Excellent breakfast and friendly owner, dog was accommodated for and water was offered for him. The food was priced well as well

Girlfriend and myself ordered a roast. Seemed to be an 89p frozen ready meal Lukewarm and frozen in the middle Thats 20 quid wasted

We took my granddaughter out for a snack. The sandwiches were enjoyable and milkshake lovely too. The cafe is a family run business which is not available much now days with big companies taking advantage. I read previous review about the food being disgusting, all I can think got the wrong place or is trying to give a bad publicity to take advantage on their own business

Woeful experience, Visited with family and I can honestly say we have all never eaten a worse meal . The steak pie ( trades description act). Was the most minuscule tasteless pie you could get , two pieces of chewy steak encased in a pastry where you couldn’t even get a knife through. Which had no taste whatsoever. This was coupled by 4 small potatoes and some lazily presented Veg. Where it was all tasteless. This was most definitely not freshly cooked and seemed to come straight from the freezer and cooked in a micro. There was nothing to it. The portion size was meagre and it just lacked any sort of taste.. my other family members had a roast chicken meal which to be honest looked like a very very cheap off cut of chicken it was so thin you could see through it. . And as for the cheese toastie. Firstly it wasn’t even toasted properly. It was whiter than a ghost , the filling consisted of very thin cheap ham. And a cheese that tasted off. It wasn’t even toasted. It was just slapped in the thinnest pieces of Bread going alongside a salad that looked past its sell by date . We also ordered a side of chips to go with the toastie and received 10 over cooked frozen chips (we had observed them taking them out of a frozen chip bag) nothing seems cooked fresh And the prices are tantamount to robbery. £7.50 apiece for the pie ( Slab of cement). £4.50 for a toastie (cheapest bread and Ham and bi taste cheese, chips £2 for ten frozen chips, and the roast chicken was also overpriced too. This cafe seriously needs to improve the quality and stop the overcharging for the cheapest ingredients they use, And to be honest. They should be ashamed of themselves overcharging for food like that.

We visited gorleston while on holiday and were looking for somewhere to eat.we found bgs diner what a lovely cafe very clean very friendly people. Beautiful meals great choice homecooked meals that tasted great.adults and childrens meals and a fabulous pudding menu too. I wish this cafe was near to us at home as i would be in here a lot. Thankyou so much and our temps were checked too.

i have had several roast dinnrs here aswell as gammon and chips and the salads. all are excellent value for money and very tasty

Popped in for lunch. One x Lasagne, One x Cod with chips. Followed by a beautiful apple crumble. All food was freshly cooked and excellent. Friendly staff. Thanks will call again.

Food was wonderful, fresh, varied and has that homemade feel, something rare nowadays as all we can see is fast food by the big chains. What’s more special is the restaurant staff, especially Bev and Gareth who make you feel very welcomed and are attentive. I only wished there were more places like this!

We were welcomed at the front door by Gary. He followed Covid safety in a friendly and professional manner, before showing us to our table. Gary promtly took our order . The food prepared by Bev was eccelent. Bev and Gary were very friendly . We would go again,maybe afternoon tea next time😁

I was in the High Street and wanted a bit of lunch. I had a jacket potato and salad. The salad was fresh and had lots of variety. There were lots of larger meals to choose from as well. The price was very reasonable and the couple who run the cafe couldn't have been nicer. I sat in the newly renovated garden, which was very cute.

My wife and I have had sunday lunch delivered to us a few times. Always VERY hot and plenty of it. We often have to leave some to eat later.

Called into this delightful little restraint while out shopping with friends and what a lovely little restraunt the staff where very polite and extremely helpful the food was superb I had scampi chips and home made mushy while my friends had the cod chips and home made mushy peas I had pavlova which was to die for while my friends had the home made cherry pie the extremely great value for money and will definitely be calling on a regular basis there was another group of ladies just leaving who also said what a beautiful clean bright restraunt with great food and lovely polite staff well done BGs Diner we thoughrouly enjoyed our visit

My first time in B & Gs formally berry's and was very nice the food was lovely and was very clean in there and I own a cleaning company so do look around the price was good and the staff are lovely theres enough on a plate so good value on a whole will use there again good luck on new business people give it a go it's very nice

Amazing food. Amazing service, we were welcomed politely and the service throughout was amazing by the gentleman. The food was lovely and a reasonable price for families with lots of members, as do I have. The best fish and chips I have had for a long long time. I will be telling all my friends and family how lovely it was and will be going back there soon👍

A good value breakfast thats open early in the morning. I had one of their set breakfasts...was freshly cooked as described with a great pot of tea....i will happily rerurn

Visited here a few times now and now I come once a week for breakfast, the staff and friendly and cater to your every need and the food is fresh cooked and tastes great, would recommend 100%
