Absolutamente terrible experiencia. Nuestra reserva para fue 12 : 45 pm para un almuerzo sin fondo y toqué la sucursal a las 12: 35 pm para explicar que estábamos llegando tarde debido al tráfico, la persona con la que hablé por teléfono dijo que esto estaba absolutamente bien y explicó cómo se tomaría fuera de nuestro tiempo que entendíamos. En ningún momento nos dijeron que algo estaba mal. Cuando llegamos, nos llevaron a nuestros asientos y como se imaginarán estábamos deseando nuestro día. Sin embargo, entonces nos dijeron que había algunas malas noticias y Bottomless Brunch no se nos pudo servir debido a que había un problema con el gas. Comprendimos completamente que esto estaba fuera de sus manos y era solo una situación desafortunada. Desafortunadamente, fueron los miembros del personal quienes hicieron de esto una experiencia horrible. Había 2 miembros del personal detrás de la barra que estaban viendo nuestra reacción al ser dicho que nuestro Bottomless Brunch fue cancelado (obviamente nos decepcionaron) que se estaban riendo. Esto fue empeorado por un tercer miembro del personal que nos trajo una botella de Prosecco, explicamos que no queríamos esta botella, ya que ninguno de nosotros estaba demasiado preocupado por Prosecco y se desperdiciaría. Este miembro del personal regresó a la zona del bar donde los tres se rieron. Entonces se estaba sacando comida, así que le preguntamos a un miembro del personal cómo estaba sucediendo esto. Explicó que sus pedidos se habían hecho antes de que el gas se disparara, preguntamos cuándo se disparó el gas a lo que ella respondió antes de las 12 : 30 . Como pueden imaginar, esto fue muy confuso para nosotros cuando llamé a las 12: 35 y nada más fue mencionado. Los miembros del personal se rieron y miraron a nuestra mesa hasta el punto en que todos nos dimos cuenta y cuestionamos lo que estaba mal. Un miembro del equipo del bar sacó su cepillo del bolsillo para cepillar su cabello detrás de la barra después de tocarlo con las manos varias veces. Esta persona no se lavó las manos, muy poco higiénico. Nos ofrecieron una ronda de bebidas para la decepción, sin embargo, fue muy desagradable saber que estaba bebiendo de un vaso que había sido tocado por las manos sin lavar y potencialmente podría tener el pelo en. He enviado correos electrónicos, pero ni siquiera se han molestado en acusar recibo de mi correo electrónico.

Muy decepcionante. Esperé casi una hora para mi primer cóctel, luego vinieron 3 de lo mismo a la vez. ¡Y fue mi celebración de cumpleaños! Esperé más de una hora para mi pedido de comida, que después de tener mi pedido original cancelado en el día debido a un 'cambio de menú', solo exacerbó el servicio situado de molesto a un servicio terrible. Además, luego se equivocaron en mi pedido de comida, se lo llevaron con disculpas, luego tardaron media hora en obtener el pedido correcto, que terminó siendo una porción tan pequeña que tuve hambre toda la noche! Una de mis amigas no consiguió su comida hasta que estuvimos 1 hora 45 minutos en nuestra franja de 2 horas!! Uno pensaría que con la reserva previa de comida un mes antes sería una noche más tranquila. Yo también estaba muy decepcionada con las opciones de cócteles de brunch sin fondo, ya que ninguno de los clásicos que esperaba estaban en la lista y no había forma de saber qué ingredientes había en los ‘cócteles de Navidad’ sin que la camarera tuviera que ir a averiguarlo cada vez, lo que llevó aún más tiempo. La única gracia salvadora de la noche fue que el flujo de Prosecco era al menos bueno! Me han prometido un re-fondo para mi comida, así que cruzé los dedos... En lo que respecta al lugar, estaba bien, siempre y cuando no necesitaba el inodoro! Hay 4 para mujeres, sin embargo 1 estaba fuera de servicio, 1 se había mojado por todo el piso y 1 había vomitado decorando el cubículo, ¡así que no es lo más agradable! No creo que fueron limpiados en toda nuestra visita (de 4 a 7 pm).

Fue a comer sin fondo para celebrar un cumpleaños. El servicio era fantástico, las bebidas eran geniales y el personal era amable. Originalmente pensaba que era caro, pero terminó siendo una gran relación calidad-precio. Lo recomendaría.

Visitamos Manahatta York el sábado 23 de noviembre para mis amigos hen do y fue el primer lugar que reservamos para cuando llegamos a York. La mesa había sido reservada con semanas de antelación con depósitos tomados. ¡Estaríamos viajando cierta distancia para visitar York y estábamos deseando un almuerzo sin fondo que incluye una comida completa, que obviamente es muy importante cuando estamos bebiendo! Más temprano ese día, recibimos una llamada de ellos para decir que las freidoras estaban rotas en la cocina y que no habría comida frita disponible, pero nos aseguraron que todavía podíamos pedir comidas alternativas del menú si el artículo original que habíamos pedido no estaría disponible - Ok, ligeramente molesto, pero no es su culpa, siempre y cuando todavía podíamos comer y beber que estaba bien para nosotros. Nuestra mesa estaba reservada para las 5 pm. Llegamos a tiempo, solo para que nos dijeran que no podíamos pedir comida de la cocina en absoluto y por esto, no podía hacer un bottomless ya que tienes que tener una comida sustancial con un brunch sin fondo. Decir que estábamos molestos era una declaración insuficiente. ¿Por qué nadie nos lo había dicho antes? Si lo hubiéramos sabido, habríamos buscado hacer arreglos alternativos. Todo lo que nos ofrecieron para compensar esto fue un reembolso de nuestro depósito y 2 botellas de Prosecco que nos dieron a todos solo un vaso cada uno! Para empeorar las cosas, nuestra mesa ni siquiera estaba lista, el personal parecía no tener idea de lo que estaba pasando con la mesa y nos quedamos en la entrada durante media hora esperando a que se reunieran y arreglaran este desastre. Así que lo que debería haber sido una reserva de mesa para 2 horas, solo tenemos 1. 5 horas. Era casi como si presumieran que nos íbamos al descubrir que no podíamos hacerlo sin fondo así que deja que otras personas se sentaran en él 😂😂 pero no fue así y créeme que fue lo más frustrante saber que todavía teníamos que quedarnos allí y gastar dinero en un establecimiento que no estaba dispuesto a compensarnos adecuadamente por algo que era su problema no el nuestro. Como no había forma de que nos reservaran en otro sitio con tan poca antelación con una fiesta de 11 , (lo intentamos y no tuvimos suerte! ) La mujer que lidió con esto tenía cero habilidades de servicio al cliente, era extremadamente grosera y no parecía importarnos un carajo que nos quedaran en esta situación. Su respuesta “bueno tienes 2 botellas de Prosecco” 😂😂😂 Tuvimos que ir a McDonald’s a buscar comida, ya que la mayoría de nosotros no habíamos comido desde la mañana. Para colmo, charlamos con otras chicas en los baños que estaban en el mismo barco que nosotros y nos dijeron que les habían dado 4 botellas de Prosecco y 2 horas de cócteles ilimitados. Todavía sin comida, pero nos dijeron que no podíamos beber tanto sin una comida! ¿Por qué dos partes en la misma situación recibieron un trato completamente diferente? ¡Ninguna coherencia y completamente fuera de servicio! Una broma absoluta. Después de enterarnos de esto, fuimos y hablamos con otro gerente que no había estado allí al principio y, para ser honesto, él era mucho más comprensivo y servicial con la situación, pero probablemente así desde que se dio cuenta de que nos habíamos dado cuenta de lo que la otra parte obtuvo en comparación con nosotros! Luego nos ofreció algunas botellas más de Prosecco, pero desafortunadamente era hora de que nos fuéramos, ya que teníamos que ir al siguiente lugar que reservamos. Afortunadamente, nos quitó algo de dinero de la cuenta, por lo que estábamos muy agradecidos, pero esto debería haber sido estándar desde el principio. Si hubiéramos tenido una disculpa y alguna forma de compensación decente desde el principio, teniendo en cuenta nuestra situación y que habíamos viajado lejos para estar allí, entonces no habría habido un problema, pero la forma en que lo trató la gerente fue absolutamente repugnante. Una completa falta de habilidades de servicio al cliente. ¡No volveré pronto!

Cenamos para el almuerzo el viernes 8 de noviembre con un vale de prepago para cualquier plato principal y una copa de Prosecco. La camarera era encantadora y amable y no le echaríamos la culpa. Lamentablemente después de hacer nuestro pedido nos dijeron que los 2 mains que pedimos (de un posible 7 ) fueron excluidos. Esto fue después de que nos dijeron que teníamos acceso al menú completo y sin limitaciones o exclusiones que figuran en el vale. La respuesta del gerente fue que “la caja no le dejaba pasar”. No podía importarle menos y no trató de llegar a ningún tipo de acuerdo. Triste ver una completa falta de satisfacción del cliente cuando fue un error del establecimiento. Muy malas habilidades de gestión y absolutamente no volvería a cenar allí - no tienen cuidado de dejar a un cliente feliz!

Amazing service by Pranav. Best place in York for bottomless. Really enjoyed the food and drinks. Drinks kept coming throughout the bottom.

Visited this venue for a hen party. There was a large group of ladies at the party. The staff were amazing and it is a lovely place. We had booked on a bottomless brunch, drinks were replenished at a good pace. I enjoyed the food and drink as did my friends. I would recommend anyone visit and I will definitely be returning.

If you are not female don’t try and get served at the bar, as soon as a female walks up they are served. Such poor and slow service. Would not recommend

Lively even in January. Not a bad venue for a mid-week girly catchup. But a little expensive and not a regular haunt for us. Good music though, even if some of the clientelle were a little dubious looking. And yes they liked to look.

Arrived in York for a short break, and ended up here. It would not have been our first choice, but there was available space for our party. A pretty mixed experience. We were given a carafe of iced water, very nice but useless without glasses to drink it from. Then we ordered drinks, but cappuccino not available as they had no milk. Nor was there any decaffeinated tea. The food, when it arrived was tolerably decent, but we had to ask for cutlery as it hadn't been provided. There was no satisfaction check, and the table wasn't cleared promptly. When it was, we asked for the bill, which didn't arrive. When I explained to a staff member that it had already been requested from another staff member, the explanation for the non arrival was that "oh she's gone on her break". Then had to explain that ww had been charged for the cappuccino, that hadn't been supplied. Regrettably, although the staff personable, and pleasant, the service was a total shambles.

Saturday night near Christmas and the music here was excellent. Great, popular sign along tunes so everyone could get into the festive spirit. Lady DJ in the sunglasses in no way self indulgent and played exactly what a touristy crowd like that would want to hear and in no way played a niche, trying too hard ‘urban’ noise which sounded like one constant song for an hour and a half. You know, something that would maybe be played on a student Wednesday evening where all the youngsters can pretend to enjoy a racket to look hip. The drinks were served really quickly though. Definitely didn’t queue for twenty minutes for a bottle of Peroni. Oh sorry, the opposite of all that.

Popped in here for cocktails and the place was practically empty. They were doing 2 for 1 on some cocktails for about £13, not sure how this compares to other places. However the cocktails were tiny and not even filled to the top. It took the barman 20 mins to serve one person in front of me and then prepare the drinks I ordered which was ridiculous. God help them on a busy night!

Is a great choice for brunch. Drinks kept flowing, food was good, atmosphere relaxed and Pranav made sure we had excellent service.

Not a great experience when we arrived the Bar Staff were in training and it took a long time to get served. Once we eventually got 6 drinks and I tried to pay with Scottish Twenty Pound Notes the bar tender said he was not sure if the money was real and would need to go and check in the office! Kind of made me feel a bit like a criminal at the bar! They did apologise and accept but maybe a little bit more training required!

I was forcefully dragged out of the establishment for no given reason. I paid entry, bought a few drinks then went to the toilet, on my way back up i spoke to someone briefly in the doorway where a bouncer angrily shouted “can people move out of the doorway” where i looked towards him and said “sorry mate” and offered him a handshake, where i was then snarled at and dragged out by my arm and was told i wasnt getting back in. I was then told i didn’t “need a reason” as his word goes. A bouncer from the bar next door saw what happened and was shocked at how unprofessional this bouncer had acted.

Fantastic place to go with an outstanding atmosphere!! The tunes were excellent and the vibe was perfect. The place is clean and tidy and has two floors, with the ground floor being very busy and alive and the first floor being a more reserved place to be. Drinks were very nice and priced averagely. We will definitely visit again!

Came here for bottomless brunch, was absolutely amazing would recommend it to anyone, especially attentive to large groups. There was 9 of us and Franklin did not stop making sure our Prosecco was constantly refilled and extra helpful. Amazing experience and amazing atmosphere

I’ve never been so disappointed and pinolised by the bouncers there , me and my friends were walking there and watched me one of them said to me I’m not letting u in ur too drunk u can’t walk in a straight line (it was about 11pm) .Bearing in mind I have epilepsy and cerebral palsy which I’m abit wobbly anyway as I wear a splint and wouldn’t listen to my reasoning or my friends. He was arguing back at us refusing to let us in. Eventually he let us in with a half hearted apology I was in tears in the middle of town feeling so degraded been treated like this and I will never be returning until they can have different bouncers or those men have some respect 😡😡😭!!!

Came here for a business night out to celebrate one beautiful boy as he goes off to university. We had fantastic service from Dan who made sure we had full cups and were looked after at all times. Food was lovely and drinks kept coming fast, which meant our two hours were spent very wisely. Thank you Dan for great service!!

The staff looked very young I thought to myself it’s like the set of Bugsy Malone! They were brilliant. Shannon in charge was very astute, organised & directional. Aiday couldn’t do enough - they explained they were strained today and this sounded foreboding as we were in for a bottomless brunch so it sounded like it may be limited but no it was great. We had Ryan serving us too and he was very entertaining with his banter. And Libby second in command - they are all a credit to the bar and couldn’t do enough. Food - okay - choice not great & several burger options. But we were there for the drinks and we got them 🥳🥳 a good selection, fast flowing, we all loved it and with it being busy the time scale was not too strict. Brilliant 🤩
