Very reasonable prices Decent food

Service is spot on ordered a curry has no flavour what so ever chips was nice and keema naan pizzas are nice but wouldn’t recommend a balti

The worst experience i think I’ve ever had.1 hour late to begin with. I’ve had 3 days off work with food poisoning. If you’re wanting to diet then crack on with this fake Indian restaurant. I lost half a stone in 3 days. The food was awful. I have never be so ill in my whole life. How this restaurant can stay open and Serving the innocent public with no conscience. Avoid! trust me avoiding this place will be the best thing you’ve ever done

Had 2 currys delivered last night, balti and a bhoona and hands down even my family said the same its the Best curry we had in years,I will always use here now,BEST TAKEAWAY EVER!!!thank you,complements to the chief!!

First time I have come here with a friend whilst passing by. So glad my friend said to try this place out. Wonderful retro vibe, the owner served us and spoke to us, he was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the prawn dish and lamb curry dish, definitely a top pick, and we usually eat from restaurants on ladypool, cov and alum rock road. T his definitely competes with the best curries out there. Make sure to come down and try for yourself!

These microwave meals disguised as food were awful, even with buy one get one free I feel like I've been ripped off.

Just had a takeaway from balti hut ...fantastic value for money had chicken Tower and nan bread excellent highly recommended

Masala fish was not fresh at all. Food not authentic. Will not be returning here.

Ordered food and was told 1 hr. It arrived almost 3 hours later and was cold. When I called to complain I was told my next order would be free as an apology. The next time I came to order they "couldn't remember" what had happened last time or telling me the next order would be free. They have now lost my custom for good.

Visited this take away last night quite late.was greeted by the owner who was very friendly. My wife and I ordered 2 meals and they were fantastic..this will now be our regular take away. Try them you will not be dissapointed.

Would like to put a better comment but ordered food at 730 now time is now 955 still no food they wouldn't even get a 1 star but thats as low as will let me disgusting service never again will I try them again

Just been here for the first time.. Was lovely.. And portion was decent.. The naan bread was a little bit thick.. (i like mine thinner and crispy) but the chicken madras was delicious... Price was very reasonable.. Ill be back again for sure

Cannot fault the dishes, very tasty! Only thing is, they STILL haven't updated the prices on the takeaway menu! I received one through my door a few nights ago, and it was at least 3 years old! The only thing that had changed were the prices (in keeping with inflation). Thankfully, i placed my order online, so i knew exactly what my meal would cost, but if you're going to post menus through people's doors, it should at least be correct, up to date pricing! My neighbour placed a telephone order, and was surprised when it came to more than was stated in the menu. She phoned up to enquire, only to be told that the prices have changed. It'd probably be a good idea to actually update the menu prices, so people don't get caught out, when ordering a meal...

I had an excellent meal from here on 29th May '21. The meal was delicious. The gentleman who served me was so pleasant and friendly. He commented on a phone call he'd just taken and that opened up a comical conversation between us. I will certainly recommend to my friends. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant visit.

An ubereats treat, NOT. Food not particularly good, chicken was overcooked and rubbery, nans were very stodgy. Delivery was late, i called the place twice and was told it would be with me in a few minutes which was obviously not true. Poor customer service, from staff when i called. Shame that the negative reviews are actually quite accurate. If you want cheap and cheerful, don't mind eating bad quality food and are happy to wait hours for your food to arrive, this is the place for you. Also a shame i cant leave a review on ubereats, come to the conclusion i will no longer use ubereats or this restaurant.

I am so disappointed with the service. I ordered my dinner at around 8.20 and was given an estimated time of around 9.25 pm to 9.45 pm. At around 10 i first called balti hut and got a line busy. This continued for the next half an hour. When i tried to cancel the order on uber eats which cost me around 11 pounds and 90 pence, it kept telling me to check my wifi connection even though it was fine. Just when I had given up i got a call at 11 pm that the driver had arrived. The food was disgusting and tasteless. The parata was raw and tiny, like it was prepared without rolling it to shape. The chicken was overcooked. I hate to waste food but the whole lot went into the bin. I am never eating there again ever. Please STAY AWAY!

Probably one of the worst takeaways I've ever tried to eat !!! The chicken so so dry i was chewing for ages and the saag was like trying a spoon full of salt . My nann bread was grey and clearly reheated 😷😷 avoid!!!!!!

Disgraceful order came two hours late, I called the restaurant twice and get told the food will be delivered in 20 mins each time, poor customer service ,food was cold. The chicken tikka in nan and no sauce and a few strands of salad. The lamb balti was cold and the meat was so hard that chewing became so painful. The chicken curry was not spicy at all and the chicken was hard, this was My first time ordering and will definitely be the last. Uber eats needs to seriously look into this place. I love Indian food and always enjoy trying different restaurants but this has to be by far the worse.

Best take away ever. Most authentic. Good prices. Cheerful staff. Perfect.

Our local, the food here is always good. They occasionally do deals, we got a free naan bread. Staff always polite and friendly.

I get good quality meals at a decent price here! Always tastes good but they recently changed their recipe for tandoori wings and I gotta say - it tastes even better than it already did! 100% happy.

Been going for years and never had a bad meal, not just the quantity but the quality of the meat is superb. would recommend 100%

Great food, excellent value for money, where else can you get 2 mains, 2 rice and a naan for £7.98? I thoroughly recommend the lamb pathia and also the chicken wings for 99p !!!!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Used for over 15 years. So this is a genuine review. I was Totally ignored when placing my order. When asking for NO OIL, I meant no oil. I'm sure this is not untranslatable to any shoe shiner they harbor in their kitchens. And the 45min delivery time turned out to be over 2 hours. And When it did come it was incomplete and of course swimming in oil. Then they say "our next order won't have the cost of the starters they didn't bother sending tonight" Well forgive me for not being appreciative. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from them yet AGAIN!
