We ordered online food came fast enough, only one thing was missing from the order

Came here for some pizza and a milkshake and they were both so good. They were both at a good price. Just wish there was some space to sit down however it is a small place so it's understandable. Definitely coming again!

Cashier was rude and dismissive slammed change down on counter won't be coming again

Recently i have ordered the food from Babylon it was fabulous and delicious and the staff was very friendly and approachable, food were survived on time, never felt any delay in the food . The presentation of the food was just awesome and warm food.👍🥳🤗

Ordered food within 15 minutes it was here we all ate it even though it didn’t taste right within half an hour we was all throwing up , rang up to let them know and they instantly said it wasn’t the food and that food poisoning doesn’t occur until 6-7 hours when you google it it says it can occur within half an hour !

Ordered a donner wrap and there was hardly nothing on and it was dry and I said there’s hardly no donner meat it it and she just goes it’s a donner wrap so do not recommend

From a regular customer who has ordered here many of times and paid without fail had been talked down to by the delivery guy over £1.00 I mistakenly gave a 1 Euro. The delivery guy took the money, dropped off the food. 15-20 minutes later he knocks on making a point over this £1.00 Euro mistake. They have made Hundreds from my money over the years and he can't let me have 1 pound off!. I shall not be ordering from them again. So disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer :(

Takeaway for Cheadle for me. Food is always top notch red hot. And exactly what I order. Don't use any other. Edit.. Just had an order and both will go in the bin, what the hell has happened, doner meat is like rubber, chewy chips. Just wasted £18. Not even opening the kebab, as had 2 orders. Will never use again...

There kebabs don't come made up so when you ask for sauce it ends up alm over the paper and not on the kabab , how much longer would it take them to put the filling inside the nan bread ??

We ordered an 11 person takeaway to collect a few days before Christmas and honestly I was expecting some mistakes but no, the order was spot on. I had the lamb kebab and it was delicious. The meat was fresh and succulent, the salad was clean (amazing how many places don't wash their lettuce!), and a special mention to the cabbage, absolutely gorgeous. The only slight thing was the pita bread, I don't think it had been heated as it was very dry and difficult to open up. Splash of water and 15 seconds in the microwave fixed that so no big deal at all, just including it for balance. Everyone else enjoyed their food, it was hot and tasty. Our order ranged from Kebabs to Burgers to Pizza with sides such as curly fries, mozzarella bites and cheesy chips. The prices here aren't the cheapest but this is reflected in the quality so Thank you Babylon!

Good food and 5 star hygiene rating the last time I checked. Friendly people there and you can park right outside which is useful. Milkshakes are expensive and only do them in a large but they are top quality

I love this place, i changed takeaways from werrington pizza and grill to Babylon and the food is great. The Southern fried chicken is a bit over done but I suppose it's personal preference. I live a few miles away from them and so they wrap my food up so that it's still hot when I receive it. They've never got my order wrong as of yet and the food always arrives ahead of time. They're great on the phone and always polite and professional. This is my new number 1 takeaway in range. Well done Babylon. So I've ordered from Babylon about 12-13 times now and every order has always been spot on apart from the last one where it wasn't wrapped up in tin foil like it usually is, that food came 15 mins later than the 45 mins that I was told, to which it normally comes around the fries tasted like they had been left from the day before and simply re-fried and tasted what I would imagine stale cardboard would taste. This I hope is just a one off due to the fact that it was good Friday and therefore very busy ( I hope ) I had a 10" pepperoni pizza with a bbq base, yummy I had ¼ cheese burger with fries, a large garlic nan and a box of salad

Had the Kebab meal deal and can't complain about it for value, taste or amount of food. The Naan bread was amazing, the best we've had from babylon. Everything was delivered by rocket and was still red hot. Very impressed to say the least.

Held off on giving a review till I'd been a few times , only had kebabs each time , all different and they were extremely nice . Only reason I've marked them down is purely because they take an absolute lifetime to make them and this is collection not delivery but once you get your food you won't be disappointed , just expect a wait

Ordered home deliver through a takeaway platform. Never order from them again. So slow!! Why don’t they stop taking orders once it gets past an hour! Nearly 2hrs wait so far 😳!!

I don't normally have a reason to review as what we have from here is good...... However tonight we had the king kebab.... Most of the meat I had was cold, the chips were definitely cold and the man bread was chewy.... Honestly don't know how long the driver had been driving around Cheadle but we won't be ordering the King kebab any time soon.....

Absolutely dispacable service, firstly the order was wrong, second time still wrong, we rang them and they mocked us down the phone and all were laughing. Third time the driver purposefully threw the food onto the doorstep qnd drove off laughing and waving. Absolute bunch of disrespectful picks who should not be allowed to work in the food industry or with the general public.

Ordered via the website which said all kebabs come with salad. However, when I ordered the food my friend, none came with salad and all just arrived as a tray of meat. Feel very missold.

Well disappointed with it large steak kebab no salad chips chicken with cheese cold not good cost me £21 never again

Ordered a double cheeseburger with chips n cheese and a portion of spicy wedges. Disapointment would be an understatement. Burger tasted cheap and nasty, chips were all congealed together with rubber cheese and the spicy wedges were normal supermarket wedges no spice at all. Cost 11.50 and im less than a mile from the shop. I ended up binning the lot. Wasnt even good enough for the dogs. Will never go here again.

Placed the order after understanding it would take an hour to come - that’s ok didn’t mind. The timer reached zero and still not updated to whether it was actually in a car. Rang them and was told the driver had just left and it would be ten minutes. The driver rang me ten minutes later to say he was leaving somewhere 20 minutes away. Rang the shop to find out what was going on as by this point it was over an hour and a half since ordering. They blamed the driver . I explained it’s been in a car for 30 minutes and I had no way of warming the food as I was camping. Got fobbed off by the owner who said “I give you good discount next time and to ring if it was cold”. Well it was like warm but we had no choice but to eat it as I couldn’t expect my children to wait a further two hours to eat. Two hours from order to delivery to somewhere 10 minutes from the store is beyond a joke. So Mr Manager you are safe for the discount and your profits as neither i or the site will be ordering from you again

Never had anything bad from babylons but tonight was the stupidest and not because of the place it was the driver gave a food to a different house on our street and when we recieved our new order afterwards the driver said in a rude tone enjoy your meal because his boss had a go at him and because of this they forget put my donnor meat on my speacial burger but apart from all this we've never had to make a bad complaint but would recommend for foods

Doner kebab in 'real' naan bread was delicious as was the kebab meat and chips, no complaints about the pizza either. Kebab meat cooked to perfection, no hard bits at all. Delicious hot chips and the best pizza from Cheadle, ever. Very pleased tonight.

Fantastic food but the delivery often turns up late and with parts of the order missing.

For my daughter visiting me overnight she says, her orders were delicious. cheese burger Just lettuce only Little garlic mayo.. quality standards. Ordered pretty late 10.40pm Arrived pretty quickly👍 Only issue, too much garlic mayo on the burger 8inch cheese garlic pizza Absolutely perfect👍

Just got my order, had to throw all the food away, I asked for no onions on any food as I'm allergic, so they piled onions on everything! Waste of money!

Lovely chicken kebab but other Half's fish and chips was ok. Wishes he'd had a kebab too.

Would never get food from here again, gave everyone food poisoning, my dad had it worst almost had to call an ambulance, do not reccomend if you dont want to get seriously ill!!

Not sure whether foodhub is working properly because food was phenomenally late after sending it through on my phone. When food did arrive we had missing mozzarella sticks and everything seemed to have red liquid oozing from it, this was supposed to be one small red tikka kebab which ended up being two! And the chicken kebab I ordered wasn't there. We also had rock hard, rubbery cheesy chips which were inedible. The tikka sauce was sour with no flavour. This food wasn't even hot. We paid alot of money and in my opinion was definitely not worth it. Disappointing!

Rubber chips and rubber chicken nuggets is not what I wanted for my tea this evening . How hard is it to cook chips and chicken , my kids could do a better job .

My doner meat and chips plastered in mayonaise just a shame I didnt ask for it as I dont like it so a waste as I couldnt eat it.

Poorly tummy after eating here same with the Mrs both after eating burgers. Had different lunches so must be the food from here which is a shame as it was a tasty burger!

Very comprehensive menu. Food quality is as good as the market leaders. Try the Babylonia pizza it was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Buy a large and get a free garlic bread. Result.

It was a late night visit, with all the other takeaways in town closed. We ordered two types of kebabs. I was disappointed and the lack of salad and the kofta was pretty bland.

So i ordered my food and its currently the next day and it still isnt here im obviously not waiting for it, gave up after 3 hours and figured it just wasnt going to arrive. no call, no reply, just didnt show up.

Odered a piza waited almost 2 hours and it still didnt turn up. Ran twice each time told me in 5 mins and the last time the driver put the phone down on the Piza company. Delivery guy turned up 2hrs and said we cant deliver any faster i said if he had said 2hrs and not a hour i would not of bothered. waste of my time and a spoiled none food eating night.

So what can we say we travelled down from Northumberland to Alton Towers for the Weekend and dance competition. I contacted Babylon Pizza a couple of weeks before. They agreed that week could put in a large order and we discussed best delivery times. Nearly £300 of orders and no one complained about the quality of food it was outstanding. The only complaint that some had that because the delivery came in 2 parts some people got food before others and we were all starving. Thank you very much for very tasty food and a fantastic service. Will be back next year when we are back down at Alton Towers 😃
