Bade Turkish Restaurant in Richmond upon Thames

Great family run restaurant. The staff are always friendly, the food is fresh and tasty and a nice selection of wine. Great to pop in for a reasonably priced lunch, which isn’t easy to find in Teddington. And a great selection on the a la carte menu if you want more than a quick lunch !

Friendly service, great selection of wine, try the Lamb Chops and cannot go wrong with the bubble bread. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a great meal with attentive, welcoming service throughout. I would recommend Bade highly -- the lamb shish was freshly grilled and the best quality meat and the moussaka was absolutely fantastic. Many thanks to Bade -- highly recommended.

I have had such great service here and took some friends today for Sunday lunch. Horribly disappointed- the usual lovely lady manager was replaced by a man who felt it appropriate to shout instructions across the restaurant to the one team member on the floor, who in turn looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. Same man started clearing our table bur was distracted and didn't return. No offer of desserts or coffee either.

I love Turkish food and having walked in without a reservation, they found us a table and we enjoyed great service and really delicious food.

My wife booked a nights stay in a hotel nearby for my birthday so we decided to venture out and stumbled across this (amazing) Turkish restaurant. We visited as us 2 and our 4 month old baby so we had a pushchair and from the very start, the staff were SO accommodating from showing us the tables they had on offer and asking if this was enough room for us to dine and put our baby. We then proceeded to order the food and the waitresses (did not get their names) was so polite, friendly and made our experience amazing. Each staff member made us feel valued, welcomed and every so often would glance over to our baby to say she is still sleeping or she is okay please enjoy your meal. My wife last minute asked if they could bring a small cake out for me with a candle which they kindly cooperated too and it was a very special touch to a lovely evening. The food is also a huge 10/10 with every dish we had being to die for! Would 100% recommend!!!

The lunchtime menu offer is our favourite with my children. The good is plentiful, fresh and very tasty. The owners serve you themselves and they are very polite and friendly, always eager to please their customers, they make us feel very welcome and that’s why we keep returning. Ah and our beloved dog is welcome in the restaurant too!

Excellent value for money set lunch that allows a choice of one, two or three courses. A la carte offers vegetarian, pescatarian and carnivore options. The service is so fabulous and genuine in the desire to please, that we felt we were in someone's home. Please try!

Bade has now taken over as Teddington’s best restaurant. Although not particularly new, the restaurant has that feel of a new business where everyone is falling over backwards to try hard and create a great dining experience. Nothing is too much trouble. The decor is crisp as well as being artistically stunning, with an amazing display of flowers adorning the ceiling. The cuisine is Turkish and the owners are a beautiful Turkish family - Mum, who is charisma on legs; Dad, a retired doctor; and elegant daughter who by day studies at the London School of Fashion and at night takes control of the waitressing. The chef came from Turkey specially to be part of this ambitious project and is worth his weight in gold. The food was reasonable priced (especially in such an upmarket facility) and was delicious. We started with a Meze selection, and whilst my family had huge kebabs, I had Lamb Casserole with Mashed Potato. It was a beautiful evening, within the budgets of most people, delicious and exotic food, and a fabulous dining atmosphere. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We went for the first time at bade without great expectation, it turn out to be an amazing experiences, the food was incredible and the family owner extremely friendly , I highly recommended.!!!

We absolutely loved this new restaurant in Teddington, visiting as a group of friends on Friday night. The food was excellent - we had octopus and prawns, followed by mixed shish. The portions were very generous and the shish in particular was lovely and moist....

Love this place! We have eaten at the restaurant and had takeaway too. The food is delicious - we had wonderful starters followed by the chicken shash and lamb stew. Delightful service. It is my go-to place to eat in Teddington. Highly recommend.
