course deal linked to the attached Premier Inn which uses the location for their breakfast buffet. That should give an indication of atmosphere: generic and a bit superficial. Started with a draft beer which was a bit dead compared to prior experiences elsewhere. I upgraded my steak but I probably shouldn’t have bothered. Mid. I would compare it to a Wetherspoons steak, but not priced as competitively. The accompanying samphire was limp and bland. An achievement for such a salty, punchy item that I was looking forward to. The chunky chips were not quite fully cooked and seemed fresh from Iceland. Again, Wetherspoons do it better. Finally, I plumped for the Eaton mess. After a disappointing wait I had some frozen fruit with some squirt cream fresh from the can. If I had paid full menu price for this watery disappointment I would have been livid. The service was slow, meal for 1 with 2 courses took 90 mins, and involved the bill being incorrect twice and the server wandering off to make a round of cocktails once he had established the correct bill and payment method. It took so long one of the other servers actually noticed! There is a great smash burger place round the corner that knows how to cook chips, Bunsen. You can also pay £10 more a head and have a six course tasking menu across the road at Six by Nico. WELL worth it. P.s. if you do risk it I have been warned to avoid the signature steak sauce. It was described as brown sauce + vinegar.

On our last night at the Premier Inn, decided to try the Bar and Block. Walked in at 8.45, and we were asked if we had booked. We hadn’t, although the place was virtually empty. Another staff member was called over, asked the same, and we were turned away. Both were uninterested, unapologetic, neither bothered to ask if we were staying at the hotel. Disappointed to say the least.

Do not recommend! We were staying in the hotel and thought the onsite restaurant looked very nice, so wanted to give it a try on our last night. I entered the restaurant late afternoon to see if we needed to book for that evening. I approached a member of staff behind the bar who advised me to head to the check-in desk in the bar as he didn’t think walk-ins would be possible. I proceeded to wait at the desk and waited quite a while. There were 7 members of staff around and not one acknowledged us or chased up someone to help us. Eventually someone came over and said they would have to go and check if we could book in as they were so busy. After a few minutes the staff member returned and confirmed we were booked in for 18:00, great! We would give them the benefit of the doubt as the food/drink looked good. We arrived back at the restaurant at 18:00 and again waited a while to be seated. Once seated we constantly had to get staff’s attention to be served. The restaurant remained around half empty the whole time we were there. The member of staff who mainly served us was miserable, hard work and completely uninterested. The food was mediocre. At the end of our meal one of our party ordered a calypso coffee. 15 minutes later we had to chase it up, the member of staff then came back to us and said “Oh we don’t do those” and got her manager to issue us a refund. When the manager came over to issue the refund we asked why the item is on the menu if you do not offer it. She then said “Oh we do, we just don’t have the cream.” We expressed how disappointed we had been with the service this evening and she could not have been less interested! “I am sorry it ruined your experience.” And just walked off. Very poor service. The food and drink isn’t worth putting up with it for. Will not return.

First time visit to Belfast with my partner and after a long day of travelling, decided to eat here and grab a drink or two. The food, just wow! One of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time and drinks super nice too, 2-4-1 cocktails and all the staff were super friendly. Price was good value too. Definitely coming back and definitely worth a visit.

Food was lovely and the only reason that they are losing a star is that the kitchen closed early before we were ready for dessert. Nobody told us. Originally we were booked for 9.30 but decided to come in at 8.30 instead which they were glad of and I don't blame them. But kitchen was closed by 9.30 when we were just finishing our mains. Our server was lovely and was able to get us whatever dessert she could in the end which was nice, but was really unhappy that the kitchen had shut with nobody telling us, leaving us with limited choice.

Good location. Friendly service/staff. Food and drink is on a 100% Was just passing by with my husband and was fascinated by indoor settings from outside and decided to go in and have a taste of what's in. Ordered for a nonalcoholic cocktail, sat at a table even though we had no reservation 🙂 but was treated nicely by the staff even when unknowingly to us it was a reserved space. Popcorn was offered, and we placed an order for a burnt end beef and chicken wings. 😋 We enjoyed it.

Just a couple of drinks, great service

Ordered a fillet steak MEDIUM, it was still kicking when it finally arrived. Sent it back, arrived 10 minutes later the same. Ended up giving it to my husband. Clearly doesn’t matter how you want your steak cooked, chef cooks how he wants to cook steak. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Disappointed to say the least.

I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience. We chose Bar and Block to celebrate mine and my sister's birthday, booking in advance for a party of 20. The booking process was smooth, we were able to book 2 tables for 12 and for 8 people. However, the day before our reservation, we received a rude and abrupt call informing us that our group would be split across the restaurant, with one seating at 5 PM and the other no earlier than 5:15 PM. We were happy enough with this but we felt the tone and attitude down the phone was concerning. When we arrived, the restaurant was barely a fifth full, with plenty of empty tables. Some of our guests were running a bit late, and at 5:10 PM we were told that if they didn’t arrive by 5:15 PM, we’d lose the second table—despite being told beforehand that 5:15 was the expected arrival time. This added unnecessary stress, but we remained flexible and decided to fit around one table, as a few guests couldn’t make it. Incredibly, the table we were pressured into forfeiting remained empty the entire time we were there, as did several others around it. Once seated, we were repeatedly told we were “extremely late,” even though we were not. This created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. The service was chaotic, with drinks taking 45 minutes to an hour when ordered from the bar, and around 30 minutes when ordered at the table - on two occasions drinks were not written down and therefore never came. Throughout our time there we had one particular waiter that just treated us as though we were a completely inconvenience. By 7:20 PM, we were told we would need to vacate our table by 7:30 PM—even though the restaurant was still half empty. However, given the stressful service, we were ready to leave by then anyway. The final blow was when we were told the entire £450 bill had to be paid on one card, with no option to split the payment even between a few cards, which is ridiculous for a large group. We sorted this by transferring to one card before payment - but we were rushed with this. It's unfortunate because the food and cocktails were genuinely good, but the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. It’s evident the staff were under a lot of pressure, but that does not excuse the lack of basic customer service. As a group of 15, we spent a considerable amount of money, yet left feeling undervalued and frustrated. It was everyone’s first time there, and unfortunately, none of us will be returning. If you can’t cater for a large group then don’t take large group bookings.

Walked in at 8.15pm on a Sunday night, ignored for 5 mins until we went to the bar and were told "there's no food available". This was a very strange thing to hear while diners a few feet away were enjoying their dinners. We asked what it meant and we were told "it's far too late", as if we were the ones at fault for wanting to eat at 8.15pm??? At least if we were told the kitchen was closed with a smile we might have accepted that but it was a very bizarre interaction and quite rude, will not be back

Food excellent and service excellent. Great atmosphere & selection of food & drinks. Steaks were very well prepared & nice variety of other choices. Puddings great as well

One of the best steaks Iv had in a long time! Meal was amazing and the 2 for 1 cocktails went down a treat, such good value for money and they were gorgeous. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Arrived for our Friday evening booking to be told the chef hadn't turned up and the kitchen was closed. Damn. I get that happens sometimes but it's how you deal with that is key. We were just told, "Sorry about that". But y'know, it would have been nice to be offered a free drink for our trouble at now having to go elsewhere and hoping the better places had an available table. Don't simply dismiss 1st time customers with a shrug and "Sorry".

Had a booking for 6 people last night for 6:45, called the day before to confirm and slightly change the time - no issues at all, staff were very accommodating. Fast forward to yesterday, I miss a call from the restaurant and call back immediately with no answer , I then check the booking link and confirm the table again thinking the call was to do same. We then arrive on time for our booking to be told by management that they have no chef and will not be serving food today, I asked the lady why I hadn’t received a voicemail or even an email to notify us and was told she had 120 people to call and didn’t have time. Poor management of the situation, an email or even text to the customers for that day would have avoided a unnecessary trip.

Food was outstanding! Chloe was our waitress and didn't miss a beat! Ask for her!!! Beef short rib burger and pepper sauce was 10/10

Great breakfast and great service! The breakfast was delicious with variety. And our server Magda was very friendly and helpful! Recommend!

I had high expectations of Bar+block and was really looking forward to the lunch I booked for my cousin, friend and our 3 children. I was quite disappointed the front of desk (man) was not very welcoming there was a girl beside him that rolled her eyes when I said we had one more adult and child. The place was empty only two tables occupied I really feel the customer service could have been alot better and this is before we were seated. Our sever was lovely however was taking orders and trying to run the bar at the same time that caused a few errors with our order. I never leave reviews however I feel this is needed bar and block looks amazing but really need to look at there customer service at front of house and how they distribute the food especially when children are there I am sorry this is negative but hope you can improve on this.

Had a lovely breakfast this morning after a stay at the adjoining Premier Inn. Magda was attentive and engaging and the food was lovely. Managed to clear work at the same time which was a bonus as the WiFi worked better than the hotel. Great place to have a slow breakfast whilst working.

First time @bar +block , beautiful restaurant, lovely atmosphere ,top service by the beautiful kamille warm friendly beautiful manor !!!,food was amazing, compliments to the chief !!!! Highly recommended,will definitely be back x

The service here sucked. I showed up to an empty restaurant around 8 PM on a Sunday and was asked if I had a reservation, when I said no the host told me I had to wait 30 minutes despite the restaurant being virtually empty. I decided to grab a drink from the bar while I waited. The bar was covered in empty glasses and unfinished drinks (see pictures) that blocked access to the credit card reader, which the bartender just pushed to the side so I could insert my credit card. The empty tables in the bar area were also occupied by abandoned drinks and empty glasses and all the tables were dirty. My drink was made incorrectly and tasted a little off like the glass I was given hadn't been properly cleaned. While I waited I watched 2 couples walk in a few minutes after me (also without a reservation) and were seated immediately. Cool. After waiting the required 30 minutes to be seated I ordered the ribeye with a side of mac and cheese. The ribeye was fine and tasted good the mac and cheese was bland and lukewarm. Staff were rude and acted like they didn't want to serve me. Not sure if the management sucks, if they were short staffed, or what was going on but it was a very poor experience and not worth the price.

Great breakfast with lovely sausages and scrambled eggs, thanks to Dami, the chef.I was served by Hagola, who was really nice and friendly.

Food was not cooked to order!!! well done should not be medium rare!! Very Disappointing !!!

Food was poor quality, burger tasted bland but the chips was alright. There was several flies in the vinegar which was replaced quickly but the server didn't seem surprised. Next evening I got food poisoning

Good selection of food, all delicious! Hagda was very friendly and attentive & the restaurant was very clean & welcoming.
