Balmoral Hotel Restaurant & Bar in Torbay

When you say it sound a to good to be true there is normally a catch but not in this case. We were greeted by Linda who showed us our room and where the restaurant and bar were. On arrival given a cream scone and tea and sat in the well kept gardens and enjoyed the peacefulness and views. Dinner on both evenings was exceptional as was the breakfast, never been to a hotel with so much choice on a breakfast menu. Not only was the food and accommodation included in the price but on both evenings we had first class entertainment from the singer to the all round enterer who had everyone in stitches. A big shout out to all staff that made our stay really enjoyable .

Lovely friendly hotel, clean and well kept. Garden beautiful with views to the sea. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food is exquisite and beautifully presented. Lots of lovely walks and bus outside into Torquay. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 rd stay.

What a fantastic hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who put themselves out for you. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Meals were out of this world. We will definitely be coming again and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very friendly family run hotel and I was made to feel very much at home. There are beautiful gardens where you can dine in the summer time otherwise a friendly and very pleasasnt dining room.

Stayed here for a few nights on BB&EM which was just as well as there is nowhere nearby to eat in the evening unless you go down into Torquay. We booked a cozy double room which we found ok although the room could do with a makeover. Parking at the hotel is tight for space, we found parking on the road outside was better. Food was ok for both breakfast and dinner.
