Best takeaway. Lovely foods always, friendly staff

Staff was super friendly and accomodating to my vegan diet. They said they could make any dish vegan for me. The portions were really big and the food was delicious. Honestly couldn't have been a better experience

Overall, the food was amazing and I can’t complain however when the food did arrive there was an excessive amount of oils? I understand food leaks but this was a lot more than a leak. Alongside this you should really state somewhere that you charge an extra delivery fee for more than 4 miles. While I understand your reasoning for the charge most of us don’t carry cash anymore which raises concerns.

Nothing was left outside my door basement door or upstairs front door. Please refund.

The dishes were really lovely...but still an awful lot of oil. When it arrives...oil has leaked into bag which stains everything it touches. I understand you need to cook with oils, but I do ask very kindly to remove excess oil because it can take forever and a full roll of kitchen paper to clean everything up before I can even open containers n dish up. It seems my requests are just ignored. Wed just like to enjoy yr curries without getting in a mess. Xxxx

not great a phone call from BALTI HUT to say I hadnot PAID, I said that I had paid, Just eat by card, I was asked to pay an extra £3.00 to the driver which I did, The food was not great, I was dissappointed with the standed, I paid £55,54 for 3 people. plus £3 that I paid the driver, and I had no dinner.

The price has gone up and the portions have been halved, the quality has gone down too. I had an Indian meal with no hint of spice or heat . I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

30 minutes late without any communication until I chased them via Just Eat at 6.45pm when they changed the "delivered at 6.30pm, enjoy your food" message to "being delivered at 6.55pm" . However, the food was very good and excellent value.

was nice tasting food, Tandoori King prawn could have been bigger portion for the price. but overall good, nice chunky chicken in samosas, lovely mushroom pilau rice and extra yogurt dip and completely chicken Dahl.

Had the special set meal for one the Balti chicken makani was beautiful 😍 great deal & especially the 20% off on a Tuesday however the price is cheap anyway & the food is quality. Had a delivery this evening. Ordered set meal for 2 and swapped the methi lamb to lamb madras . Swapped naan to keema naan . Had chicken korma 2 x Pilau rice Bombay aloo Chicken tikka starter Vegetable curry Mint sauce Onion salad/salad Poppadoms . Food arrived packed perfectly, hot and tasted great .

Awful. Tasteless. Tandoori chicken was like plain boiled with red colouring. Tikka massala was bland & sweet with red colouring. Manager was rude. Asked for a refund, was offered a. discount on next order... Not on your Nelly. Do not order from this joke of an 'Indian' restaurant!

Have used Bulti Hut a number of times but tonight it was a long wait for delivery hour and a half plus but when the food turned up it was luke warm , I called the restaurant but they didn't want to help just said come down and get my money back and don't come back very nice not . Don't bother with the restaurant I will not be using again .

If you want all your delivery to turn up together, whatever you do, don't go here. Today, our Naan Breads were forgotten and the guy on the phone refused to send the whole meal out again despite it being Balti Hut's balls up. I think as a customer, I am entitles to have all of my meal hot and sent together and NOT having various courses sent during the evening. This is not the first time we had cockups with this place - Seriously, don't go there. No point at all.

I ordered my meal online that states free delivery and I’m a regular customer of there’s and have always been called by the restaurant asking for a £2 delivery fee that I have always paid ,even though it states free delivery ! Tonight I had the manger deliver my food and demand £3 extra on top of a £50 order ! I stated that it’s always been £2 and I was shouted at saying that DONT ORDER AGAIN IF I DONT PAY £3 he then proceeded to be extremely angry and hostile , I had to close my gate in him while he was screaming at me for my own safety. I phoned the restaurant to complain and was told this was the manager ! I would avoid this place as it gone down hill and obviously they think they can extort money from there customers and be rude and get away with it, the food isn’t that great as well ! Avoid avoid avoid

Got order wrong, When phoned back the I presume owner, possibly manager was rude, obnoxious and arrogant, food itself when delivered was on best average. Only good thing delivery was quick although I guess due to restaurant not being busy or popular.

After working there, I can honestly say their food is soo good, it’s would foolish NOT to try it.

The food was stone cold, my son and me ordered £26, of food this evening, the staff were rude and abusive when I complained, we have both done long shifts, the curry, rice, naan bread was all cold! Overpriced cold don't waste your money! Avoid!!!

Your leaflet deliverer today (2pm: 26th Feb '21) was very weird indeed. I saw him trespassing in private back gardens like a burglar. He was dropping leaflets at back doors. He needs to understand that only front doors have letter boxes. If he drops paper anywhere else he's fly-tipping and that's against the law.

Sadly disappointing- order delivered late food luke warm didn’t deliver the breads came back 15 mins later But only delivered one of the breads not all the ones we ordered - waiting for a refund .....

Ordered while on holiday through Just Eat. Best curry we have had for a while, lovely rice, puffy naan, tender chicken, tasty sauces. Delivered hot & on time. Really friendly delivery driver. So good we ordered twice!!

First time I ordered from here. The food was very nice even the children loved the food. Very excellent service. I travelled from Bexhill-on-sea to collect the food and it was well worth it. Couple of Good complimentary given with the order. Phone stuff very polite and helpful. Planning to order again very soon with larger portions this time of Tandoori Chicken. Well done Balti Hut. 5* well deserved. And also has a hygiene rating of 5 too on the door.

Me and my wife had a fantastic curry take away, great service easy to order on line. Wife had fish l had chicken both so tasty plus lovely naan and l had starter also.

Absolutely rude scum. Over charged us and would give me receipt. Missed items of the order. Got into a go and throw and he called me a f**king pussy going I know where you live. Reported to just eat and the police for the threats. Stay well clear of this place.

Would definitely recommend! fast delivery and everything tasted fresh. We got the set menu and was plenty for 2 of us with loads left. Everything was tasty, the chunks of meat were bloody massive and so good. Very impressed with the food from here! Especially after spending double elsewhere last week and leaving them a 1* review but this place definitely deserves a 5*. Spent half the money but was the best Indian I’ve had since moving to Hastings 3 years ago... Finally found one we enjoyed eating from. This will be the only place we order from now! We ordered a set meal for 2 tonight from here, this was the first time weve ordered from here and we were not disappointed. The delivery was quick and earlier than we were originally given ( ordered through just eat) the food arrived hot and fresh and was very tasty.
