Bamboo Garden in Tendring

Absolutely disgusting meal they have changed their name to dragon Inn ! Food was completely burnt and greasy and cold !!

Avoid this never again eating from there the food was disgusting this is bamboo gardens not dragons den going to stay with welcome Chinese million times better

munchie box was very oily still mopping it up. chicken balls tast salty like they're proses and egg fried rice have a strange taste now on to the Singapore rice and noodles the noodles was burnt they're seemed to be cooked in a bucket of oil and the rice seemed to be cooked in the same way over cooked. flavour was indescribable the chilli tasted like it was out of a bottle so not trying here again

Ordered food this evening asked for sweet & sour prawns, chicken chow mein, mushroom chow mien & pancake roll x awful over cooked x gave us pork instead of prawns I can’t eat any meat x worse Chinese takeaway ever had x will not be using again ever and will tell our friends not to use either x cost over £20 for nothing unable to eat it x

Ordered at 6.05pm with a 7pm delivery. Called after 7pm to be told they were making it now. Called again after another 40mins and told they were waiting for a driver. The driver then speaks to me saying I would delay the orders more if I insist on speaking to the manager!!! Who had said in the background....tell them I'm not here!! Food finally arrived and not fit for a dog!! Cold, the ribs were bitty looking with only a dribble of sauce. Took it back and told them to dispose of the crap. Never again and we had used them regularly over the years. Give yourselves a treat of something better then ordering and receiving slops from here guys....

Ordered the salt and Pepper munchie box for 16.50 came with chips two tiny pieces off prawn toast two tiny prawns and two pieces off chicken worth about 8 quid absolute robbery was soggy and didn't taste off salt and pepper at all. Had terrible diarrhoea all day

Cold food, old dumplings,hour late have to call and ask where is my order, they still been confused, not happy

Do not order from this Chinese. The food took over 2 hours to arrive, when it arrived it was just awful. Food was cold, amd gloopy, burnt and that definitely was peking duck, it was beyond gross and salty, really salty. They also don't answer there phones.

Meal did not arrive Abusive staff when questioned Would not recommend to my worst enemy Will not ever use again

Absolutely beautiful food. Delicious and very tasty. The driver was so polite. Definitely recommend this Chinese take away and the food was absolutely amazing

Ordered on euber eats not worried about the time it took but the rice was all stuck together and cold, chicken was hard, and the meal was all squeezed into one tray with sauce so the chips were like mashed and soggy absolutely terrible food

Ordered food at 7.49pm was ment too arrive at 8.25-8.45pm. Called the restraunt a number of times after 9pm no answer. Restraunt closed at 10pm still no food. Assumed this wouldn't arrive. Doorbell went at 11.20pm with delivery driver standing with our food 3 hours late. Called the restraunt to ask for a refund amd to let them know we wouldnt be taking the food as we were already in bed at this time due to have a newborn. Owner was very rude and hung up the phone. Would never recommend! Awful customer service and very rude staff!

If I could give zero I would. Delivery from this place is so slow. Order your food on a normal Tuesday and it takes over 2 hours to delivery. When calling them their attitude stinks with being very rude over the phone and the most stupid excuse of contact just eat where it was ordered. They have no customer service. Avoid this place
