Excellent service as usuall 100% recommended

2nd time ordering from here, and we'll continue to do so. It's always been perfectly hot despite the distance to deliver to. Cooked to perfection 👌 It's a little pricey, but it's all about the quality and work that goes into these burgers. Keep up the good work!

Wow! Had a couple of Burgers, Fries and Onion Rings and I can honestly say, it was really good, fries seasoned perfectly , onion rings just right .Excellent quality and a really good price. Now our favourite burger place in Hinckley.

Wings were not very nice at all very overcooked and dry. The burger was nice but my bun was burnt on the bottom which was a bit disappointing

Come across this absolute amazing place by accident today 31st may burger was the best I have ever had and I've eaten my fair share of them the nawty fries were banging next time we go will be for them and a 3 hour drive from where we live and it will be well worth it ..great service price and staff are fun friendly

30mins+ wait at Ashby tonight. Burger was ok but you shouldn’t take orders if that’s your wait time or at least make It clear.

Long wait for a mediocre burger. Was unseasoned and tasteless. Chips overcooked. Very long wait for food.

OMG these really are Bad Boys, if you like burgers try these, if your coming of M69 onto the A5 heading for Nuneaton, look out for this burger bar, 🍔. Its on the right hand side, about the 3rd island along there is enterprise rental a car wash that's the place. Service is good, the staff were good and efficient, well cooked food, If I'm honest probably a bit expensive but once you sink your teeth into the burger, the price didn't matter too much. If you're hungry and coming of the M69 give it a try, I'll use them again for sure

Dudes a nob. To clarify I had this 'bad boy' burger van honking me when there is nowhere to go on the turn in. Really put me off to the extent I didn't have a bad boy burger and left. 1 star for atmosphere as it's a burger van at a car wash. 1 star for service as I was being honked in the turn in which had a queue of traffic in front of me. No star for food as I used the forecourt to turn around (like rod stewart) and left and cannot review it as such.

We had Bad Boys Burgers come to serve lunch at our employee work event for circa 100 people and it was great! Amazing food with incredible feedback from everyone, great service! Efficient, super helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Always have good food here. Patties are handmade and fresh. Lots of thought and effort has gone into the menu. Definitely worth trying but make sure you have napkins.

the best food i have ever tasted, honestly no words could describe how good it tastes. food is made quickly, however the delivery service is the only thing i would moan about as it took forever to get to our house last time. nonetheless we always go and collect it now, and would go back a thousand times

New to the area and thought I’d treat myself and my partner to a burger on my birthday, this place came highly recommended. Took an hour and a half to get here, and arrived cold. We live 4 minutes drive away. Although the food was tasty once reheated, we really weren’t impressed with the delivery time and cold food.

There are no words to describe how good the food is. It is incredible 10/10. The best burger I have ever had and the naughty fries are to die for. If you are even contemplating if this is the the place to spend your hard earned cash on some food......don't. You will not be sorry. Excellent food guys

Worst customer service going. Appalling attitude towards an order that had taken more than 3 hours to not even start! Then couldn't take responsibility for messing up. Won't be using them again.

Best burgers in Nuneaton/Hinckley area!

Been here a few times and the food is absolutely amazing and I’ve recommended it to friends. However, ordered through Uber Eats tonight and one of the burgers came back wrong, gave them a ring to ask if another one can be arranged and we got the phone hung up on us. Rang back and there was no answer so we called back on another phone, the person at the other end was very rude and said that there was no ticket changes as Uber Eats doesn’t do this, however our other food that had changes had them made and were correct! This is the first time this has happened to us, the other guys there are absolutely amazing! Very disappointed with the customer service as my family love the food!

Easily the best burger in Hinckley by a long way now, all the food we had was incredible. Shame they don't have somewhere that is easier to get to on foot but it's more than worth the drive.

Absolutely delicious, we ordered one of the el loco caliente dogs (a beef sausage with chilli, jalapeños, their in house slaw and cheese in a brioche bun) and one of their cheesy pleasure burgers (two smashed patties, classic American cheese, gherkins and a great homemade burger sauce also in brioche bun). Both were really tasty, honestly was blown away by the hot dog, easily the best I've ever eaten. Will definitely be going here again!

ordered last week through just eat/ubereats. Burger was fantastic!!! Really enjoyed it. Fries were to salty but I'm just not a fan of salt. Waited an hour but was well worth the wait.

2nd order in a row that is over 40 minutes past the delivery slot given on Uber. Order was placed 90 mins ago. Food has always been great, service and delivery is just awful * delivery time on Uber states 20-40 mins… order placed just before 6pm and arrived at 7:45pm. 1st part of my review food still hadn’t arrived. I’d waited 90mins before ringing for an update… Whilst I appreciate it’s a busy time, I think managing people’s expectations is only fair. If it said on Uber 60-90mins, I probably wouldn’t have ordered. With my last experience I gave the benefit of the doubt this time… sadly if you are ordering when hungry, expect a long wait. Like I say, food has always been great

Seen the burger van loads of times as I was traveling to and from work. And last night managed to visit there on a day off. First off the guys are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming. Yes we did arrive while they was cleaning up as It was a little before closing time But they were more than happy to serve us. Everything was made fresh so yes... For a burger van that is what we love to see. As I was going to become a regular I just had to start from the top of the menu with the cheesy pleasure. And had a side of naughty fries. Both of which was mind blowingly amazing! 🤯 Exactly what I was expecting 😁 which is why I was so eager about this particular bad boys burger van. 😘👌 The misses had a bloo-moo! Minus the mustard due to allergies. And she completely loved every bit of it. And the only place we now know that does the chunky chips properly 😉 Even the burger boxes are designed to perfection that make it easy for transporting and even fold out as a octagonal plate. Yes these burgers are designed to be messy but every bit of it very tasty! And is actually making me dribble now 🤤 So if you are still reading this I can't believe you got this far. Get yourself down there now. 🤘😎
