Aviator Brasserie in Rushmoor

For the last two or three years my son in law and I have celebrated our October birthdays together in the Brasserie at the Aviator, along with family members and it has never failed to be an absolutely fabulous occasion. We have the whole works, starting with cocktails and ending with coffee and chocolates. The food, as usual, was imaginative; cooked to perfection; beautifully presented and served by very attentive staff. In fact, I think the menu choice and quality of food were even better than last year. The staff are wonderful especially Jack who did a lot to put my grand daughters at their ease, and the food and wine are exceptional. This has now become an annual event and we hope to be coming to the Brasserie for many years to come. Thank you once again. Kathleen Wontner

Still the place to eat in Farnborough, particularly on a special occasion. Impeccable service, excellent ambiance with food to match. Not cheap, but worth the expense.

A wonderful afternoon tea experience in good surroundings, very pleasant helpful staff, excellent food and beautifully laid out. Our tea sommelier was very understanding of our needs. She looked after us all afternoon without any intrusion and was very knowledgeable about the various teas that we could have. It was overall, a really lovely relaxing afternoon and I would highly recommend it to anyone who just wants something special. We were in The Sky Bar.

Amazing service from Annalise, Baiba and the rest of the team. I have a nut allergy and they made sure my order was checked with the chef so I felt reassured. Celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, we finally visited The Aviator, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The friendly concierge welcomed us and directed us to the attentive staff at reception. Arriving earlier than expected, we enjoyed drinks at the Cocktail Bar where the staff were incredibly accommodating. The dining area offered a Sunday lunch deal at £19 for two courses, which was a steal - the food was exceptional, and the Happy Anniversary card on the table was a thoughtful gesture. The room was a surprise; we didn't realize we had been upgraded until we opened the door to a lounge area with a TV, a bedroom with another TV at the foot of a comfortable bed, a bath with a TV, and stunning views over the Farnborough Airport runway, complete with a Happy Anniversary cake. Our heartfelt thanks to The Aviator and the staff for making our anniversary unforgettable.

Very nice stay, staff were friendly, great range of cocktails and tasty food at the restaurant. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again for sure.

Great food, great rooms, great service, whats not to love about this place.

Came to the Brasserie as it was an easy walk from the Farnborough conference centre. Staff were highly attentive and based on a colleague who had previously ate with them and had gluten allergies, prepared bread for her whilst waiting got the mains. All staff were very professional, keen to help and provide information and suggestions. I had the Ravioli mains which had a creamy sauce and a good sized portion, as well as miso glazed carrots. Dessert was a pecan fancy, like a deconstructed pecan cake with ice cream. Would strongly recommend a booking.

So you want to be treated like a king or a queen!!, you want to come here. I’ve been so lucky to have Anders, Norbert and lovely Bella serve me, wow, they truly went up and above, making my stay absolutely supreme. While I was having my dinner I observed Bella, going above and beyond to make a couple , who was celebrating a birthday, feel special, and I imagine they felt the same way as I did. Thanks for the great wine, food and experience.

Stunning food! Spectacular service, and we don't say that lightly, i have had 35 years in roles associated to hospitality and customer service my partner, who's birthday it was, has worked (in a previous life) events management at venues such as the Dorchester. Not to take anything away from the chef (food was stunning as mentioned above!) But our waitress, Bella, was excellent. Took care of us from the get go and was knowledgeable and had some great advice. The wine list was a great read too! Might have to venture further into that on next visit! That level of service is rare in today's society and a breath of fresh air, so Thanks loads for a great evening ..... and because I know its a team effort and not just the front of house guys its a well done and thank you to you all !

Had a great dinner at the brasserie. The service was good, and the drinks were really nice. We opted for a wine flight that was fantastic. Thanks to all the team, it was really good! Also, the lighting was the best; it was dark and cozy. The vibe was something special and unique; it felt like a VIP experience.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Aviator to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We wanted somewhere special and we were not disappointed! After check in we went to the Sky Bar and had amazing cocktails. The staff were brilliant and made sure we did not go without! We then went down to the brasserie for dinner. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect and we were served by amazing staff members. Bella really stood out with her service throughout our evening. She was attentive, delightful, and even when we had a difficult query with our food, she alleviated the concern and kept us updated throughout, making the experience even more wonderful. Our suite was beautiful and had a very luxurious feel to it. We would recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely be returning to experience everything again in the future!

We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and felt it was excellent. Staff were very attentive and Tiffany and Hannes made our meal very special. I like this place. The atmosphere is nice and whilst it seats a good amount you aren't to tightly packed in like a lot of places. The service was great, friendly, helpful and attentive. They can provide a special vegetarian menu if required. The food was good, and I feel in line with what you'd get at other similar price point in the surrounding area. It's close to the airport so if you want you can go and look at planes after, or before, depends on your schedule.
