Long wait for a child's sized portion.salad was one leaf 1/2 slice of cucumber and two small slices of tomato. Approx seven chips and pink blob on plate is hunters chicken. When one of us complained, we were told what do you expect if you order of the lunchtime menu. Voting with our feet and not returning.

Recently visited Baileys with a couple of friends and had a great time, all of the servers were very welcoming and open to having a chat while also being highly attentive to their work. As I don’t attend pubs too often, I really appreciated a member of the bar staff (Tas) helping me to select a drink, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was also served by Brandon, who got my food to me very efficiently. The portion sizes were good while still being affordable. Generally a great experience, I’m sure I’ll be returning soon!

Visited the pub on Friday afternoon, ordered a burger and fries. Was very satisfied with the size of the portion of food, very filling and great taste. And a special mention to Kass who always without a doubt provides good service, is very friendly and lovely.

Visted the pub on Saturday, was served by Kass, who is always lovely and very helpful. Good level of noise in the pub, music not too loud so you can talk but still able to hear the music and listen along. Overall very good experience, will be returning.

I recently visited the Baileys Court Inn and had a wonderful experience. My friends and I originally only went for food but ended up staying the whole night due to the amazing atmosphere. The food was delicious, very well priced and portion sizes were just right. The Chef was excellent. We visited on a Saturday night, where the pub had live entertainment. This really made the night. They had great deals on bottle drinks and shots. They even do 2 moretti for £7 on a Friday!! I’ll definitely be coming back for that. The staff was so welcoming and lovely. Though they were very busy the speed of service and quality was still excellent The establishment overall provided such a lovely experience for my friends and I and I am looking forward to returning.

Every team member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and catered to all our needs with a smile. Special thanks go to Phoebe, who was fantastic throughout the evening. She was attentive, served our food promptly, and consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied. Kassia, Becky, Ruby, and Holly also deserve recognition for their friendly demeanor and efforts to make us feel at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed. From the moment we walked in, they made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. One of the highlights of the evening was the special offer of two Moretti beers for just £7, which was a delightful surprise and added to the enjoyment of our visit. Came for drinks last night and was so much fun with the live music every Saturday night. They have such a good range off non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Also the staff give such a warm welcome to make sure that I had a great experience so would definitely recommend and definitely coming back

Went to watch euros. Great atmosphere. Loads of staff behind the bar who were all really friendly. Order to table service both inside and out. Plenty on TVs inside and also 2 outside. Great night!

Been here now for 2 England matches. Staff have been amazing. They've been wonderful! Excellent atmosphere, excellent service. The chips were fantastic (not something I normally comment on but those well fried French fries were worth comment). The web ordering meant that even with the place packed for the football, that I didn't have to stand at the bar and didn't wait too long for drinks nor food. Staff were also lovely. They have been every time I've visited to be honest.

We moved into the area last September. We always thought another pub would be our local, but the Bailey’s is great and has taken the top spot! Nice outdoor seating, lots of space inside, good food, great atmosphere and brilliant bar staff. We love it there.

I had a mixed grill and my boyfriend had beef roast dinner. The mixed grill was meant to have Cumberland Sausages but ended up with cheap pork Sausages, the chicken was really dry, the steak was under cooked to what I asked for, the chips had all black bits over them where they had been cooked in old oil. This is not a big deal but I asked for no egg, yet came with an egg on it. Just a good job I wasnt allergic to egg. The roast wasn't much better. The mash potato was tasteless and had a horrible after taste, the stuffing was rock solid, not even the steak knife could get into it, the veg wasn't great either. The beef and broccoli was actually OK, so on the whole not a great meal to be honest. Also the time the food took to come out was about 30 mins and there was only 2 eating food. Us and 1 other, hate to think what it would be like if it was busy.

When I saw a singer, the general service was good, but I didn't eat there

Great pub especially for the football. They have just had new TVs installed which has every angle covered. Only had a few beers so can't comment on the food, apart from it looked really good when going past me. The staff are friendly. Would recommend for sure.

I recently visited the Baileys Court Pub again and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the fantastic staff. Kassia, yet again was incredibly professional and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness really stood out. She even showed us the special dog menu, which was a delightful touch for our furry friend! A few sausages later...........! Additionally, a special mention goes to Evie, who brought us our food. She was prompt, courteous, and ensured we had everything we needed, even bringing extra gravy for my fries. Overall, the service at Baileys Court Pub was top-notch, making our visit truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning soon!

The food was good - typical chain pub fare - not many vegetables on offer if you don't want peas! There was a good selection of beers on tap including neck oil. When we went it was very empty. There are a few TVs for the sports. High chairs are available. The only real negative point was the toilet facilities - the first one I tried didn't have a lock and the second had dirty walls.

Food was ok for the price but the service last night was very slow. Feel really sorry for the staff as there's not enough of them serving or in the kitchen.

The horrible experience was down to one man (in a group on a table near us) being overly loud and constantly using offensive language for everyone in that section (and probably the bar area) to hear. We strongly feel staff should have asked him to quieten things down for the sake of others trying to enjoy a meal out. A few years ago that's what would have happened. The food was very good ... much improved on past experiences.

Absolutely terrible ordered food at 18-40 food arrived between 20-10 and 20-25 we didn’t get food altogether and toilets disgusting.

Ordered soups but had to wait long time for it. When it arrived the bread was sticky and raw inside. Waiter offered slices and shows up when all of us have already finished soups. I asked for refund and they bring me white paper to sign!!!! Terrible service. And toilets are even more disgusting.

All the staff was very friendly, food was spectacular and very quick to come. Bar service was also amazing because I got served very quick. There is one kid Isaiah who was very friendly and always made sure that he got our orders correct so big ups to him.

I came in last night with my family for a meal. I was served at the bar by Kassia, she was reslly friendly and helped us picking drinks and offering us premium spirits. She then brang us our food and she was lovely and provided us with all the sauces and cutlery we required.

Went for lunch at baileys court. Food was deliciously. Had a cheese burger with extra cheese and nacho cheese sauce, as I like my burgers very cheesy. Food came out piping hot, and the best burger I've eaten. Shout out to the chefs Chris and Ben. I will definitely order the cheese burger again.

Came here last week with my fiancé, we were visiting from Wales and were looking for somewhere close to have food and a few drinks. The staff were lovely but a young girl called Ruby made our night! She couldn't do enough for us and was so polite and chatty! She gave us a few recommendations and they were delicious! Thank you so much Ruby! We'll be sure to visit again when we come to Bristol soon!

Came to the baileys today as a rugby get together and Evie was our server for food and drinks and did a excellent job, made sure everything was perfect with food and made sure that we had the correct condiments with our meals, very polite young lady will defiantly visit again, look forward to my next visit !!!

Have been coming here for ages with my family, now come with friends and come in the week and weekends. Staff are amazing and very friendly, food has improved recently and the new menu is amazing!! Great time on weekends with the band or karaoke!!! Can’t wait for summer in the beer garden!

I went to the Bailey’s for another out with friends and was welcomed to a lovely kind welcoming environment. All the staff were so lovely and service was impeccable. The food was amazing as it always is. Would definitely recommended whether you go for food or drinks, the Bailey’s is always the best place to go

Amazing local pub, very friendly staff, great variety of drinks and food! Always a great atmosphere whether you’re in for sports with all of their tvs, or a weekend with great music or band!! All of the pubs in the area offer the same however here you get more of a feeling they care.

Come for a quiet drink and sat at a table which was empty, no reserved signs to be seen. Hadn’t even had a sip of my drink and staff are stood telling me and my partner to “leave the table and sit somewhere else as it’s reserved?” Again no sign anywhere to state this and no apology given for this. As we try to find another table to sit at, there is a gentleman sat at the table (in the seat I was sat in) holding a white reserved sign in his hands. It is clear he asked staff for a table near the TVs with sound on and asked staff to give him a reserved sign to make it look like the table was actually reserved. This is ridiculous as there were other tables nearby that this man could have sat on and yet we were made to move.

The staff here are outstanding and a pleasure to talk to always welcoming and the food is amazing definitely eating here more

Turned up having booked a table. Guy seemed put out, when I said this... Went to order a drink - out of stock. So went with 2nd choice Went to order food - mixed grill - out of stock So went with 2nd choice. Food arrived and portion size was alot smaller than expected. Went away feeling a tad hungry. Overall experience was "adequate" Would I recommend or go again 🤷‍♂️

Just adequate, wouldn’t rush back, items out of stock on the menu, some beers unavailable & small portions. The three of us agreed meagre portions of chips ( more like a child’s Dinner!)

Staff were very friendly, checked we were enjoying food. Quick, good food, hot meals, big full plates. Pub clean, nice atmosphere, will return.

Girl at ordering point didn't seem to know what she was doing and to make it worse she said she forgot her glasses! didn't put one main meal though properly so only my meal came out the kitchen and not my wifes. In the end had to speak to a staff member so the other meal came out 20 minutes later then mine. Overall not a great experience on valentine's day.

We have used Bailey's court for years. The food was always reasonable. But the last few years we have had some terrible meals. We gave up about a year ago. We thought we would give them another chance on Wednesday. We ordered a curry and I must admit it was good. Harvey who served us was very pleasant . The one downer is the continual foul language by a few customers. They must put people off. You are now the only pub in the area that is not dog friendly. That's why us and our friends tend to use other pubs. Especially in the winter and autumn months.

Booked a table for 11 on Saturday afternoon all set up ready however was very busy with rugby on so struggled to get orders in without a wait ,we all ordered at roughly the same time but the food came out in dribs and drabs and we were all eating at separate intervals ,bit disappointing tbh

A nice pub to grab a couple of drinks and the ginger bar maid who served me was very helpful when I asked her a query on one of the drinks. Would recommend and is local so I shall come back again soon!

I booked a table for 11 people for a family gathering, we all ate off the festive menu which was very nice, everyone enjoyed it, the table was beautifully decorated by the staff, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, would highly recommend it, special thanks to Holly, Kayleigh, Abbie and our server who were all amazing. I was wanting to order food and a couple of bottles of wine for the party I was with , I was completely ignored by a female bar staff who walk past me to talk to her friends who didn't buy any drinks. I waited 5 minutes but she still ignored me. So my friends and I went next door to tesco and bought 3 bottles of wine then went to the Chinese takeaway and ordered a large amount of lovely food and sat in your pub garden as it was a nice evening. The service in tesco and the takeaway i would give 10 out of 10 the service in this pub i would give it a 1 out of 10 as we used our glasses from earlier drinks to use to drink our wine from tesco.

Went to this pub for lunch today. I wanted the mixed grill but they had run out! I had the 8oz Sirloin instead and my wife had the 8oz rump. Asked for medium rare. Unfortunately, mine was medium. We cut the steaks in half to share. Because the sirloin was medium the taste was ok but the rump, omg tasted so good! Chips, etc all good. Hot chocolate fudge cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Very nice! I'd reserved a table the night before on line, shame there was no provision to preorder. You can order from your table with the app and a QR code on the table which I thought was good. Our table was at the front of the pub in the window. Unfortunately, across in another section they had football on the TV, which was fine apart from a group of about 8 lads that were cheering and making so much noise, (obviously enjoying the game), that it was off putting and I wouldn't have enjoyed my meal. I asked if there were any free tables at the other end. All reserved! We decided to eat outside, which was great. Over all great visit. Almost a five star

Asked for medium rare steak but it was very well done and very little sauce on the hunters chicken

My daughter and I had macaroni cheese with a BBQ sauce and it was disgusting you couldn’t taste the cheese, I do not recommend 🤮
