The staff attitude is awful. Bagel is ok for a grab to go lunch although it tastes not fresh. I will never go there or order online again. Avoid.

Second time here, gave them the benefit of the doubt from last bad visit. But this will be my last. Mass produced rubbish. If you want a doughy, flavourless bagel this is the place to be. I honestly don’t understand how I can be that bad, it almost feels intentional. It’s a bagel for gods sake, it should do most of the work for you.

Came for lunch with my friend. We loved the chicken club which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressiveI was really excited about visiting Beagle factory and the mains were just fantastic especially the guy named Pratamesh and Vishnu they were really nice and helpful to get the best food.

Best bagels! Definitely a bit expensive for a bagel but they are so nice!!! I have got the halloumi ones quite a few times now and the bagels are lovely

When I went they lots of people were discriminating and I got kicked out and i didn’t understand so I refused to leave. They followed me with a broom and said never come back to the store again absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place.

I made an order for delivery, unfortunately it took more than 1 hour to arrive at my house. And when it arrived, when I opened the snack, it didn't come right. I had asked for pork, when I opened it and smelled it was Tuna. I'm glad I could smell the fish before I put it in my mouth, because I'm allergic. The staff are not too fast or bright, but the bagle is very good. Hot and tasty. My not so traditional New York bagel is something I will go back for.

First time visit and last time. Just a poor experience, the Christmas bagel served looked nothing like the picture at the kiosk. The picture looked fresh and inviting. I've been tempted so many times walking past Bagel Factory and I finally gave in this morning. I went for the big breakfast bagel and I was disappointed with the egg (plasticy) and bacon (some pieces fat only), the sausage was ok. The bagel itself was great though so that's brought my rating up to average. Service was good and the bagel cost £3.99. Perhaps the bagels with other ingredients are better, I just wasn't impressed with the quality and won't return.

Bagels are really good for breakfast on the go. Had my bagel at the Waterloo Station; staff are great and bagels tasted ok.
