Please save your money and don’t go to this place. The food is awful! My potatoes tasted like spinach, they probably used the same pan as some other dish…which makes me wonder about the hygiene of this place. The ham from the eggs Benedict tasted off, the avocado scotch egg is a non sense dish… tasted disgusting. The staff were minding their own business, they didn’t even clear our table during our lunch, they took our order wrong and I had to wait to have my food while my partner was already eating. The soap dispenser was filled with water, so I couldn’t even wash my hands. Honestly, it’s such a shame because the place looks very nice and the decor is tasteful. The chef and the waiters should seriously consider changing job.

£17.45 for a piece of salmon, and two small spoons of Greek Salad and Avocado Salad to takeaway. Compared to what you get a Harrods around the corner it is appalling. I have never had such a poor quality, small and expensive salad. I love good restaurants and food and never mind paying for quality. But almost £20 for a small takeaway salad is scandalous. It has the potential to be such a lovely cafe, but sadly it isn't. No wonder it is always so quiet.

I have made my order through ubereats at 11am, English breakfast and sweet potato soup. It was meant to be delivered within 40 minutes as shown. After almost one hour of waiting I called restaurant asking about my order, a female in her early 30s’ picked up the phone and I was told that I should order from deliveroo not uber because they don’t have so many drivers and nobody is coming to pick my orde(Like its my problem...) As far as I understand no one is forcing restaurants to be using ubereats drivers so it’s their choice to do so, when I clearly told her that I don’t want my food to be delivered cold because it was made already and was waiting for driver to pick it up...I was told that she will speak with the kitchen if they can re do it. If?what means if? I got my “food” at 12:45am completely cold, eggs were not runny, bacon looked liked it was done hours ago!! Just look at the picture disgusting, just to add at the end when driver finally picked up my food it took him less than 20 minutes to arrive so that food was never redone because it wouldn’t go that cold and uneaten in 15-20 min. Paid £27 for that garbage and waited almost 2h. Amazing.

I have visited the place every week for several years. However, since the end of 2019 it has been under new management and is a disgrace. The staff are unreliable, pushy, and inattentive. The loos are often dirty and they frequently run out of paper. The staff literally have no thought for their customers. When it is cold they leave the main door wide open. Service is terrible and often they run out of various dishes on the menu. In truth, I have never seen a business decline so quickly or sharply. Never go here!

Always terrible service. People working here completely ignorant. Toilets super dirty always and never any soap to wash hands. Not even during corona virus breakouts. Even when asking for soap they don’t care. Staff vacuum cleaning around you when having coffee so they can finish earlier. Can’t recommend at all. Yes

This was hidden away and we are so glad we found it. Brilliant breakfast. Home made jams and really good juices made fresh. A full deli and bakery section. Good prices and value for money.

Lovely cafe with friendly, attentive staff and fresh produce. There is an extensive range of brunch, salad options as well as fresh bakery items. Coffee is great as well. Definitely worth a try and repeat!

Small place with too many issues. Went for a Saturday brunch. Service very slow. Coffee just doesn’t taste like coffee, for a second I thought I ordered a cup of milk. Dirty coffee cups. Staff seems lost and doesn’t know what they are doing. Food is average. Really disappointing special because we live so close to Baker space.

Esta solía ser nuestra confiable tienda de pastelería / café / desayuno de la mañana. Sabrosos bollos y bollos de canela. Ahora todo ha aumentado al menos un 50% en tamaño y el azúcar ha superado cualquier sabor. . . no se podía probar la canela en ese momento, ahora plana y cubierta de bollos de azúcar. Visiting the city on holiday and found this little gem of a place! Excellent food an excellent device, the manager really makes the place unique and the service impeccable! Will be returning on my next visit!

El lugar tiene un ambiente rústico con varias ensaladas en exhibición y bien y sus deliciosos productos horneados. Disfrutamos varios de sus platos de huevos y uno de sus deliciosos pasteles. I came here for recommendation. Their cake and bread are delicious, also plenty of breakfast and lunch choices that you can find. i haven't tried daily salads but looks fresh and tasty.

I work nearby and used to come a fair bit, despite the astronomical prices. Unfortunately there isn't much else around. However the service has always been a bit awful, as someone else has mentioned, there is no strategy in place as to whether it is sit-down service, or order at counter. There is no obvious place to queue and I've heard people get quite frustrated before as others have been wrongfully served before them. The staff are incredibly disorganised and a system needs to be put in place.

Not sure if the owners were away but other than one of the staff the rest don’t seem to be too bothered about serving customers. Yawns all round. Sad really as the food is very good and it’s a nice space.

The glasses were dirty, the counter was dirty and the bathrooms were dirty. I would suggest the owner or manager to refurbish the place and have staff to clean properly.

Tengo que decir que no puedo responder por el servicio ofrecido para comer ya que siempre he tenido comida para llevar. El personal siempre ha sido encantador, amable y servicial. ¡Gente encantadora! La comida siempre es excepcional, muy fresca y deliciosa. Encantadoras ensaladas, deliciosas verduras asadas, asado cocinado a la perfección y hermosa carne asada. Sin mencionar los hermosos pasteles y panes que se hacen diariamente en su propia panadería. Desafortunadamente, siempre tengo prisa y no pude tomar fotos que hagan justicia a la comida. Si te gusta la comida deliciosa, debes probar este lugar. Confía en mí, sé que la comida y esto definitivamente se cocina a un alto nivel!

Visited for brunch today and soon noticed the staff had no organisation whatsoever in each part of the shop. Didn’t know whether it was table service or not, we asked and about 5-10 mins later they came over. I’m not one to complain as I’m from the coffee shop/hospitality background but it infuriated me how unorganised such an expensive place was. We sat by the window so others could share the table which they did and were very thankful but they were given our drinks, food and bill as obviously no one had common sense and could see the dishes infront of us. I could see other tables were being given the wrong food and drinks, just over all an absolute disappointment and having to pay £30 for awful service, sickly avocado and uncomfortable surroundings.

Gorgeous fresh pastries and salads and a lovely relaxed atmosphere - you can sit and enjoy your food/drinks leisurely without being rushed out. If it’s nice weather there’s bistro tables outside, perfect for watching the world go by. It’s very expensive, but that’s rather unsurprising given the address.

Baker & Spice has been our familys favorite breeakfast place since we moved into this neighborhood 5years ago. Choice of food is extensive with a focus on healthy, slow food and fresh salads. Service is competetent and location and interior nice. Recommended

I used to love this place until my last visit. I havnt been there for a while and was excited to go back. But the service was horrible, the food was bad, eggs didnt taste good, the salmon of my girlfriend was bad. Wouldnt go back anytime soon

Had lunch here. Expensive but everything is freshly prepared and delicious. Nice wait staff. Communal seating as well as some tables for groups of four or more. Lots of choices.

Venimos a este café semanalmente y a veces un par de veces a la semana para el desayuno. La ubicación es buena, la comida es deliciosa, pero el servicio al cliente está en su mínimo! No hay reconocimiento para clientes habituales ni una sonrisa diminuta en general en la cara del equipo. El equipo de servicio es ofrecer un servicio eficiente, pero un poco demasiado serio y militar! No dan la impresión de que están disfrutando del trabajo y bastante tienen para hacerlo. Por lo tanto, el estado de ánimo en el café no es divertido y bastante pesado! Escribo esto porque está empeorando, con algunas caras nuevas en el equipo de servicio. Hace unos meses, era mejor. La atención de la dirección o de formación deben ayudar.

Food was always better then other Baker & Spices I have been to - less dry. But, customer service was bad. Now it has improved, making this a welcoming place.

I've had good breakfasts here in the past so I was delighted to take my young son here kicking off the start of a weekend Exeat. It was really disappointing. The avocado on toast was really bad. A vast portion (one would have done the two of us) of fridge-chilled slimey cubed avocado in an impossibly acidic lemon dressing and unripe cherry tomatoes. My cappuccino was weak and my son's orange juice was also acidic and obviously not squeezed that morning. The pain au chocolat was ok. We ended up eating very little but paying £30 for the privilege. I won't go back.

Title says most of it. Very cool Chelsea breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. We went here probably 6 of the 10 mornings we were in London. I had the eggs benedict twice...very good and not shy with the hollandaise so if your are weary get it on the side....I didn't though and it was great. Also, the ham and cheese croissant is divine...very decadent. The shrimp and avocado salad is also yummy...we had to go away from the breakfast menu for the pre made lunch items in the case because we arrived late one day...I think you need to be there before 1 or 2 for the full menu. All of the pastry looked awesome and we can attest for the almond croissants. They also have a really tasty looking juice menu but for some reason they didn't have any the days we were there except for your standards, orange, blood orange etc. Can't wait to go back.

He ido varias veces y siempre me han atendido muy bien. Para brunch puedes ir hasta las 2. Es dificil elegir de la carta ya que todo tiene muy buena pinta. Hasta ahora lo mejor los Royal Eggs, muy recomendables. Aunque no puedes comer nada mas hasta la hora de cenar. Llenan muchísimo pero vale la pena! Uno de mis sitios top de Londres.

Ottimo sia per una semplice colazione che per un branch. Uova strapazzata e squisite e anche i piatti pronti sono deliziosi pane e focacce top. Caffè ovviamente modello americano ma anche un dignitoso espresso. Prezzo qualità ottimo

Overall very tasty and fresh food. Service is great and there are a lot of food options. Full breakfast and pastries. Unfortunately have to take off a star as their WiFi doesn’t work well at all and doesn’t even connect in certain parts of the cafe.

När man är i London är det kanske inte New York-känsla man är ute efter. Men Baker & Spice ger mig vibbar från nedre Manhattan - på ett bra sätt! Här finns fantastiska bakverk, gott bröd och fräscha lunchrätter. Brunchmenyn är också bra, de gör grymma omeletter!

Andateci se non vi dà fastidio (almeno durante il fine settimana) sedervi a dei tavoli sporchi e non ancora sparecchiati, tra clienti arrivati con i capelli arruffati in tuta direttamente dal letto ma con addosso gli occhiali da sole. Le brioches sono molto peggiorate e risultano addirittura insapori... Il personale, per essere gentili, è molto svogliato e approssimativo (la cameriera ha deciso che sul mio cappuccino doveva esserci una tonnellata di cacao...). Ah, dimenticavo: sia i dolci, sia i piatti salati sono esposti senza protezione a pochi centimetri dal passaggio dei clienti...

Sábado mediodía, fuimos a comprar algo para comer. Vendedor no podía entender inglés, ni lo entendió, y estaba seco. Hamburguesas con queso era insípida, y de consistencia blanda. Los sobres de limón mascarpone eran, francamente, incomible y no comer - sabor limón artificiales, un queso...

Cet établissement est situé dans un quartier très calme. On peut y prendre un bien agréable petit déjeuner ou brunch ou un déjeuner le midi. Les produits sont d'une fraîcheur remarquable avec des salades savoureuses et originales, ainsi qu' une carte qui donne envie de goûter à tout.

In the front is an amazing take away section but we chose to sit for brunch in the back room. The view was gorgeous and the atmosphere was calm and warm. I had the avocado on toast and my wife had a bacon and cheese omelette. Both were amazing. Pick up a chocolate croissant on the way out, if you're not too full!

I had to do some studying for grad school while visiting my dad in London, and this was a great spot. They had delicious pastries, I took a few home to eat for breakfasts. Espresso and full hot breakfast as well.

Our visit was not welcoming. As we had a small dog with us.We knew that we should sit outside. However the manager refused to serve us outside. He said that it was illegal to get served outside before 8am. It was 7:50. Last time we came to Baker & Spice everything was not like this time. We hope we'll see Baker & Spice with a different and welcoming attitude.

It is a friendly space cafe and bakery. I had a cappuccino with apricot danish pastry. Both of them were good. The environment is very nice to have a relaxing time or to work. The service was good and the prices average.

High quality ingredients, wide range of mouth-watering dishes. The pancakes are out of this world and you will only understand once you have tried them. Scones, Mushroom toast(must have) Avocado Salad (unbelievably delicious) ambiance (family kitchen) and the coffee is very good. You may have to wait for a table and most likely you will have to share one, a good place to meet new people. Lastly, the service is so no-London-like, super friendly staff, it takes one one visit to become a regular. Value for money is very good.

I Live one block away from this establishment which I'll never frequent againI. walked into the place this morning at 11am with my wife, it was empty so we had a choice of tables but none of them were clean. We stood there for a couple of minutes and none of the four staff members seemed particularly interested so we sat ourselves, at a dirty table. We sat there for six or seven minutes, no one came! so we left, watched by staff who seemed pleased we were going. The seating area leading to the kitchen is a health hazard, I wish I could upload a photo of how filthy it is. On occasion i've gone in there to buy scones (to go), the scones are on display with bags and a thongs, if you try to serve yourself watch out, the staff become irate. We endend up going around the corner to the GOODLIFE EATERY on Sloane Avenue, a restaurant half the size of Baker and Spice but with double the staff. Highly recommended.

Meet some family here for Breakfast while visiting London. It was very good! We were able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast. I would definetly recommend this place to others!

Another contributor recently described the Baker & Spice formula as "great pastries, excellent hot drinks and a few simple breakfast/lunch items". That's spot on. I'd add, really nice relaxed atmosphere with good service.We went there for lunchtime coffee after a disastrous brunch experience on the Brompton Road. Despite it being Sunday lunchtime they happily brought us just coffee & cake (delicious chocolate fudge) and made no effort to "move us along" despite proximity to tourist centres.Coffee was hot and tasteful, ditto cake and pastries. There appeared to be a good and interesting range of salads. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Just what was required. One of my companions is a regular and said it was always reliable; I hadn't been for a while, but will definitely return when I'm next in the area.

It never can get wrong with the salad always so fresh and tasty.. And fish so good . Come back 100 more times .

Despite changing its ownership a few years ago, Baker & Spice continues to follow the same formula, great pastries, excellent hot drinks and a few simple breakfast/lunch items.

Out of town guest visiting we after a rigorous 10 Km neighbourhood hike we stopped for a decent latte and excellent selection of pastries; we had earned two each which we cut in half. None of the selections disappointed: the vanilla cream danish is eggy and rich, the almond croissant had a yummy but not overbearing almond paste while the dough was light and flaky, the walnut square had a buttery shortbread base and a chelsea bun which was moist and gooey those if ranked was the least delicious of the four (on must future visits I would try another pastry but not be disappointed to have more of these buns). The cafe au lait was freshly made but despite being the store brand was not particularly superior to other other london quality cafes (the UK has yet to discover varietal distinctions and bespoke roasting which is more common in fine North American artisanal cafes). The staff were friendly but when faced with two hungry men who were seeking a selection did not volunteer suggestions which would have made for an excellent experience.The location is a quiet oasis from the Sloane Sq, King's Road, Brompton tourist zoo.

Croissants that melt in your mouth. A great cup of coffee and eggs on toast - what better way to start the day than with good food and the smell of newly baked bread.

We visited on a Sunday morning at 10 am. The deli and baked goods looked lovely. This may be down to personal preference but the scrambled eggs on toast came with no butter, the french toast said it was served with Bramley apples and sauce, however the apples were not Bramley apples and there was very little sauce which meant the customer having this had to borrow maple syrup from my pancakes. When my pancakes arrived, the maple syrup was served in a large jug, however as soon as it was placed in front of me I was told not very politely that another customer needed it too. If they knew another customer needed it they should've poured it into two jugs. In general the food was okay. But the staff were miserable and did not have basic manners and rarely said thank you. Also, they couldn't be bothered to put the plates in front of you, instead they passed them to you to put on the tables. With some customer service training, friendliness and a few additions to the meals this cafe could be nice.

Wonderful fresh and delicious spread to choose from! The service is also very good. If you can resist all the amazing baked goods, the salads and salmon is amazing. Also in winter, try the soups!

パンも美味しいですが、何といっても具を選べるオムレツが美味しいです。また日本のお総菜の様にガラスケースに並んだ料理を注文することが出来るのですが、これがまた美味しい！特に野菜の料理が多いのでお勧めです。朝早くから開いているのはうれしいのですが、夜は19:00に閉店してしまい、18:30頃にはキッチンが閉まってしまい、オムレツ等は注文出来なくなりますので要注意です。

I visited this cafe with my mother yesterday and was quickly reminded why we had stopped eating here previously. The food is mostly good, though salads are often over-dressed, but re-heating good quality salmon in the microwave is hardly a recipe for it to be at its best (not to mention, I would very happily have eaten it cold as I had expected it to be served). However, the service, even at a slow point in the day, is pretty grim - to call it peremptory is generous. We more or less had to jump on the table to get any attention from any of the several servers, and I saw three fellow customers leave their tables to physically stop a member of staff in order to request something, having been unable to attract attention any other way. On one occasion, when the server could be caught as she whisked by (in a mostly-empty cafe), we asked for some bread to accompany our meal - surely not a difficult request in a bakery - and after some grudging discussion, four of the stalest rolls I have ever encountered were plunked down in a basket. It then took another ten minutes to hail another server (and this is not a large cafe) to ask that some butter be brought to accompany the rolls... Paying took another couple of rounds of arm waving and table dancing, then as we stood to put our coats on, having had immense trouble getting the attention of a single server at any time during our visit, three descended on the table and started reaching around us for the used plates! Had the cafe been horrendously full, I could (almost!) have understood this, but with several vacant tables, and no-one waiting... To say we felt an unwelcome intrusion on the staff's day with our wish to eat lunch would be the least of it. Our error in returning has been corrected, and we will find other options in future.

We ate there for two breakfasts. It wasn't cheap but was well worth it. The food was amazing and the takeaway food looked out of this world!

we were there for lunch and the display is very impressive.plenty of choice, all good quality, but one can only choose 4 types of salad sat outside on a quiet street but many cars parking just beside our table for the take-away service.good quality salad but very expensive

The food and ingredients here are out of this world.. Gets packed quite quickly. Way slow in their service.. Otherwise a warm and cosy place for some good food. Just have some patience!

Coming here for the 10th time, this weekend twice and always a pleasure. Good breakfast options, quality coffees and teas plus very good service. Looking forward to the next visit!

Ok, so I don't usually write reviews but I believe that what happened to my girlfriend and I when we went to Baker and Spice makes the review worthwhile. We arrived at 3pm and first thing we were told was that their system was down and they were only taking cash payments. One of the waitresses directed me to the nearest cash point (10 mins away walking) so while I went there my gf sat down in a table and waited, by the time I got back (3:20pm) and tried to order, they said they were no longer serving brunch since the chef had left (even though the menu clearly says they serve brunch until 4pm) one male waiter was prudent enough and apologised for not letting us know in advance, he then left and I was able to see how when he explained the situation to the manager, she literally just shrugged her shoulders, put on her sweater and went out of the restaurant. We were truly disappointed of the service and I still cannot believe how someone without any sort of tact or even customer service skills be in charge of what appears to be a pretty good place to eat. We ended up going somewhere else, after paying for one juice we had ordered because of course, they were not attentive enough to say it was on the house for the trouble they had caused us (like any other restaurant with decent customer service would have done)

Baker and spice in Chelsea has everything you could want in a cafe and the absolute best atmosphere as well. The coffee is excellent and paired with a home made scone or almond croissant can not be beat. The bakery also makes a variety of crusty delicious breads and the deli sells gorgeous fresh salads. I decided on a cous cous salad filled with fresh fruits. They bill themselves as a brunch spot and serve until 7PM each day. Most food in London is over the top expensive but this place is reasonable and amazing for what you get. I hope to get the chance to go back many times.

Bakes pastries in the kitchen behind the cafe. Excellent coffees and food cooked on site with very friendly staff.

Popular place to have an English breakfast, and they have many house made items to eat in or take away. My favorite thing is to order tea and a scone with jam in the afternoon. It is a wonderful way to get a second wind.

This is a good place for salads takeaway or to have good pastry with a coffee but the service is too poor for lunch and the prices too high.

I head here when I need a hearty, early breakfast, and the food rarely disappoints me. However, I've been reluctant to recommend it because, as other reviewers have indicated, the service has been inconsistent, ranging from pleasant on a good day to caustic when it's bad. On three consecutive recent visits, I found the staff upbeat, solicitous and accomodating. I hope this trend continues.

Went to Baker and Spice for lunch. Having worked around the corner for 3 years, I've eaten here many times. The service is usually poor, but it's great salad and perfect takeaway. Today, we arrived and spent 5 minutes attempting to communicate our order to someone who clearly couldn't understand English. After what seemed like a clear order we both ducked into the loos. No loo roll in either the men's or the women's. Not to mention the state of the toilets! When I suggested to the staff that they sort it out. I was dismissed. I then repeated my request for loo roll to another staff member and they disappeared for several minutes. Irritated, I asked about the state of our order, at this point ready to leave. Turns out they got the order wrong and were unapologetic. So we got our things and walked out. Unimpressed, annoyed and still needing to pee!

Ambiance de "brunch cafe" très sympathique et cosy,sans prétention,avec un très beau choix de salades diverses,très bonne salade de poulpe aussi,poulet,roastbeef etc.plus les classiques du brunch( viennoiseries,omelettes etc).Nous avons apprecié la diversité de l'offre,idéale pour qui ne veut pas forcément faire un repas traditionnel-par exemple nous y sommes allés à 11 h du matin,avant de prendre notre avion et avons apprecié de pouvoir mélanger aisement salé et sucré en plusieurs plats...

Baker and Spice has been around for a while now in London. This is probably their best location.Breakfast and bakery are top class for London standards. Try the Pink Muesli. Also good for salads and veggie dishes.Staff are usually friendly but tend to get overworked at times.

This place is up and down..sometimes you love it and other times its just a little bit pretencious. The salads and foods are very good but expect to pay a high price. Bread selection is fantastic and cakes are awesome. However what this place lacks is reasonable prices and a local feel... I am within walking distance of this place and it just feels like walking into a coorporate franchise where you are seen as just another customer.

Four of sat down for a snack lunch which turned out to be anything but simple. Service was slow even though they weren't very busy. We ordered four "croque monsieurs" only to be told a while later that there were none left. So we ordered four sandwiches. Once again we waited to find out that there was no more roast beef (curiously ham was OK but they couldn't manage to put together a croque monsieur). The bread was awful - surprising as the place is called "Baker and Spice". We were not even asked if we wanted white or brown bread. The filling was measly. The bill for four sandwiches, four drinks, a salad, a coffee and a cake was close to £50 and I felt like I had eaten practically nothing! Shame it looked like a nice place and maybe others have had better experiences. I won't risk it again.

This is a relatively small place that devotes most of its space to take-away. There are about 4 large tables, plus counters along the windows where people can also eat.The food that was displayed looked quite good and I was looking forward to having a good breakfast. I ordered the eggs benedict, and my friends had either scrambled eggs or muesli. We also made sure to ask for eggs that weren’t runny, and for the toast to come at the same time as the eggs and not before so that they wouldn’t get cold. We also asked for some tap water to go along with the coffees.The coffees were good. The tap water finally came after we asked for it four times. The toast showed up first about 10 minutes before the rest of the orders came. The eggs were runny. My eggs benedict had barely any hollandaise sauce on top; the sauce was stone cold, the egg was cold, and the bread underneath it was so hard that I could not cut it with a knife. But at least they didn't screw up the muesli. I can appreciate that if a place is busy that service would be slow. But with 4 tables plus side counters and what looked like 3 servers its hard to imagine what is going on.

Amazing breakfast. The cappuccino is huge! If you run into this place (and you have enough money) stop and enjoy.

London has many nice places offering a rest but Baker & spice makes it a little a bit more classy.The food is fresh, the variety is temting, the goodness of the healthy materials selected leave you confused and not knowing what to select.Excellent service and matching experience.Highly recommended.

Friendly service. Visited with friend and we enjoyed tea & toast over several hours. The apricot jam was excellent! Lovely place to enjoy a chat with a friend. The baked goods look very very tempting - will have to try them on the next visit.My friend is a 'regular' and knew to reserve a table - even at 9:30 am on a weekday morning.

The restaurant is located in a very nice area of London and the tables outside are ideal for enjoying a sunny Sunday morning. The food is good quality and the price is adequate. I particularly recommend sweet treats, like the pancakes, but salads as well are excellent and you can choose between a wide variety. The staff is professional.

Great for breakfast! Selection of breads and the juice is great. Full English is nice and the omelette is superb!Not the cheapest place to dine but I would say worth it occasionally.

This little location in the heart of SW3 serves an amazing array of fabulous fresh pastries as authentic as you'll find in Paris daily for breakfast with the papers and free wifi. It's not cheap but quality is always worth paying for.Breads, jams, fruits and a wonderful selection of dishes for lunch - vegetables, rice, cous cous, fish, various meats - any of which you can have there or take away. Catering for small groups couldn't be easier. After ten years of regular visits the standard is a constant. Charming.

Well worth the expense, breakfast here is very good. Relaxed, good service, first rate patisserie and all the extras.

The worst service ever. I was told to move seats four times in less than an hour. When I complained, the rude and very aggressive manager said the cafe wasn't for people to study (I was reading something) and argued with me for 10 minutes until I left. I have several friends in the neighbourhood who can't stand the place but I still went, only to learn a lesson myself.In short, the place is too expensive and the service is appalling!

Quando sono a Londra vado spessissimo a fare colazione in questo ristorante caffe. Il posto è molto ben frequentato e carino. La colazione a mio parere a molto buona, offre un po' di tutto e i prezzi sono in linea con i posti simili nel quartiere.
