Recently opened in the popular Wapping Wharf development, this one stands slightly off on it’s own being on a converted van of some sort rather than a shipping container, and, as it’s name suggests, the menu options are limited to bagels. I’d passed by previously and thought that both the “Brunch” (cheesy egg, streaky bacon, sausage patty, spring onion and chives) as well as the “Caprese (Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pesto and mixed leaf) sounded very good, so I was a little disappointed on going back to find that these had been taken off and replaced with what sounded, to me at least, a little less appealing. I opted for the ham, egg & chips with mustard mayo, gherkins and chives. This was a decent sized portion but it wasn’t as tasty as I had hoped and the chips seemed an odd thing to combine with a bagel. It was also quite difficult to eat, with the bagels continually sliding off the filling. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with this, although perhaps some of that is just my preference as to the options available that day. The price point of £8.50 also seemed very expensive. On the plus side, the service was pleasant and friendly.

Vino aquí el domingo por la noche con la señora. Haciendo un pequeño rastreo de pub en Bristol .. Entramos... fuimos al bar... y volvimos a salir. El personal era grosero miserable y terrible. . Peor personal he visto en las muchas cucharas que hemos visitado... Terrible. . . . 👎

The food is a lot better than it used to be, service (when not using the app) is poor takes ages to get a pint, atmosphere is pretty good, always busy although sometimes can't get a table, jovial & never any trouble. Tables Outside, so nice in summer ☀️
