Fantastic. I really enjoyed my food, was lovely and fresh. One positive is that I ordered before close time and the food was still made to standards. The delivery driver was really friendly.👍

I had a combination of Curry, Pilau Rice and 2x chapatti I spent just over£20 and never got a free item, not even a slice of cucumber 😭😭 Besides that the meal was so nice, the Meat was lovely and tender, the chapattis nice and hot, pilau rice wasn't very warm 8/10

Was our favourite takeaway and ordered regularly but management will argue over £3.50 bhajis. Had problems in the past and always been sorted ok in the end (eventually) but I’ve ended up with no food tonight after £45 spend so won’t order in future.

First time using The Balti Hut. The starters we ordered were nice but hardly any salad to accompany. The mains were very bland. The portion size was fine but the taste just wasn't there. The nans were not fresh and looked greasy but weren't just not very tasty. The chips were sound. Unfortunately we won't be using this takeaway again.

Food was very wet and watery, curry did not taste as it usually does. Delivery was late again! Just poor to be fair.

Pedí mi comida a través de uber come y regularmente ordeno de esta comida para llevar, ya que la comida es normalmente maravilloso. Esta vez nuestra comida fue horrible. La mayor parte estaba fría y para colmo los bhajis de cebolla estaban secos, quemados y no eran comestibles. Trozos de mi pollo no se cocinaron correctamente y las partes eran tan masticables que tuve que escupirlo. Me quejé a Uber Come que me dio £ 4 de vuelta por una comida no comestible que me costó poco más de £ 30. Qué lástima, ya que siempre los estaba recomendando a otras personas.

wonderful food, my go to place with so much choice

I used balti hut for the first time today as a take out. I had king prawn balti and chicken tikka masala. Prawn balti - not enough king prawn less than 10 and they were over cooked, no twang to it either, quite bland. Both dishes had to be warmed up when I got home less than 3 miles away. Was pricey as a take out, aswell I thought. 2 dishes 1 nan £25.80 I doubt I'll return unfortunately.

the onion bhajis were very tasty as always. The tropical Balti was nice, although the lamb was a bit chewy. My partner enjoyed his mushroom & chicken Balti. The malteser cheesecake was very nice.

We were told originally our order would be delivered at 7:15pm and then at 7:30 it said delivered but was then quickly changed to it will now arrive at 7:50pm. Not happy about this. When it eventually arrived it was cold. Very disappointing.

1 hour late I had to call restaurant to ask where food was and they said it was made fresh Once here cold food

I love this place but this time was different the chips was dripping in oil and had a nasty oil taste. The nana tasted a bit funky but curry and rice was ok will 100% be looking for a nice place to order my curry’s from the chips have put me off

Amazing curries sadly to far away for delivery

Garlic chicken tikka jalfezi was full of chillies - could not eat, and far too much garlic, and chicken was dry. The fish masala however was perfect.

2 e tracking prawns for £3.50 don’t bother for the money, stick with the standard

Food was amazing as per usual. Only downside was the ice cream as it was out of date in November last year! Please check your B&J’s as the one I was given was almost a year since it was expired

I didn’t ask for a garlic Nann, no juice with balti dishes wasn’t the best tasting curry.the fritters where weak to top it off the coke was warm. Never order again.

We ordered 2 curries and they both was amazing full of flavour, mine was made with naga pickle which I love and I would definitely order this again, keema nann and peshwari nann was both very tasty, however the vegetable pakora was not what I was expecting, I wanted the vegetable pakora that has the different types of vegetables and cumin seeds in and this was just a large peice of potato, was still ok just not what I thought it would be, will 100% order again, thank you guys

Outstanding! Always consistent in quality no matter what time of night that I placed an order. Exceptional value for money as well as a tastes traddinally authentic to indian cusinee. Always on time or before time, and arrives piping hot and never missing any items. I've ordered from this place many times after trying several others in this area and this is by far the very best I've found, or indeed, had, in many years. thank you, and keep it up! 🫶

The onion bhajis where that hard they were inedible. The curry and everything else was fine.

Everything was nice except for the chicken wrap snacks hence the 3 stars - because there was NO INFORMATION about what it contained, it came very soggy (the bread) the chicken was red and cubed smothered in red onions! We thought they were normal chicken wraps because they do offer a section for English food. I'm £9 down and 2 kids went without food so I'm slightly annoyed to say the least. Please describe your menu.

Customer service was very bad ordered on phone and the person taking order was really rude. Lamb curry barely had ANY meat in it just a few very tiny pieces, when called to complain they said “that’s how it comes”. Definitely not coming here again.

Missing chicken tikka masala and dhansak was so hot we couldnt eat it, the onion bhaji were really nice though, popadoms were a little soft too.

the meat in the mixed Kebab and my lamb baltie was so very chewy and lots of gristle. I have not had such tough meat for a long time. are you using cheaper cuts of meat?

Balti Hut still remains my favourite place. No other restaurant can beat the taste from here. They do the best chicken curry 😋 Food is always very hot and fresh when delivered. Always great service from here.

Por alguna razón todos sus currys suaves tienen coco en ellos. He probado pollo makhani, mantequilla pollo, passanda, todos tienen coco. Si quisiera coco pediría una corona. Así que esta noche probé pollo tikka paneer que era muy sabroso, pero todavía tenía coco en él. Haría que no volviera a pedirles desafortunadamente, y por eso los he marcado

Ordered before takeaway opened. When takeaway opened, was told delivery would be 5.45, then it was changed to 6.05, then 6.15. Eventually it turned up at 6.45, food was lukewarm. Asked for a refund for them to say no. I have used this takeaway for years, but after today will not be ordering again.

Have been ordering from balti hut for ages but the last few times it has been late but normally worth the wait. Curry and rice was nice but today the chapati and chips were not that great. Over one hour late despite doing a pre-order to try and avoid this! When i rang to see where the order was i was told it was on the way before asking where it was delivered to then still took over 20 minutes to arrive. No apologie either.

Chicken tikka Masala and Bhuna was really salty for some reason. Didn’t enjoy it this time but usually really nice. Mint yoghurt is great though.

Lovely food and fast delivery or collection. Although they quote longer they usually arrive much quicker sometimes 15 minutes. The tandoori prawns are the best we have tried. The Dahl is so tasty and yhe cheese and onion naan is stuffed with cheese. We have also had the madras which was nice and spicy whereas at other Indian takeaways can be really mild and bland but there's is perfect. Best Indian takeaway in the area, happy customers!

Order from here atleast once a week. The best Indian food around for miles would not change or go anywhere else, I’ve been to posh Indian restaurants and nothing compares to this place👍🏼
