Just had a scam call, googled the number and it comes back to this place. Are they/staff using their premises for telephone scam calls? Dodgy.

Normally we order from here with no problems but tonight omg the worst experience ever! Naan bread was really badly burnt and un edible and the chicken korma was the worst. I'm not sure korma are ment to be spicy but omg on this occasion it was and for me that is a problem, not even my 2 year old ate it as it was that bad. I for one will never be back to order from here

Food is the worst takeaway I've experienced. 45 minutes late. Stone cold and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Paid for a Beef pad sew. No noodles, just watery, stone cold beef. When I called to complain on the number on deliveroo, they said they're a different restaurant. Found another number on Google, they said the other restaurant 'The Shahi' cooks it for them and then they hung up. Expensive dog food at best. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Had a takeaway from here this evening and it wasn't great. We had three dishes: - Beef Thai Beef Rice. Beef was a bit chewy and rice didn't have much flavour. 5/10. - Chicken Chilli. Supposedly deep fried and then stir-fried, but was just bits of plain chicken with some vegetables in a sweet runny sauce. Also wasn't very large for £9.95 RRP! 3/10. - King Prawn Pud See Ew. Good flavours throughout the whole dish and a decent portion size, but only three (admittedly large) prawns for £9.95 RRP is not enough! 6/10. Overall disappointing, but it could be made better with more flavour, some genuine stir-fry and a bit more of the headline ingredients. P.S. The reviewer "Rupert Carlo". Either he had much better luck than us, or he's a paid reviewer. Looking at his review history I'd suggest perhaps the latter!

Unfortunately the worst Thai takeaway meal we have ever had. Tom yum soup had all the right ingredients in it...but watery and no flavour. Beef in salad and chilli beef very tough. Overall very disappointing and over priced £48 before 20% discount

NB The previous owner has gone and it’s no longer the Jahan Kitchen – it’s now run by different people – and the negative reviews refer to the previous guy (who left July/Aug 2024). The food at Panna Kitchen is superb. I’ve never had a mainstream madras or tikka masala from there – but I’ve had a number of their specialist dishes – the Railway Chicken Curry, Bengal Naga, Chicken Makhani – and they are ruddy fantastic. There is literally no comparison in value for money between Panna Kitchen and other curry houses – they absolutely stuff their food boxes. The sheer weight of them tells you. One rice box does at least three people! Compared to The Shenai? You’re joking! A little while ago, I ordered a butter chicken and naan bread from The Shenai, takeaway, and it was £16.90! Split it between two of us and it was nowhere near a meal – both hungry afterwards. From Panna Kitchen, I got a railway curry, rice, naan bread and a bombay aloo, they gave a discount and it came to £16.50 – and THREE of us were stuffed afterwards. And they gave a few free poppadums as well. & the food quality was absolutely brilliant! The difference between the two is mental. The Panna Kitchen might not be the most efficient nor quickest, bless ‘em, but they do glorious food and it’s EXCELLENT value!

Ordered a takeout Boxing Day. Food arrived on time. We ordered two chicken dishes - the quality of the meat was inedible. The chicken was hard & not edible. We also ordered a paneer dish. The paneer was dry & again, rock hard. This used to always be a favourite but has gone down considerably. A real shame that standards have dropped so badly. Terrible food - avoid!
