Excellent coffee, great service & a lovely ambience

If you're going to doncaster and you'd like some fantastic coffee and food in a cosy café, you should definitely try this place. The owner is a delight. The surroundings are rustic and comfortable with a clear appreciation for music. The drinks are great, as is the food, and all reasonably priced. Edit, it's usually good. My last visit was quite poor compared to the other 2. The late, which I know is supposed to be a milky drink, tasted like hot foamy milk in a cup that once had coffee in it, our food order was wrong, and to top it off the toilet didn't work properly.

I can only say, first time we have been in here and it was quite empty, only two other people sat in window seats, I ordered bagel, scrambled egg with bacon and an extra hot latte. The eggs were slightly under cooked for me (each to our own). The bacon was very fatty. I do expect fat on my bacon, but there was a lot of it, and the coffee was nice and hot, but there was no brown sugar on the tables, I had to go and ask for some to which she brought over to the table. The best part of this little cafe is that dogs are welcome.

Quirky coffee shop and quiet small. Very expensive for what I got. £6.50 for 2 small pieces of sliced sourdough with avocado & pomegranate.

I forgot to review before but it is a lovely place, I really enjoyed all the experience. The staff were polite 10/10 Thank you 💜 Also the Art on the walls by local artists is a nice touch,I also got to talk to one whilst I was at the venue which was nice.

Love this place, great atmosphere, brilliant food and at a great price. So why not try something different for a change than your usual fry up cafe. You won't be disappointed with the food on offer.and the cakes are delicious!

The best cheese and ham croissant we've ever had! So friendly and kind service. Coffee is amazing so we will return for sure. Highly recommended.

A cosy place with welcoming and friendly staff. We have been meeting here on a weekly basis for several months now enjoying a choice of coffee and fruit based drinks.

We visited the cafe today. We were served immediately by two very friendly staff. I will certainly visit again and recommend the cafe to anyone.

Had a pit stop in Doncaster on the way to Scotland and stumbled across this delightful cafe. Excellent service, delicious cake and coffee and gorgeous setting. Highly y recommend

I'll start from good points, great atmosphere and affordable prices. It's not a big space but I'd say big enough for the café. The downside for the place is I didn't rate the cake or the drink (lemonade).

We liked the atmosphere and the brunch was enjoyable. Nothing spectacular but everything was good. They give you water with a piece of orange to drink. The coffee was delicious and the sweets looked good. I think we will return with visits.

An absolute little gem! Friendly, welcoming, relaxed, with excellent coffee and food. Owners and Staff so very pleasant with a clientele to match. Only problem? We can't keep out of the place. Lol. Thoroughly recommend 👌

Chose this quaint establishment for a long overdue catch up, nicely appointed inside and manages a cosy feel without a roaring fire. Tasty drinks and cakes, nice that they don't boil alternative milks within an inch of their life like other places do. Poppy cheesecake was delightful. The ladies delivered quality service. Will be back.

My first time in this cafe. A friend of my wife had recommended it. The decor is different from any place in the area. Quite relaxing atmosphere. The coffee was good and a very reasonable price. And they offer a small selection of cakes which look delicious. We'll certainly try it again, perhaps for lunch this time.

I have popped in to have a coffee which found soecysl aroma but i rank it the most extraordinary ever tasted, not had food but could say with all confidence is exceeds expectations

I had a half hour wait between trains so popped across to get a coffee. Wish I could have stayed as it's a beautiful cafe. They served my takeout coffee very promptly and it is delicious.

We have been to this cafe several times. It is probably the best coffee we have tasted (& we have been to many coffee shops). The food is lovely too & everything is reasonably priced. It is a relaxing, clean, beautiful rustic place & the owners & staff are very friendly. We highly recommend it.

This cafe is a real gem with lovely coffee and home made cakes, service was spot on and lovely atmosphere. I had a beautiful oat milk flat white, served very hot, which was perfect! The owner is very friendly and gives you a warm welcome. The atmosphere in the cafe is lovely and relaxed. It's also dog friendly and very very clean. Can't wait to return and try some vegan lunch options!

Fast becoming a go to for a light lunch treat when out shopping. This is tucked away up the street so can be difficult to find unless you know where you are going. Beautiful food and well presented from a small menu which is all cooked up from scratch. Tea comes with a biscuit which is lovely. I got a slice of homemade apple pie to take take out which was beautiful, will do again. The inside is quirky in design which I love and very cosy. The staff are great too, approachable and friendly. Prices are really reasonable- not many places you can get this quality of lunch for approximately £7.

A really nice little place, we had a milkshake which was gorgeous and a cake each equally delicious... a great selection that includes vegan friendly options. The cafe had a lovely chilled vibe and I didn't want to leave haha. Will definitely visit again, and I noticed they have painting events during the year too. I'd love to give this a try, what a great idea 💡👍

This is a quirky unassuming little hidden gem which has a gorgeous atmosphere that you could sit there all day whiling away the hours with a paper or a good book. Rustic and interesting but in a homely way. Not an extensive menu but what there is is lovely. Service, brilliant. Presentation, gorgeous. Food, beautiful. Will definitely be back even though I'm not local.

Was looking to spend a quiet morning with a good cup of latte, the cafe truly did not disappoint! The wonderful service, tasteful decor and background music made for a lovely vibe. The place is rather small so it is more suitable for individuals or groups of two. Wifi is available and the toilet was clean too. A lady customer played on the piano for a few minutes which was nice. Would definitely come again to try their homemade cakes.

Look at those breakfasts!! The bagel with scrambled egg and smoked salmon is to die for. Philadelphia could be an option for it, but still 99%!! The missus enjoyed the same but with 2 crumpets, loved it. Coffee really nice, mocha really nice. The staff are always really friendly.

Fantastic, made room specially for me to have my bike in their cafe. Scrambled egg with salmon on crumpet was delicious. Staff were Fantastic, friendy and attentive. Cannot fault them in any way.
