Best Burger in town, always outstanding quality

I’ve been a customer of BB since they was in the old wicks car park. This was probably the only time I’ve been left disappointed if I’m honest. Fries were of poor quality and were cold. I’m guessing they are from bookers looking at them? Burger wasn’t the best. Too crispy on the smash even for a smash burger . Bacon wasn’t edible. I’ll more than likely give it another go as it’s not the quality I’ve come to expect and generally always received.

I've ordered a lot from this burger place. Everytime they have been fantastic. Tonight I ordered again since October 2024. And I was very disappointed, the food turned up luke warm and the naughty fries were severely undercooked. The chips were crunchy and cold. I've always ordered here for the quality, I'm happy to pay more for good quality food. But paying £8 for crunchy cold chips is not what I expected. I doubt I'm in a rush to trust them any time soon to order again. And on top of that it's now costing me 55p more to order delivery with them. Shocking.

ordered blue moo burger with naughty fries tonight m, after using them a lot in 2024 cause they were amazing, this time I'm so dissapointed. the food was rushed and the chips turned up severely undercooked and crunchy. this food is not cheap, you are paying for the quality here. which I am absolutely up for. but tonight the quality lacked so much. I'm resistant to order again

Delicious burgers. Fresh smashed beef and pulled pork, bacon in a soft bun covered with cheese, lettuce, tomato and jalapeno for only £9.50. Very nice service. 3 burgers and a hotdog 🌭 prepared in a few minutes. Plus for great takeaway packaging! Great! We will definitely come back to you.

Best place for burgers and loaded fries!

The burger meat is good but can we have a no cheese option and regular bun option? I think you guys have gone to great lengths to provide multiple options you forgot the simple burger that a burger fan wants. Which is not Burger King and not McDonald’s. Both of whom you beat on price vs quality. Simplify your menu guys…….. either limit it or make it easier to “build your own burger”

Really big servings and gorgeous as always. Credit to the delivery driver who was out in the awful weather. He even brought me a cat too. :) 10/10 as always.

Bad Boys were fantastic when they started and we've used many times. However, this time it wasn't a great experience. Every item was stone cold and for a near £40 order I can't justify it anymore for the risk of a bad experience like this. Shame.

These are great quality and decent size burgers. You can also choose the way how you like your fries - thick chips, slim fries or sweet potatoes fries. We order regularly and we are never disappointed. They are also quite fast and deliver the food on time if not earlier. Highly recommended 👌

Best burger I've ever had! The quality of the food and even the packaging is second to non. The sweet potato fries are crispy and thick, fluffy in the middle. So glad I went here, now my guaranteed food place when I'm back down this way. Really polite staff as well *****

After a hiccup last time, Bad Boy Burgers is back to normal. Burger was gorgeous as were the fries and onion rings. Thanks very much for lovely food on a busy Friday night. 10/10 Recommended.

Received an American Dream burger, rather than Cheesy Pleasure Burger. Sadly, the BBQ sauce and pulled pork does not agree with me. The majority of fries were undercooked. The Onion rings were really nice. This is an anomaly for Bad Boy Burgers.

Food was cold, changed delivery time twice, it said that it had been delivered yet it hadn't! Not the first time this has happened, will not order from them again... wasted £26!!! Even though we gave details of our address, they had to call to find us because they don't read delivery instructions!!!!

The food is great, but it has arrived very late both times I've ordered from here... I tried to call the restaurant twice to check it was still coming (because it was 10 mins to closing time and wasnt yet out for delivery) but there was no answer.

Placed our order at 7:20. Didn’t arrive until 10pm. Very disappointed in the wait time. Tried to contact the restaurant multiple times but they didn’t answer the phone. I understand that Friday nights are busy but a wait that long is ridiculous.

What is the point in ordering on just eat and be given a time slot for them to not even start cooking your order until your arrive?

2nd time ordering from here, and we'll continue to do so. It's always been perfectly hot despite the distance to deliver to. Cooked to perfection 👌 It's a little pricey, but it's all about the quality and work that goes into these burgers. Keep up the good work!

Food was amazing just fancied trying something new , I would definitely come again , food was bit pricy for what it was , but for the smell and taste overall couldn’t complain would recommend

Easily the best burgers in Hinckley, you can tell the staff care about what they do and they go the extra mile for the customer - once when hash browns were off the menu due to their frier being changed so I left them a comment about it; when the order turned up they'd thrown some in for free and let me know they'd be back on next week haha. it's stuff like that, and the quality, that makes them my go-to when I fancy a proper burger 👌

Wow! Had a couple of Burgers, Fries and Onion Rings and I can honestly say, it was really good, fries seasoned perfectly , onion rings just right .Excellent quality and a really good price. Now our favourite burger place in Hinckley.

normally food is divine frome here but this time I ordered different and went with hot dog and onion rings, there was far too much salt on my meal I couldn't really taste anything else

Only 10mins late, however, the quality of the food was unbelievable so with it been late didn't matter.

I placed my order at 6:25pm and it was delivered at 6:34pm! This was a Saturday night during the England game where you’d expect takeaways to be rushed off their feet but the delivery time was outstanding. Absolutely sensational food - can honestly say it was incredible and probably the best burger I think I’ve ever had! 👏🏻

Come across this absolute amazing place by accident today 31st may burger was the best I have ever had and I've eaten my fair share of them the nawty fries were banging next time we go will be for them and a 3 hour drive from where we live and it will be well worth it ..great service price and staff are fun friendly

30mins+ wait at Ashby tonight. Burger was ok but you shouldn’t take orders if that’s your wait time or at least make It clear.

so so good, my only disappointment is I didn't order more food! you can tell an actual person made the burger and the chicken wings were excellent. definitely going to order from here again and will be telling others to do the same.

OMG these really are Bad Boys, if you like burgers try these, if your coming of M69 onto the A5 heading for Nuneaton, look out for this burger bar, 🍔. Its on the right hand side, about the 3rd island along there is enterprise rental a car wash that's the place. Service is good, the staff were good and efficient, well cooked food, If I'm honest probably a bit expensive but once you sink your teeth into the burger, the price didn't matter too much. If you're hungry and coming of the M69 give it a try, I'll use them again for sure

Dudes a nob. To clarify I had this 'bad boy' burger van honking me when there is nowhere to go on the turn in. Really put me off to the extent I didn't have a bad boy burger and left. 1 star for atmosphere as it's a burger van at a car wash. 1 star for service as I was being honked in the turn in which had a queue of traffic in front of me. No star for food as I used the forecourt to turn around (like rod stewart) and left and cannot review it as such.

Always consistent in the quality of the product. Good burger and decent chips. Only question from me is introducing a good chicken burger I would think . Been going since the times at Bedworth market and hasn’t changed in quality .

Gorgeous as usual. Big bag of lovely fries and, fantastic cheese burger. Glad Bad Boy are back on here and, making such superb food. I recommend them to everyone.

Always have good food here. Patties are handmade and fresh. Lots of thought and effort has gone into the menu. Definitely worth trying but make sure you have napkins.

the best food i have ever tasted, honestly no words could describe how good it tastes. food is made quickly, however the delivery service is the only thing i would moan about as it took forever to get to our house last time. nonetheless we always go and collect it now, and would go back a thousand times

New to the area and thought I’d treat myself and my partner to a burger on my birthday, this place came highly recommended. Took an hour and a half to get here, and arrived cold. We live 4 minutes drive away. Although the food was tasty once reheated, we really weren’t impressed with the delivery time and cold food.

There are no words to describe how good the food is. It is incredible 10/10. The best burger I have ever had and the naughty fries are to die for. If you are even contemplating if this is the the place to spend your hard earned cash on some food......don't. You will not be sorry. Excellent food guys

Best burgers in Nuneaton/Hinckley area!

Been here a few times and the food is absolutely amazing and I’ve recommended it to friends. However, ordered through Uber Eats tonight and one of the burgers came back wrong, gave them a ring to ask if another one can be arranged and we got the phone hung up on us. Rang back and there was no answer so we called back on another phone, the person at the other end was very rude and said that there was no ticket changes as Uber Eats doesn’t do this, however our other food that had changes had them made and were correct! This is the first time this has happened to us, the other guys there are absolutely amazing! Very disappointed with the customer service as my family love the food!
