Best curry house lovely food and staff never disappointed with my food from here the did forget to put my chapatis in phoned them and i had them delivered in 5 minutes top guys 10/10 all the way from me 😊

Look, when a curry house puts on a 40% offer when spending over £25, you have to take advantage. The best thing about this place is the food. I order a different curry each time and I have never been let down. The quality is bang on.

Lovely food. King prawn dopiaza was good onions needed a little longer cooking but prawns were perfect. I would order again

Both curries had leaked in the bag. What was left was nice but not too pleased for the price we paid therefor have requested refund as only got to eat not even half 😓

Seriously annoyed with this one. Told 40 -60 mins upon order. Arrived 1 hour 30 mins. They even marked this as delivered 20 mins before it arrived. The driver had no excuse. More annoyingly the food arrived cold. Don’t order here.

Not really your taste, was a bit on the sweet side for us, but it came hot and fresh!

Food is lovely never had a bad experience yet but the balti chicken bhuna i had tonight was one of the best ever compliments to the chef would highly recommend this place 10/10 again from me 😊

First Indian I walked into in Keighley..looked good from outside. Inside very large but only noted about 15 people eating. Waited to be seated for 5 minutes as staff at the till snd waiters clearly saw me waiting but ignored me. So approached waiting staff. Not a very warm welcome and miserable. Got sat down with menu. Waited 15mins before I had to call over a waiter as no one bothered to serve me. ..ordered poppadoms which where just shoved, by yet another miserable waiter, onto the table with tray pickles. At this stage decided to walk out food untouched. The waiter who served didn't seem bothered and when asked on way out by another waiter if everything was OK,and he was told, he just turned away and walked away! Maybe this is an isolated freak experience but how can each and every member of this restaurant just all ignore and be miserable?!

Worst food I’ve had in a long time. Chicken smelt off. Sauces disgusting. Papadums soggy. Will not order again. Terrible

Have eaten here before and was nice …… not tonight shami kebabs were dry and tasted… old? Onion bhajis burnt….. disappointed

Curry was average, meat for the starters was very dry and didn't get finished. Missing 3 items from our order that we were charged for.

Genuinely the best curry I’ve had in years. Food was full of flavour and hot on delivery. Arrived early and 40% off the food. Delivery driver was very pleasant.

Food was nice. Enjoyed everything. Mixed grill was good could do with more food for that price you normally get more. Friendly delivery driver too made it easy for me.

Food was ok, Plenty of chicken in curry but a little bit acidic. I have had much better and its quite expensive.

I booked a corporate works meal for 28 people we had the party set menu @ £24.95 pp Wow what an amazing choice we had to choose from. We ordered so many different starters and main choices, the food was delicious served in a very friendly and professional way. I would highly recommend the Balti house for small or large gatherings. I am sure many of us will be returning in the future 10/10 👏

Despite the first order spilling in the delivery car, a second order was promptly made and delivered on time - explaining what had happened. Great customer service and we enjoyed our order.

Food that was delivered was incorrect, called to say they sent the wrong food and they said they would get it all remade so to put it all back in the bag when they come to drop off. We received the new order which was correct but missing chips, at this point i couldnt wait another 30 minutes to have this rectified so ate our food. Ordered many times from this restaurant and this was a first but so disappointing that i only got half the meal i expected.

I have been a customer of Balti House for over 25 years and was so looking forward to a treat this evening. I placed my order before lunchtime today so I assume I was the first in line for teatime delivery. However the food didn’t come until 6pm, was cold, and I could have forgiven that if it was good! Tasteless unfortunately. The naan was good but the curries were very disappointing even after a blast in the microwave ! I hate to leave a bad review but I really am devastated. Genuinely hope it

the food portions were tiny and the food was bland

It's very good food, great quality in many ways. But also pricey. I ordered 2 popadoms (£2.10) and pickle tray (£4.95) and only ended up with 3 popadoms for the pickles, and I paid extra for 2, so a single popadom for a £5 pickle tray is a bit stingy.

Absolutely beautiful meal, delivery was slightly quicker than first predicted so that was good as well, I'd like to say we'll definitely be ordering from here again but we live in Liverpool so most probably won't but if we ever come back to Haworth we will do. 10/10

We order from here quite a lot and this experience was below average I’m afraid. My Keema Handi Desi was waaaay too spicy and I always get this dish and enjoy it, however this time, I couldn’t even finish it. The chapatis were also missing off the delivery, however a quick phone call to the restaurant and they sent some immediately with some complimentary poppadoms. In conclusion, I will be ordering again, just this time was a bump in the road.

onions undercooked throughout. Onions in naan, which I wouldn't have ordered had I know. Only a couple of cubes of paneer with my main. disappointing

Lovely meal enjoyed by all. Recommend the sizzler for a starter. Would have been 5 starts but no kids menu and cheapest children’s meal was £11.99 for chicken nuggets which doesn’t encourage families.

delivery was on time although the food was disappointing for me, I ordered two curries as I have bought from there before and the food was nice although my first time ordering online the curries tasted the same although they should have been different as I ordered two different ones. I cook myself and wish I had cooked instead of wasting money. it was not a proper curry to me tasted like curry powder was used and the chicken was hard and chewy clearly not fresh and came with no salad.

Keema naan is out of this world, flavours and filling amazing! Curry very tasty, little watery and chicken a bit dry. Overall worth the money, great tastes!

This place has become somewhat tired for my liking. The service last time for us was a little slow, they have a habit of putting everyone near the front of the restaurant when nit very busy. It makes me feel herded. The food is acceptable but the chicken was a bit odd. Not really like chicken, not sure what was going on there. The staff are friendly enough but have a sense of ' being at work' The cost was a little on the large side but I guess that's normal these days. Oh! Unless you go across the road to the Aroush cafe. That's our new Asian ' go to.' Sorry Balti house but I think it's time you upped your game.

Seems to lack in quality a bit on the takeaway side. First time ordering through takeaway. Eat in is always cracking. So quite a disappointment.

Very large restaurant with extensive menu including some speciality meals. Take your own alcoholic drinks.

We've tried em once and it was delicious, so we tried em again to see if it was a one off and turns out that was delicious aswell. Looking forward to trying even more of the menu.

I have ordered balti special grill, which cost about 16 and I purchased total amount of more than 25 pounds but its not worth even for 15 pounds. The quantity was really nothing. I will never recommend this restaurant for anyone. Really bad that they taking money and doesn't give anything back even quality. This is my last order from balti.

Delicious every time, always hot and big portion sizes

The food is normally great from here but my curry tonight sadly wasn't. There was absolutely no spice to it and there was more onion than meat.

Food was great, delivery was bang on time. I did ask for added fresh chillies, which seem to have been missed. Other than that, it was lovely.

I really enjoy curries and this place hits the spot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from. Great place if you choose a vegetarian dish (and fish) the food isn't greasy, the portion is good enough. So much to choose from. The garlic rice is delicious. The family naan is massive! They have Punjabi tea which you as such a delicious treat 😍

Essentially dish water with a few chunks of low grade Pigeon. Cheese naan was alright
