Fabulosa noche de Navidad con las chicas. Gran música y ambiente. Personal genial, especialmente Kurtis. Bebe bien también.

Hemos estado en Banyan Spinningfields un par de veces ya que los cócteles son tan agradables y 241 también, cada vez que hemos estado siempre pedimos un martini francés y un mojito, no habíamos estado durante unos meses y decidimos ir a tomar cócteles y comida para nuestro aniversario, cuando llegamos el domingo 3 de noviembre a las 12. 30 pm no había ni una sola persona allí, subimos al bar a pedir nuestras bebidas habituales para que nos dijeran que el menú había cambiado y ella no podía hacer un Martini francés y solo podía hacer un mojito de fresa, le pregunté si podía hacer uno normal en el 241 (ya que no era tanta diferencia) para que me dijeran de nuevo ‘no el menú ha cambiado’ im 60 pero no soy estúpido ni sordo, esperaba que como estaba tranquilo me lo hubiera agradecido pero NO, cuando dije que nos iríamos a otro lugar entonces no parecía en lo más mínimo interesada, vamos las iguanas cada semana y ya no hacen una tapa libre en su menú pero como tienen los ingredientes nos obligan y lo hacen 241 también... . Esa es la diferencia en una empresa que quiere su costumbre, no vamos a volver de nuevo ahora a Banyan Spinningfields muy decepcionado

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente terrible esta noche. Ordenó el menú de 2 platos y ambos cursos llegaron al mismo tiempo. El entrante estaba frío. No se hicieron devoluciones de chequeo y el personal no importaba una mierda. No lo siento a través de toda la mala experiencia y tuve que pedir a uno de los empleados que saltara a la barra para ayudar a la pobre dama por su cuenta. La señora del bar era encantador, pero el personal del piso impactante. No volverá.

Anoche 11 de nosotros vinimos a comer sin fondo para celebrar cumpleaños. La comida era preciosa, el ambiente era brillante y las bebidas fluían sin parar. Ben cuidó de nuestra mesa y fue simplemente fantástico! Era muy tentativo y nada era demasiado problema. Todos tuvimos una noche fabulosa y sin duda volveremos de nuevo!

Esta fue nuestra segunda visita (la primera fue en agosto) esta vez estábamos viendo un show a la vuelta de la esquina así que decidimos reservar para comida y cócteles. Cada miembro del equipo que encontramos fue encantador y amable. Nuestro servidor Scarlett era tan atento, Scarlett había notado que estábamos trabajando a través de los cócteles y recomendó el ruibarbo y las natillas, que disfrutamos mucho! Al igual que nuestra primera visita en agosto, las estelas eran increíbles, el ambiente y el equipo eran acogedores y acogedores. Recomendamos encarecidamente los cócteles pasados de moda y el tiramisú!

A group of 4 of us booked a table on a Saturday night for drinks, we were looked after by Ben who was incredibly friendly and was very attentive. The bar was busy however everyone was being served quickly and the quality of the cocktails is just phenomenal. The atmosphere overall was fantastic and is like nowhere we’ve been before!!

Después de 1 hora esperando nos fuimos cansados de ver cómo ni nos miraban para preguntar si necesitábamos algo o queríamos pedir una bebida... Y pasaron más de 10 veces contoneándose delante nuestro.. Una verdadera vergüenza

Wow! Loved my meal at Banyan. I went for the S&P squid starter and then the bang bang chicken. Both were delicious. The girl I work with sent her burger back as she said it was too burnt. However, I rate my review on my experience, and it was 5 stars. Will return and highly recommend. The male waiter was also 1st class, and he took my colleagues' meal off the final bill.

Visited Saturday evening for my birthday brunch with friends. The restaurant is gorgeous, and we were seated in a lovely private booth tucked away in the corner. We were looking for a bottomless brunch that ran later on in the day due to work commitments and was recommended Banyan. They do a delicious evening menu with bottomless drinks options (lots of gorgeous drinks to choose from) and an option to upgrade to add on Pornstar Martinis and Salted Caramel Espresso Martinis - two of my faves!) Our waitress Sophie was absolutely amazing, so friendly and exceptional service. Even though it got super busy later on, she was always coming to check on us and replenish our drinks, bringing prosecco on ice immediately as we were seated too, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious. We all chose the Korean burgers, Bang Bang chicken and fried rice, and the Red Thai curry. All agreed we would definitely be back as this was one of the best brunch experiences in Manchester!

Never been before and will never again, the food was over priced, cold and greasy chips. The attitude of the staff is appalling especially the manager on that day, stating where did it say on the menu that the food should be HOT. I was at a loss for words but said everywhere else if I have a steak ciabatta the filling is always hot. He was so rude I said to him his attitude was a lot to be desired. I never wanted a refund or replacement but I ended up asking for it. If you visit don’t get the steak ciabatta’s they have disgusting slimy cold mushrooms on. DON’T VISIT

Food is nice but won’t fill you Slow service and plenty of people just getting drunk around you It’s a nice interior and middle of Manchester so be ready to pay the price

Terrible from start to finish. Went for a hen party on the bottomless brunch. They got our booking time wrong. One member of staff was very rude. Took 40 mins for some of the cocktail order to come through. The bread on the Eggs Benedict was extremely difficult to cut & the eggs were hard. Tried to charge us for an extra half hour which we had already said we didn’t want. Asa group we made the best of a bad day. Definitely wouldn’t go again or recommend it. There’s a lot of great reviews but sadly mine isn’t one of them.

Nice atmosphere and service was good but food was poor. My sister and I had the onion bhaji wrap which had next to no filing in it and it was cold. My friend also had the fried brie to find half of them were hollow breading. Really disappointed.

So disappointed. I had visited a couple of times previously but now find it quite expensive for what we got. Almost £60 for 2 cokes and a few ill chosen portions. This included a 10% service charge which was regrettable. I like to tip when good service is given, but on this occasion we had little choice. The food was tepid, some preferred options were unavailable, and the quality of food served was mediocre. It is undoubtedly popular, and the atmosphere was loud, but I doubt we'd return when other venues offer so much better.

Excellent service. Food and drinks were excellent. Bottomless brunch, new menu launched, fabulous drinks and food menu. Special shout out to our waitress Georgia, she was excellent.. far superior to other bottomless brunch in the Manchester area..

Food was amazing and and the selection for gluten free was impressive . The staff were very helpful and friendly . We went there are a recommendation was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was.

The service and consideration from a worker called Sagil will not go unnoticed, thank you for making our experience on Saturday so much better by your kindness and help, we definitely need more kind hearted people like yourself, keep doing what you are doing, you are an asset! AMAZING! From start to finish the service and hospitality are so welcoming! I love Banyan and this is honestly the best one I’ve ever been to. Harry could not do enough for us! Curtis was a delight and made sure everyone had everything they needed and more! Will 100% be back!

Had such a great time at Banyan, supplied with delicious food and amazing cocktails. The service was amazing and so thankful for Harry and the drinks he made us 😍 Shoutout to Curtis who popped over and chatted with us for a bit too xx

Nice decor cannot overcome poor customer service stood at the bar for 15mins patiently waiting to get served bar staff not aware of who were next served everyone around me, I walked out after being ignored.

We went their for lunch on Saturday . The restaurant bar area was well designed and a friendly atmosphere . The staff were really polite and helpful and our food arrived in excellent time . Really good Gluten free ,Vegetarian , Vegan and food allergy options . Thank you for making our 28th Anniversary lunch fabulous 🙏🏼 I always rate a food venue on whether it’s clean and the quality of food . This time it’s 5 out of 5 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a visitor to Manchester with a hotel nearby we visited this location twice and twice we were completely let down by this venue and especially the customer service. The first time we wanted to go for dinner. We were escorted to the table by a hostess and were told rather rude that we have to order ourselves at the bar. Okay, this could be excused with not having enough staff. As we were a party of 3, one of us wrote down the order and wanted to go to the bar to order when a waiter came to take the order. Surprise. Two of the party choose the sirloin steak which is on the menu. The waiter told us, that the sirloin steak is only available on preorder. Nothing written about that on the menu. The second time we decided to go just for a drink late afternoon. No hostess at the entrance and we were told to choose a table. We did and went to the bar to order. We ordered some cocktails and some nibbles. Onion rings with some sauce, as no. Tartare available we choose mayo and BBQ) The drinks were really delicious and awesome. The onion rings were nice too. The waiter brought them to us and told them that for two years they don't have bbq sauce anymore. Okay About 5 minutes later a waitress came and said in a grumpy tone she needs our table as it would be reserved. There was no hostess, no. Reserved sign on the table, nothing. I asked why as we were eating, had our food on the table and just took a sip of the drinks. She insisted in a very grumpy and unfriendly tone that she needs our table and we need to move. No explanation why, where we should go or even help to take our plates to another table. Absolutely terrible customer service and this person (I have her name) should be kept away from customers. We can definitely not recommend this venue.

Visited with friends for the three course Christmas dinner (3 people so not a big group)). Place was packed. Starters arrived, cold soup and no follow up from visibly harassed waitress. Mains Turkey portion dry, and very small portion of accompaniments. Cheese board 3 cheeses and three biscuits. So poor temperature and poor portion size for the high cost. I’d avoid next year as it seems a Christmas party trap.

Mediocre if we are being kind Oh dear… not a a good meal at all. Starter was salmon and mousse which was pretty good. The accompanying gluten free toast was cold, only half toasted and stale. Main course pretty passable (beef) but sauce was thin, tasteless and insufficient amount. The worst was by far the pudding… the gluten free fudge brownie was terrible. Dry, powdery and seemingly containing little chocolate. Other colleagues had a similar experience with their roast turkey and the soup

What an incredible time I had celebrating my 50th birthday with wonderful friends. I would highly recommend the veggie burger. The cocktails were perfect. Our server Ben Andrews, was very attentive and able to give amazing advice on the best cocktails to try. I would highly recommend a night out here.

Bottomless brunch was absolutely brilliant! Big group for a joint 40th celebration and was not disappointed. Servers were very attentive and never let the drinks stop for the whole 90 minutes. The food was spot on too, good selection and good portions. Really great night 👌🏼
