Visited with friends last night, the customer service was outstanding and the food was amazing

Visited with some friends and will recommend the place to everyone. The welcome was warm and friendly, the food was spectacular, tasty and abundant, and the value was jaw-dropping. Definitely, 100% worth the trip.

Terrible customer service. It takes a long time to receive your food, and if you're not from the same community, expect even longer delays. I'm very disappointed with the service. I waited an hour and ultimately left the restaurant without my food. The place is disorganised.

This is one of the best restaurants to visit in Birmingham. A hidden gem. The owner Ahmed is an absolute gentleman and all of his staff follow suit with their consideration and attention. The food is delicious, homely and filling. The portions are large and they graciously accommodate any requests (for example I prefer my chicken tikka kebabs very charred and they are happy to do this) I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are seeking an authentic Kurdish experience. We visit as often as we can

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Birmingham so far ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me start with the welcoming kind staff, then the quality of food which is fresh and yummy 😋 then the long list of food that I personally wanted to order every thing in the list 🤯 I also can confirm that the restaurant is clean and big (special section for family) + private free parking 🚗 The prices are very reasonable. I recommend this restaurant to all / specifically families 👍🏻

Really disgusting customer service. We came for a family meal and my children ordered from the children's menu. When the burger came, the bun was stale and I don't mean slightly. I mean rock solid. It was sent back and when the waiter returned with a fresh burger, he proceeded to touch my 11 year old sons stomach and tell him he needed to do sport and play football. Firstly, you don't touch a minor. Secondly, on what planet are those comments acceptable! For what it's worth, the grilled platter was lovely food but you ruined our meal before that even came out.

hi everyone i was there today with my family came to visit from another city and in reality the food is very old and the service was terrible and i do not recommend this place i have left the food as it was that’s how terrible and disgusting the food is and the staffs talk to you with an attitude and they didn’t care that i wasn’t satisfied

Best lamb cuzi among all Kurdish restaurants

Unfortunately of late the food has gotten worse. There as learly toouch salt on the large platter we had and the salad was overbearingly tangy to which i had to throw away. The chips were supposed to come with mains but they for some reason thought the chips were starters... And to top that off the 2 x portions of chips were the size of 1 portion of chips i paid for last year. Sorry after giving you around £80 per month sometimes double that over the years i will have to go elsewhere.

Well well well here we again, guys. This place is a banger 👌 what a lively open space to come and eat as well as enjoy family time in the separate area for larger family gatherings.. My go-to eat when wanting lamb kozi, their chicken soup as very tasty . The guys here do a tremendous job to satisfy their customers as well as get the food out to you in good time depending on what's ordered.. I will definitely give these guys a try. It has been a pleasure to sit and eat here.. A nice free cup of tea on the house after a nice meal.. Nicely decorated A place to pray is also available to use

That has by far been the best kurdish food I have had. The service was wonderful all the staff were very welcoming and polite, the food was beautiful all very well cooked and fresh. Each of the food tasted better than the other very pleased will be back soon.

My favourite place to go for Kurdish food. Really tasty. Always freshly made. The sea bass is excellent. I normally order the £55 platter. Can't go wrong. Ask for the Kurdish kebab, really tasty.

It was horrible I went with my family and I had to wait for 2 hours for my food and I had to pay £90 I will never come back here again to experience this again 🤮 also my food came raw which I didn’t expect I CANT BELIEVE I WASTED 2HOURS FOR NOTHING THR EMPLOYEE WERE VERY RUDE

bad bad bad I recommend not to visit this restaurant. Zero customer service. My friend and I went there. We ordered food and ate the food, which was an average meal. When paying the bill, they charged us an extra ten pounds, which I noticed when I counted and informed the management, who said that we will return the money to your account, but now after a few days, they still haven't done it. Overall, I am very I got angry. They really treat people like a slave

Spacious restaurant, grilled food was really good in comparison to other Kurdish/ Turkish establishments. I found the chickens tender and moist not dry or over done. The flavours were really good, chicken wings are simple to make, but most places that does wings grilled the flavour is not there at all. The Turkish kebab/adnan reminded me of the flavour of some of the good Turkish restaurants I went to on my visit to Turkey. The only disappointment was salad was too plain for this type of restaurants. The Turkish Arabs are known for their salad styles. After asking about the nice salads on display I was given a small sample plate. That really complimented the grill that I had. This should be offered at a cost and option or added in the pricing. The decor wasn’t to my liking, but that’s just me. Wasn’t for me the atmosphere.
